개량된 피로강도를 가지는 고강도 오오스테나이트계 스텐레스강의 강대 또는 강판의 제조방법

도면은 종래의 제법 및 이발명의 제법에 의하여 얻어진 AlSI 301 강 및 AlSI 201 타잎 강의 냉연강판의 피로강도를 보임.

Claims (7)

  1. 용강을 주조하며 이로부터 열간강대를 생산하고 이 열간강대를 소둔, 산세하고 열연강대를 냉간압연하며 여기서 산세와 소둔이 적절히 삽입되며 얻어진 강판이 개량된 피로저항을 가지는 강을 생산하는 개량된 방법을 포함하는 준안정 오오스테나이트계 스텐레스강의 냉연강대 혹은 강판의 생산방법에 있어서 조질압연전 혹은 후에 기계적 연마 공정이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 준안정 오오스테나이트계 강이 AISI 301 혹은 AISI 201 강인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 최종 조질압연전에 기계적 연마가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 기계적 연마공정이 벨트연마에 의하여 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 냉연강대 혹은 강판이 심하게 조질된 것(herd-tempered ones)을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 냉연강대 혹은 강판이 연조질된 것(soft-tempered ones)을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 앞의 항중의 어느 하나에 의하여 기재된 방법에 의하여 제조된 준 안정 오오스테나이트계 스텐레스강판.
