Abstract
본 발명은 글리코실트랜스퍼라제 활성을 가진 단백질, 글리코실트랜스퍼라제 활성을 가진 단백질을 코딩하는 재조합 DNA분자, 그러한 재조합 DNA분자로 이루어진 하이브리드 벡터, 재조합 DNA분자의 증식 및(또는)발현에 적합한 형질전환된 숙주, 및 그 단백질, DNA분자 및 숙주의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)
- 글리코실트랜스퍼라제의 동일하거나 또는 상이한 촉매 활성 도메인으로 이루어진 글리코실트랜스퍼라제 활성을 가진 단백질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하이브리드 단백질인 단백질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가용성 글리코실트랜스퍼라제에 연결된 막결합 또는 가용성 글리코실트랜스퍼라제로 이루어진 단백질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유전학적으로 코딩된 아미노산으로 구성된 적합한 링커로 이루어진 단백질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 서열 동정 번호 5에 기재된 아미노산 서열을 가진 단백질 및 서열 동정 번호 7에 기재된 아미노산 서열을 가진 단백질로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 단백질.
- 상기 단백질이 발현을 가능케 하는 조건하에서 적합한 형질전환된 이스트 군주를 배양시키는 것으로 이루어지는 제2항에 따른 단백질의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 따른 단백질을 코딩하는 DNA분자.
- 제7항에 따른 DNA분자로 이루어진 하이브리드 벡터.
- 제8항에 따른 하이브리드 벡터로 이루어진 형질전환된 이스트 군주.
- 글리코실화를 위한 제1항에 따른 단백질의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
