제1도는 형질발현 플라스미드 pHTN 55(141)의 구축공정을 도시한 것으로서, 도면중의 합성 DNA 어댑터[C],[D]및[E]는 실시예 3에 기재된 화학합성올리고뉴클레오티드 어댑터이다.
제2도는 형질발현 플라스미드 pHIPH 383a의 구축공정을 도시한 것으로서, 도면중의 합성 DNA 어댑터[F] 와 [G]는 참고예 1에 기재된 화학합성올리고뉴클레오티드 어댑터이다.
제3도는 형질발현 플라스미드 pHIP 312 EC의 구축공정을 도시한 것으로서, 도면중의 합성 DNA린커[H]는 참고예 2에 기재된 화학합성올리고 뉴클레오티드린커이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 하기식[I]로 표시된 아미노산 배열을 갖는 폴리펩티드 또는 그 N말단쪽의 1∼14개와 아미노산 및/또는 C말단쪽의 1∼4개의 아미노산이 결실된 폴리펩티드.
    식중, W는 Ser 또는 Asp를 의미하고, X는 Asn또는 Asp를 의미하며, Y는 Asp이외의 아미노산을 의미한다.
  2. 하기식[III]으로 표시되는 아미노산 배열을 갖는 폴리 펩티드.
    식중, X는 Asp를 의미하고, Y는 Asp이외의 아미노산을 의미한다.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 식[I] 또는 [III]으로 표시되는 아미노산 배열중, Y가 Tyr인 아미노산 배열을 갖는 폴리펩티드.
  4. 하기식[II]으로 표시되는 아미노산 배열을 갖는 폴리펩티드 또는 그 N말단쪽의 1∼3개의 아미노산 및/또는 C말단쪽의 1∼3개의 아미노산이 결실된 폴리펩티드.
    식중, Z는 Asp이외의 아미노산을 의미한다.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 폴리펩티드를 코우드하는 DNA.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 제5항에 기재된 DNA를 조립해넣은 세포를 배양하는 것을 특징으로하는 폴리펩티드의 제조법.
