Abstract
Ovaj pronalazak se odnosi na jedinjenja formule (I) u kojoj su R1, R2, R3 i R4 definisani kao što je dato u zahtevu 1 i njihove farmaceutski prihvatljive soli. Ova jedinjenja su aktivatori glukokinaze koji povećavaju lučenje insulina u lečenju dijabetesa tipa II.[The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are as defined in claim 1 and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The compounds are glucokinase activators which increase insulin secretion in the treatment of type II diabetes.
