Abstract

Antocijaninsko sredstvo za bojenje/kolorant napravljeno od biljne primarne sirovine i proces za proizvodnju istoga odnose se na prehrambenu, kozmeticku, farmaceutsku i tekstilnu industriju i moze da se koristi za proizvodnju alkoholnih i bezalkoholnih pica slatkisa, kiselomlecnih proizvoda, za bojenje tableta i kapsula, bojenje decijeg rublja, igracaka, itd. U skladu sa ovim pronalaskom, pelargonidin glikozid je dodat u sastav prirodnog sredstva za bojenje koje sadrzi cijanidin glikozide, peonidin glikozide, organske materije i mineralne soli. Sastav u procentima treba da izgleda ovako: cijanidin glikozid 0,1-8,6; peonidin glikozid 0,08-6,45; pelargonidin glikozid 0,005-4,3 dok organske materije i mineralne soli cine ostatak. Zbog cinjenice da rastvor sredstva za bojenje sadrzi pelargonidin glikozid uz cijanidin glikozide i peonidin glikozide, predlozeno sredstvo za bojenje ima siri spektar boja. Kombinacija ova tri antocijana u predlozenom kolorantu obezbedjuje najbogatiji spektar crvenih boja. Istovremeno odnos pelargonidin glikozid : peonidin glikozid : cijanidin glikozid mora da bude 1:1,5:2, cime ce se obezbediti da se proizvede kolorant s nizom vrednih fizickih karakteristika. Naime, ovaj kolorant zadrzava crvenu boju kada pH sredine nije preko 7, termostabilan je, fotostabilan, a zadrzava svoja svojstva i tokom 2 godine. Uz to, njegova relativna opticka gustina je najveca kada se izlaze svetlosti duzine 505-515 nm. U skladu sa ovim pronalaskom, proces proizvodnje ovog sredstva za bojenje podrazumeva da se prethodno susena pulpa kukuruza (celuloza) koja sadrzi antocijan melje, ekstrahuje mesavinom vodenog rastvora hlorovodonicne i limunske kiseline u polju izlozenom ultrazvucnim vibracijama. Osnovna sirovina se dodatno priprema za ekstrakciju infuzijom mlevenog materijala ekstrahujucim agensom tokom 6-8 sati na temperaturi od 35-40°C. Ova ekstrakcija moze da se obavi u tri koraka. Procesovanje u cilju ekstrakcije svake od serija treba da traje 30-40 minuta na temperaturi od 35-40°C. Ovaj proces cini proizvodnu tehnologiju laksom i obezbedjuje dodatni izvor osnovne sirovine.
