Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a cold rolled steel plate with superior deep drawability by hot rolling steel contg. a specified percentage each of C, Mn, acid-sol. Al, N and B and having a specified ratio between B and N and by coiling the rolled plate under specified temp. conditions. CONSTITUTION:Steel is prepared consisting of <=0.06% C, <=0.40% Mn, 0.005- 0.05% acid-sol. Al, <=0.0040% N, 0.00005-0.0020% B and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and having B/N=0.5-1.5. The steel is hot rolled and coiled at <=680 deg.C. The hot rolled coil is pickled, cold rolled usually at about 60-90% cold reduction ratio, and subjected to continuous annealing including overaging, and it is temper-rolled as required. The annealing temp. ranges from the recrystallization temp. to the Ar3 point, yet in order to manufacture a steel plate with espcially superior deep drawability, the temp. is preferably adjusted to >= about 800 deg.C.
