제1도는 냉간단조용(冷間鍛造用) 열연선재(熱延線材) SWR CH38K를 구상화 소둔시의 탈탄량(脫炭量)과 스케일(Scale) 두께의 관계표시도. 제2도는 냉간단조용 열연선재 SWR CH38K를 구상화 소둔시의 스케일 두께와 탈탄량의 관계표시도, 제3도의(a)는 종래 행하여진 장시간의 구상화소둔의 열처리사이클표시도. (b)는 본 발명에 의하여 가능하게된 단시간의 구상화소둔의 열처리사이클 표시도이다.
Claims (6)
- 열간압연 종료후의 강선재를 냉각하여 급냉조직으로 하고, 또한 표면에 소요 두께의 스케일을 부착시킨채 수분함유율 0.1% 이하의 불활성 가스중에서 구상화소둔을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간단조용강선재의 제조방법.
- 강선재표면에 8μ 이상의 스케일을 부착시킨채 구상화 소둔을 행하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 따른 방법.
- 열간압연 종료후의 강선재를 냉각하여 급냉조직으로 하며, 또한 표면에 소요두께의 스케일을 부착시킨채 수분함유율 0.05% 이하의 불활성가스중에서 구상화소둔을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간단조용강선재의 제조방법.
- 선재표면에 3-15의 스케일을 부착시킨채 구상화소둔을 행하는 특허청구의 범위 제3항에 따른 방법.
- 강선재는 C : 0.20-0.60%, Si : 0.50%이하, Mn : 0.30-2.00%, Cr : 0-1.5%, Mo : 0.5% 기타는불가피한 불순물 및 철의 조성을 지닌 강으로 이루어지는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에서 제4항까지의 어느 것인가에 따른 방법.
- 강선재의 급냉조직이 소르바이트 및/또는 베이나이트로서 이루어지며, 일부 마르텐사이트를 함유할 수 있는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에서 제5까지의 어느것인가에 따른 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
