Claims (5)
- 주괴를 주조하고 주조된 주괴를 열간 압연하기 위하여 가열한 후 가열된 주괴를 밴드로 열간압연시키며 압연된 밴드를 중간 소둔과 함께 1회 또는 그 이상의 단계내에서 냉간 압연한 다음 최종 두께에서 탈탄시키고 코팅하여 최종 고온 조직 소둔시키는 단계들을 포함한 그레인(grain) 배향된 시리콘 강철을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 2.5 이하의 망간대 유황비를 가진 강철 주괴를 2300°F 하하의 온도에서 열간 압연시키는 개량 방법.
- 강철이 1-2.5이하 범위의 망간대 유황비를 갖는 청구범위 1의 방법.
- 주괴를 2200-2300°F의 온도에서 열간 압연시키는 청구범위 1과 2의 방법.
- 강철이 동을 중량으로 0.4%까지 포함하는 청구범위 1,2 및 3의 방법.
- 강철이 동을 0.2-0.58중량%로 함유하는 청구범위 1,2 및 3의 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
