Abstract

본 발명에 의하면 소부경화성과 성형성이 우수한 고장력 냉연강판 제조방법이 제공되며, 이 방법은 중량%로 C:0.002-0.004%, Mn:0.1-0.4%, P:0.05-0.10%, S:0.004-0.009%, 가용 Al:0.02-0.06%, N:0.0015-0.0025%, Ti:0.005-0.026%를 포함하여 상기 Ti의 범위가 (48/14)(48/14)N+(48/32)S+0.004%의 식을 만족하는, 극저질소, 극저황 및 극저탄소의 알킬드(Al-Killed)강 슬라브를 1200℃ 이상에서 균질화처리하여 900-920℃의 마무리 압연온도로 열간압연하고, 700-730℃의 온도에서 권취한 다음, 60-80% 압화율로 냉간압연, 800-850℃의 온도에서 연속소둔, 0.5-1.5%의 조질압연을 행함을 포함한다.
상기 방법으로부터 소부경화양 3-5kg f/mm2, r1,5, 인장강도 35-40kg f/mm2급 고장력 냉연강판을 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 중량%로 C:0.002-0.004%, Mn:0.1-0.4%, P:0.05-0.10%, S:0.004-0.009%, 가용(Soluble) Al:0.02-0.06%, N:0.0015-0.0025%, Ti:0.005-0.026%이면서 또한 Ti양의 범위가 (48/14)(48/14)N+(48/32)S+0.004%의 식을 만족하도록 Ti를 첨가한 극저질소, 극저황 및 극저탄소의 Al-Killed강 슬라브를 1200℃ 이상에서 균질화처리하여 900-920℃의 마무리 압연온도로 열간압연하고, 700-730℃의 온도에서 권취한 다음, 60-80% 압화율로 냉가압연, 800-850℃의 온도에서 연속소둔, 0.5-1.5%의 조질압연을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소부경화양 3-5kg f/mm2, r1,5, 인장강도 35-40kg f/mm2급 고장력 냉연강판의 제조방법.
