Abstract

Процесът за пречистване на фармакологично активнипротеини се основава на употребата на хроматография с катионен обмен върху твърда матрица, проведена при повече основна рН, т.е. по-висока по отношение на рН стойността, съответстваща на изоелектричната точка рI на протеините, които ще се пречистват, или рН, при която тези протеини остават все ощеабсорбирани. За да се постигне такъв резултат, сеизползват буферни разтвори със стойности на рН и сйонна сила, които периодично се регулират в съответствие с типа на пречиствания фармакологично активен протеин. Процесът е насочен главно към пречистване на протеини интерферон и албумин.
