Abstract
본 발명은 100ppm 이하의 탄소를 함유한 Nb첨가 극저탄소 알루미늄 킬드강을 소재로하여 연속소둔지 저온소둔에의한 우수한 심가공성 및 균일한 재질을 확보할 수 있는 극저탄소 냉연강판의제조방법을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 탄소:100ppm이하, Mn:0.15%이하, P:0.015%이하, S:0.007%이하, 가용성 Al:0.03-0.07%, n:70ppm이하, Nb:0.035-0.065%(이상. 중량%)및 잔부 Fe로 조성되는 극저탄소 알루미늄 킬드강을 연속주조후, 통상의 열연재가열 단계를 거치지 않고 조압연한 직후의 강 표면온도가 890-950℃, 마무리 압연직후의 온도가 700-860℃가 되도록 열간압연을 행하고, 570-630℃의 온도범위에서 권취한 다음, 산세 및 냉간 압연후 730℃이상의 저온에서 연속소둔함을 특징으로 하는 저온소둔형 극저탄소 냉연강판의 제조방법에 관한 것을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (1)
- 탄소:100ppm 이하, Mn:0.15% 이하, P:0.015% 이하, S:0.007% 이하, 가용성 Al:0.03-0.07%, N:70ppm 이하, Nb:0.035-0.065%(이하, 중량%) 및 잔부 Fe로 조성되는 극저탄소 알루미늄 킬드강을 연속주조후, 통상의 열연재가열 단계를 거치지 않고 조압연한 직후의 강 표면온도가 890-950℃, 마무리압연 직후의 온도가 700-860℃가 되도록 열간압연을 행하고, 570-630℃의 온도범위에서 권취한 다음, 산세 및 냉간압연후 730℃ 이상의 저온에서 연속소둔함을 특징으로 하는 저온소둔형 극저탄소 냉연강판의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
