- 냉연강판에 있어서, 화학조성이 0.0010-0.01wt% C, 0-0.2wt% Si, 0.1-1.5wt% Mn, 0-0.05wt% P, 0-0.02wt% S, 0.03-0.10% sol.Al. 0-0.0040wt% N, 그리고 하기의 공식(1), (2)에 의하여 주어진 범위내의 하나 또는 두종류의 0.005-0.08wt% Nb, 와 0.01-0.07wt% Ti로 되며,(12/93)Nb+(12/48)Ti*0.0005 (1)0 C- (12/93)Nb+(12/48)Ti*0.0015 (2)(여기서 Ti*=Ti- (48/32)S+(48/14)N 상기 냉연강판은 2%의 인장 기변형(prestrain)과 170℃×20min의 열처리에 의하여 얻어진 10-35MPa의 베이크 경화능 BH를 갖고, 상기 강판의 베이크 경화능력 BH(MPa)와 항복강도 YP(MPa)는 다음의 공식(3a), (4a)를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 패널 외관과 덴트저항을 위한 냉연강판.BH exp(-0.115ㆍYP+23.0) (3a)0.67ㆍBH+160 TP -0.8ㆍBH+280 (4a)
