Abstract
POSTUPAK ZA PROIZVODNJU KVARLJIVIH OBLIKOVANIH TELA TANKIH ZIDOVA NA BAZI SKROBA, kao na pr. case, tanjiri, pakovanja za brzu hranu, posluzavnici, ravnih listova i sl., nanosenjem mase za pecenje na bazi skroba na donji deo kalupa visedelnog, prvenstveno dvodelnog kalupa, pecenjem oblikovanog tela zagrevanjem zatvorenog kalupa i na kraju kondicioniranjem ispecenog proizvoda, da bi se dobio zilav, cvrst proizvod koji ima visoku mehanicku stabilnost, naznacen time, sto je masa za pecenje pripremljena od sledecih sastojaka a, u sustini bez masnoce, 30 do 63. mas.% prvenstveno 42,0 do 58,0 mas.-%vode; skrobne osnove od 27,0 do 69 mas.-%, prvenstveno 36 do 56,6 mas.-%, a narocito 44 do 49 mas.-% skroba ili smese razlicitih skrobova i/ili brasna ili smese brasna; sredstva za odvajanje od 0,04 do 11 mas.-%, prvenstveno 0,2 do 4,5 mas.-% jedne ili vise srednjelancastih ili dugolancastih u najpovoljnijem slucaju supstituisanih masnih kiselina i/ili njihovih soli i/ili njihovih derivata kiseline, na pr. amida kiseline, pri cemu mogu pored ovih jedinjenja da se stave kao delimicna, u pojedinacnim slucajevima takodje i kao potpuna zamena istih 0,5 do 6,5 mas.-%, prvenstveno 0,1 do 4,2 mas.-% polimetilhidrogen siloksani, pri cemu u slucaju stavljanja obeju grupa jedinjenja pri visokim koncentracijama masnih kiselina odn. njihovih jedinjenja koncentracija polimetilhidrogena siloksana po pravilu ne treba prekoraciti 3 mas.-%; 0 do 10 mas.-% prvenstveno 0,1 do 7,5 mas.-% uguscivaca, a narocito povoljno 1,0 do 5,5 mas.% bubrenog skroba, skroba pretvorenog u lepak ili otpadak pecenja, i/ili 0 do 2 mas.-%, prvenstveno 0 do 1,0 mas.-% guar brasna, pektina, brasno rogaca, karboksilmetil celulozu i/ili 0 do 5,5 mas.-%, prvenstveno 0 do 3 mas.-% gumi arabika; 0 do 16,0 mas.-%, prvenstveno 0-11 mas.% sirovine bogatih celulozom- u slucaju pulpi do 26,9 mas.-% i/ili vlakana od plasticne mase, stakla, metalam ugljenika i dr.; 0 do 10 mas.-%, prvenstveno 0 do 7,5 mas.-% punila koja nisu vlaknastog oblika; kao i kalcijum karbonata, uglja, talka, titan dioksida, silika gela, aluminijum oksida; 0 do 3 mas.-%, prvenstveno 0 do 2,5 mas.-% selaka, 0 do 2,0 mas.-%, prvenstveno 0 do 1,0 mas.-% belancevina soje, sprasenih, lepka psenice, sprasenog, belancevine pileta, sprasenog kazeina, sprasenog i kazeinata, sprasenog, sredstva za vlazenje 0-3 mas.-%, prvenstveno 0-2,5 mas.-% kuhinjske soli, i/ili 0-2,5 mas.-%, prvenstveno 0-1,5 mas.% glicerina, glikola i/ili 0-4,5 mas.-%, prvenstveno 0-3,5 mas.-% sor-bita; sredstvo za bojenje, 0-10 mas.-%, prvenstveno 0-7,5 mas.-% neorganskih pigmenata, i/ili 0-0,1 mas.-% prirodnih i sintetskih boja, i/ili 0-2,5 mas.-%, prvenstveno 0-1 mas.-% secerne boje, i/ili 0-1 mas.-% cadji i/ili 0-3,5 mas.-%, prvenstveno 0-2,5 mas.-% kakao praha; ucvrscivaca strukture rastvor cirkonijum soli, gde se pretpos-tavlja alkalni rastvor amonijum cirkonijum karbonata, pri cemu sadrzaj cirkonijum jedinjenja, izrazen kao ZrO2 iznosi 0 do 0,1 mas.-%, a pozeljno 0,01 do
