Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a tablei din otel silicios cu structura orientala cub pe muchie, conform inventiei prevede elaborarea unei sarje cu continut de 0,03-0,05%C, 0,038-0,055%Mn, 0,020-0,035%S, 2,5-4% Si, 0,004-0,005Al, 0,0004-0,0009%B si de minimum 0,18%Cu, mentinîndu-se raportul între continuturile de Mn si S la maximum 2,5 turnare în lingouri laminare la cald la minimum 1204 degree C laminare la rece în urma sau mai multe treceri cu recoaceri intermediare, normalizarea sau mai multe treceri cu recoaceri intermediare normalizarea decarburarea tablei aduse grosimea finala aplicarea unui strat refractar izolator si recoacerea finala aplicarea unui strat refractar izolator si recoacerea finala, aplicarea unui strat refractar izolator si recoacerea finala pentru orientarea structurala. în scopul reducerii valorii pierderilor în miez se elaboreaza sarje de otel silicios în care raportul între continuturile de Mn si S este mentinut la minimum 1, iar procentul maxim de cupru este limitat la o valoare sub 0,58% si laminarea la cald a lingourilor la o temperatura maxima sub 1260 degree C.
