Abstract
Neumático para ruedas de vehículos, que comprende: una estructura de carcasa conformada en una configuración sustancialmente toroidal, cuyos bordes laterales opuestos están asociados con los respectivos alambres del talón de los lados derecho e izquierdo para formar los talones respectivos; una estructura de cinturón aplicada en una posición radialmente externa con respecto a dicha estructura de carcasa; una banda de rodamiento radialmente superpuesta sobre dicha estructura de cinturón; por lo menos una capa de material elastómero reticulado aplicada en una posición radialmente interna con respecto a dicha banda de rodamiento; un par de paredes laterales aplicadas lateralmente en lados opuestos con respecto a dicha estructura de carcasa; en donde dicha por lo menos una capa de material elastómero reticulado tiene las siguientes características: un módulo elástico dinámico (E´), medido a 70°C, no menor que 20 Mpa, preferentemente de desde 25 Mpa a 50 Mpa; una relación entre el modulo de elasticidad a la tracción al 100% de alargamiento (M100) y el modulo de elasticidad a la tracción al 10% de alargamiento (M10) no menor que 1,5, preferentemente de desde 2 a 5. Preferentemente dicha por lo menos una capa de material elastómero reticulado está ubicada entre dicha banda de rodamiento y dicha estructura de cinturón.
