구상화소둔강선재(球狀化燒鈍鋼線材)의 제조법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 냉간단조용(冷間鍛造用) 열연선재(熱延線材) SWR CH38K를 구상화 소둔시의 탈탄량(脫炭量)과 스케일(Scale) 두께의 관계표시도. 제2도는 냉간단조용 열연선재 SWR CH38K를 구상화 소둔시의 스케일 두께와 탈탄량의 관계표시도, 제3도의(a)는 종래 행하여진 장시간의 구상화소둔의 열처리사이클표시도. (b)는 본 발명에 의하여 가능하게된 단시간의 구상화소둔의 열처리사이클 표시도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 열간압연 종료후의 강선재를 냉각하여 급냉조직으로 하고, 또한 표면에 소요 두께의 스케일을 부착시킨채 수분함유율 0.1% 이하의 불활성 가스중에서 구상화소둔을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간단조용강선재의 제조방법.
  2. 강선재표면에 8μ 이상의 스케일을 부착시킨채 구상화 소둔을 행하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 따른 방법.
  3. 열간압연 종료후의 강선재를 냉각하여 급냉조직으로 하며, 또한 표면에 소요두께의 스케일을 부착시킨채 수분함유율 0.05% 이하의 불활성가스중에서 구상화소둔을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간단조용강선재의 제조방법.
  4. 선재표면에 3-15의 스케일을 부착시킨채 구상화소둔을 행하는 특허청구의 범위 제3항에 따른 방법.
  5. 강선재는 C : 0.20-0.60%, Si : 0.50%이하, Mn : 0.30-2.00%, Cr : 0-1.5%, Mo : 0.5% 기타는불가피한 불순물 및 철의 조성을 지닌 강으로 이루어지는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에서 제4항까지의 어느 것인가에 따른 방법.
  6. 강선재의 급냉조직이 소르바이트 및/또는 베이나이트로서 이루어지며, 일부 마르텐사이트를 함유할 수 있는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에서 제5까지의 어느것인가에 따른 방법.
