Patente de Invenção: <B>"AçO FERRìTICO A 14% DE CROMO ESTABILIZADO COM NIóBIO E SUA UTILIZAçãO NO DOMìNIO DO AUTOMóVEL"<D>. Processo de realização de uma tira de chapa feita de aço ferrítico dito a 14 % de cromo estabilizado com nióbio, caracterizado pelo fato de que o aço de seguinte composição ponderal: carbono <243> 0,02 %; 0,002 % <243> nitrogênio <243> 0,02 %; 0,05 % <243> silício <243> 1 %; 0 % < manganês <243> 1 %; 0,2 % <243> nióbio <243> 0,6 %; 13,5 % <243> cromo <243> 16,5 %; 0,02 % <243> molibdênio <243> 1,5 %; 0 % < cobre <243> 1,5 %; 0 % < níquel <243> 0,2 %; 0 % < fósforo <243> 0,020 %; 0 % < enxofre <243> 0,003 %; 0,005 % < estanho <243> 0,04 %; as impurezas inerentes à elaboração o teor em nióbio, carbono, nitrogênio satisfazendo a relação: 9,5 <243> Nb/(C+N) é submetido a: - uma laminação a frio chapa a quente com ou sem recozimento prévio, - um recozimento final da tira de chapa a uma temperatura compreendida entre 800°C e 1100°C durante um tempo compreendido entre 1 min e 5 min e de preferência a uma temperatura de cerca de 1050°C durante um tempo de cerca de 2 min.
