Abstract

"MéTODO DE EXTRAçãO DE UMA AGLICONA FLAVONóIDE A PARTIR DE MATERIAL INICIAL CONTENDO UMA GLICOSIDA FLAVONóIDE E/OU CONJUGADO DELA PROVENIENTE". Método de produzir um extrato enriquecido de aglicona flavonóide a partir de material inicial contendo uma adequada glicosida flavonóide e/ou um seu conjugado, compreendendo as etapas de: (i) converter enzimaticamente a glicosida flavonóide ou seu conjugado na forma da aglicona flavonóide; (ii) ajustar o pH para tornar a aglicona flavonóide solúvel e remover a fração insolúvel; e (iii) ajustar o pH para tornar a aglicona flavonóide relativamente insolúvel e formar um extrato contendo a mesma.
