제1도는 스테인레스강 슬랩의 가열단계의 재로시간과 산세척후의 재료 표면의 오목부 깊이와의 관계를 도시한 도면,
제2도는 미캐니칼 디스케일링 방법의 상위와 산세척후의 재료표면의 거칠기와의 관계를 도시하는 도면,
제3도는 냉간압연에 있어서의 워크로울 직경과 압하율의 조합에 의한 “랩”의 발생영역을 도시한 도면이다.
Claims (6)
- 중량%로 Cr을 10~35%함유하는 페라이트계 또는 마르텐사이트계 스테인레스강의 연속주조주편 혹은 부분적으로 손질한 주편을 Cr함유량에 따라서 선택되는 1100~1300℃의 온도영역에서 또한 산소 농도가 7%미만인 연소 분위기중에서 예열로부터 추출까지의 재로 시간을 260분 이내로하여 가열한후, 압연종료온도를 900℃로 하여 열간압연하고, 이어서 최대입경이 400㎛이하의 사철등의 연소제를 고압수에 첨가하여 강판에 분사하는 미캐니칼·디스케일링을 행한후, 산세척하고 후속하여 로울직경과 압하율의 관계를 제3도에 도시하는 “랩”의 발생이 없는 영역으로 유지하여 냉간압연하고 이어서 최종 소둔하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 광택이 우수하고 발수저항이 큰 스테인레스강 박판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서. 열간압연공정의 중간단계에 있어서 고압수등에 의한 디스케일링을 강판에 시행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서. 로울직경과 압하율의 관계를 제3도에 도시하는 “랩”의 발생이 없는 영역으로 유지하고, 우선 150㎜이상의 직경을 갖는 워크로울에 의해 냉각압연한후, 100㎜이하의 직경을 갖는 워크로울에 의해 마무리 냉간압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 열간압연후, 600℃이상의 온도 영역에서 권취하여, 열연판 소둔공정을 생략하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 최종 소둔을 연소가스 분위기중에서 행하고, 이어서 산세척하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법,
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 최종 소둔을 광휘 소둔으로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
