Abstract
"REFORçADORES DE ADESãO PARA POLIURETANOS REATIVOS ISENTOS DE MONÈMEROS". Composições de poliuretano são preparadas em um processo de duas etapas, sendo que em uma primeira etapa um componente diol com peso molecular inferior a 2000 é reagido com um diisocianato monómero com peso molecular inferior a 500, e deste produto de reação é eliminado o diisocianato monómero não reagido e a seguir em uma segunda etapa o diisocianato de elevado peso molecular assim obtido é reagido com um poliol, de forma que resulta um pré-polímero reativo com grupos terminais isocianato. A adição de poliisocianatos migratórios, que apresentam uma pressão de vapor substancialmente baixa como diisocianato de difenilmetano, aprimora o comportamento adesivo das preparações de poliuretano da presente invenção. Tais composições de poliuretano reativas são apropriadas para uso como aglutinantes para adesivos/selantes reativos de um ou de dois componentes, que podem eventualmente conter solventes. Além disso, estas composições são adequadas como composições da correspondente escolha dos polióis para a preparação de adesivos de fusão reativos. Vantagem substancial destas preparações em relação às composições de poliuretano conhecidas é a drástica redução da fração de diisocianatos monómeros com peso molecular inferior a 500.
