Abstract
"PNEU PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO, E, PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR O MESMO". Pneu para rodas de veículo, incluindo uma estrutura de carcaça (2) com pelo menos uma lona de carcaça (3) formada em uma configuração substancialmente toroidal, as bordas laterais opostas (3a) da qual estão associadas com arames de talão direito e esquerdo respectivos (4), cada arame de talão sendo encerrado em um talão respectivo (5); uma estrutura de cinta (6) incluindo pelo menos uma tira de cinta (7a, 7b) aplicada em uma posição circunferencialmente externa relativa à dita estrutura de carcaça (2); uma banda de rodagem (10) sobreposta circunferencialmente sobre dita estrutura de cinta (6) incluindo uma camada radialmente exterior (12) projetada para entrar em contato com o chão e uma camada radialmente interna (12) interposta entre dita camada radialmente exterior e dita estrutura de cinta (6); um par de costados (9) aplicadas lateralmente em lados opostos relativos à dita estrutura de carcaça (2); em que dita camada radialmente interna (11) inclui uma composição elastomérica reticulada incluindo: (a) pelo menos um polímero elastomérico de dieno; (b) pelo menos um material inorgânico em camadas tendo uma espessura de camada individual de 0,01 nm a 30 nm, preferivelmente de 0,05 nm a 15 nm.
