제3도는 베이크 경화능 측정에 대한 개요를 도시한 그래프.

Claims (6)

  1. 우수한 베이크 경화능을 가지며, 0.0005∼0.015W/O C, 1.0W/O 이하의 Si, 1.0W/O 이하의 Mn, 0.15W/O 이하의 P,0.005∼0.100W/O A1, (S+N)총량이 0.005W/O 이하가 되도록 하는 0.003W/O이하의 S 및 0.004W/O 이하의 N, 식(1)에서 Ti*로 표시된 유효 Ti함량이 부동식(2)을 만족할 때 식(1)에서 Ti(W/O)에 해당하는 Ti과 나머지 Fe및 불가피한 불순물로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디이프드로잉용 냉연강판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 5.5kgf/㎟ 이상의 베이크 경화능을 얻기 위해 Ti*로 표시된 상기 유효 Ti함량이 C함량의 1 내지 4배인 것을 특징으로 하는 디이프 드로잉용 냉연강판.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 0.05W/O 이하의 Nb과 0.0050W/O 이하의 B중 적어도 하나가 상기 강판에 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 디이프 드로잉용 냉연강판.
  4. 우수한 베이크 경화능을 가지는 디이프 드로잉용 냉연강판을 제조하기 위한 것으로서, 0.0005∼0.015W/O C, (S+N)총량이 0.005W/O 이하기 되도록 하는 0.003W/O 이하의 S및 0.004W/O이하의 N, 식(1)에서 Ti*로 표시된 유효 Ti함량이 부등식(2)을 만족할 때 식(1)에서 Ti(W/O)에 해당하는 Ti를 함유하는 강을 용해하는 단계와, 상기 용강을 연속 주조하여 주조슬라브를 제조하는 단계와, 상기 주조 슬라브를 열간압연하는 단계와, 상기 열간압연된 강판을 냉간압연하는 단계와, 재결정 이상의 온도영역에서의 체류시간을 300초 이내로 하여 상기 냉연강판을 가열과 냉각을 포함하는 연속소둔시키는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디이프 드로잉용 냉연강판의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 열간압연하기 전에 1150℃ 이상의 온도에서 상기 주조 슬라브를 가열하는 것이 특징인 디이프 드로잉용 냉연강판의 제조방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 용강이 0.05W/O 이하의 Nb 과 0.0050W/O이하의 B중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는 것이 특징인 디이프 드로잉용 냉연강판의 제조방법.
