Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a cold rolled steel plate with superior deep drawability by regulating the wt. ratio between B and N in steel contg. a specified percentage of C, Si, Mn, acid-sol. Al, N and B and adding a specified amount of Ti, Nb, V and Cr. CONSTITUTION:Steel is prepared consisting of <=0.06% C, <=0.08% Si, <=0.40% Mn, 0.05-0.060% acid-sol. Al, 0.0010-0.0080% N and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities or further contg. >=1 kinds among 0.005-0.025% Ti, 0.005- 0.05% Nb, 0.005-0.05% V and 0.03-0.10% Cr and having B/N=0.5-1.5. The steel is hot rolled, finished at the about Ar3 point or above, and coild at <= about 680 deg.C. The hot rolled coil is pickled, cold rolled at >= about 70% cold reduction ratio, continuously annealed at the recrystallization temp.-the A3 point, and overaged.
