''material de registro sensível ao calor'' a presente invenção refere-se a um material de regsitro sensível ao calor que não sofre nenhum revestimento defectivo e é superior em sensibilidade á exibição de cor, qualidade de imagem, e resistência química. o material de registro sensível ao calor sucessivamente compreendendo, sobre um suporte, uma cada de revestimento interno, uma camada de registro sensível ao calor contendo um pigmento leuco e um desenvolvedor, e uma camada protetora, em que a camada de registro sensível ao calor contém, como um pigmento principal, caulim tendo um diâmetro de partícula médio de 0,1 a 0,4 <109> avaliado por método de sedimentação em uma quantidade de 4 a 60% de massa com teor de sólidos da camada de registro sensível ao calor, e em que a camada de registro sensível ao calor e a camada protetora são formadas aplicando uma composição de revestimento de camada de registro sensível ao calor e uma composição de revestimento de camada protetora por um método de revestimento de cortina simultâneo de múltiplas camadas, e secagem dos revestimentos resultantes.
