Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a high-strength cold rolled steel plate having superior enameling hardenability and formability by annealing a hot rolled steel strip contg. specific amounts of C, Mn, P, Si, Al, N and contg. specific amounts of Cu or Ni alone or in combination in a box type annealing furnace after cold rolling. CONSTITUTION:A hot rolled steel strip which contains. 0.005-0.02 C by wt%, 0.03-0.7% Mn, <=0.06% P <=0.2% Si, 0.02-0.1% Al, and 0.003-0.015%, contains <=1 Cu % or 0.2-2% Ni alone or in combination and consists of the balance Fe with unavoidable impurities is used as a material. After this hot rolled steel strip is cold rolled, it is annealed in a box type annealing furnace.
