Abstract

"PROTEìNA TENDO ATIVIDADE TRANSGLUTAMINASE, DNA, TRANSFORMANTE, E, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UMA PROTEìNA TENDO UMA ATIVIDADE TRANSGLUTAMINASE". Descreve-se uma proteína tendo atividade transglutaminase que compreende uma sequência na faixa de resíduo serina na segunda posição para resíduo prolina na posição 331, em uma sequência de aminoácido representada pela SEQ. ID. NO.: 1, em que o aminoácido N-terminal da proteína corresponde a resíduo serina na segunda posição da SEQ. ID, NO.: 1, um DNA codificando a proteína, um transformante tendo o DNA e um processo para produzir uma proteína tendo atividade transglutaminase, que compreende as etapas de cultivar o transformante em um meio. A proteína pode ser produzida em uma grande quantidade com o transformante usando um hospedeiro como E.coli.
