施工状況を報告する書類に対する挿入ルール及び/または表記ルールを取得する第2の取得工程と、

前記フォーマットには、前記完成図書の一部である施工写真台帳データを生成する際の注意事項が含まれる。
前記フォーマット記憶部は、前記フォーマットに対する共有権限を有する者からのアクセスを許容するように構成される。
完成図書の一部である施工写真台帳データを生成するための複数種類のフォーマットのうち、選択された複数のフォーマットに挿入される各撮影画像データを撮影する撮影場所を示す位置情報および各撮影画像データの用途情報を受信する情報受信部を有する。
前記端末は、前記各撮影画像データの用途情報を表示する表示部を有する。
前記端末は、撮影対象物の位置を定めるための線を撮影画面上に表示するカメラ機能制御部を有する。
前記端末は、撮影時のブレの影響を抑止するよう、撮影画像データを補正するカメラ機能制御部を有する。
完成図書の一部を構成するデータを生成するための複数種類のフォーマットを記憶する記憶部を有する作業支援装置が、前記複数種類のフォーマットの中から選択された複数のフォーマットに挿入される各撮影画像データを撮影する撮影場所を示す位置情報および前記各撮影画像データの用途情報を送信するステップと、
端末が、前記位置情報および前記用途情報を受信するステップとを有する。
<作業支援システムのシステム構成>
はじめに、第1の実施形態に係る作業支援システムのシステム構成について説明する。図1は、作業支援システムのシステム構成の一例を示す図である。図1に示すように、作業支援システム100は、情報入力装置110、サーバ装置120、情報出力装置140、端末装置150を有する。作業支援システム100において、情報入力装置110、情報出力装置140、端末装置150は、それぞれ、サーバ装置120と通信可能に接続される。
・事業者181が完成図書を生成する作業、
・完成図書に挿入される撮影画像データを生成するために、施工業者182が施工現場において施工写真の撮影を行う作業、
等を支援する。

次に、完成図書の構成例について説明する。図2は、完成図書の構成例を示す図である。図2に示すように、完成図書200は、表紙、機器納入書、取扱説明書、竣工図、空調機試運転表、気密試験結果表、通水試験結果表、風量測定試験比較表、施工写真台帳、設備管理台帳、保証書、保守連絡先リスト等により構成される。
・事業者181が施工写真台帳のデータ(画像情報)を生成する作業、
・施工写真台帳データに挿入される撮影画像データを生成するために、施工業者182が施工現場において施工写真の撮影を行う作業、
を支援する。このため、以下では、作業支援システム100において行われる各種処理のうち、主として、施工写真台帳データの生成に関する処理について説明する。
作業支援システム100において行われる、施工写真台帳データの生成に関する処理は、準備フェーズと施工フェーズとに大別される。そこで、以下では、両者を分けて説明する。
はじめに、作業支援システム100における準備フェーズの処理の流れについて説明する。図3は、作業支援システムにおける準備フェーズの処理の流れを示すシーケンス図である。
次に、作業支援システム100における施工フェーズの処理の流れについて説明する。図4は、作業支援システムにおける施工フェーズの処理の流れを示すシーケンス図である。
・属性情報を取得した際に施工業者182が選択した選択結果(案件、場所及び機器、工程及び作業、撮影タイミング)、及び、
・撮影した際に施工業者182が入力した追加情報(施工業者と特定する情報、撮影者を特定する情報、撮影画像データに対する評価、撮影日、施工立会者に関する情報)、
が記録されている。
次に、サーバ装置120及び端末装置150のハードウェア構成について説明する。図5は、サーバ装置及び端末装置のハードウェア構成の一例を示す図である。
図5の5aに示すように、サーバ装置120は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)501、ROM(Read Only Memory)502、RAM(Random Access Memory)503を有する。CPU501、ROM502、RAM503は、いわゆるコンピュータを形成する。
図5の5bに示すように、端末装置150は、サーバ装置120と同様のハードウェア構成(CPU521~通信装置527)を有しているため、ここでは、サーバ装置120との相違点について説明する。
次に、サーバ装置120に格納される各種情報(ここでは、施工業者情報、アプリケーション情報、属性情報)の具体例について説明する。
はじめに、サーバ装置120の施工業者情報格納部131に格納される施工業者情報、アプリ格納部132に格納されるアプリケーション情報について説明する。
次に、サーバ装置120の属性情報格納部133に格納される属性情報について説明する。上述したように、属性情報には、案件情報と、施工内容と、撮影タイミング情報とが含まれ、施工内容については、場所及び機器情報と、工程及び作業情報とに分けて格納されている。このため、ここでは、案件情報、場所及び機器情報、工程及び作業情報、撮影タイミング情報について説明する。
次に、作業支援システム100において、施工写真台帳のデータを生成する場合の、図4のシーケンス図の各ステップの処理(ここでは、ステップS402~S405、S409~S410、S412~S414の処理)の具体例について説明する。
はじめに、図4に示したシーケンス図のうち、ステップS402(テンプレートの取得)からステップS405(挿入前情報の生成)までの処理の具体例について説明する。
次に、図4に示したシーケンス図のうち、ステップS409(属性情報の取得)からステップS410(撮影)までの処理の具体例について説明する。図9は、属性情報取得から撮影までの処理の具体例を示す図である。
・撮影画像データが適切に撮影されたものであるか否か(手振れ等により画質が低下していないか)、
・撮影画像データが施工写真台帳データに挿入するのに適切なデータか否か(施工写真台帳データに挿入するうえでの要求を満たしているか、撮影すべき位置として適切か)、
・撮影画像データの用途(施工写真台帳データに挿入する、または、施工写真台帳データに挿入しないが削除せずに保管しておく)、
などが含まれる。
次に、図4に示したシーケンス図のうち、ステップS412(挿入ルール)の処理の具体例について説明する。
図10は、挿入ルールに基づく配列例を示す第1の図である。図10の例は、
・撮影画像データを、作業単位でグループ分けし、作業=室内機設置のグループ→作業=通水試験のグループ→作業=冷媒配管敷設のグループの順に、配列すること、及び、
・各グループに分類された撮影画像データを、部屋・ゾーン単位、機器単位で更に分類し、同じ部屋・ゾーンの撮影画像データ、同じ機器の撮影画像データを優先的に配列した後に、撮影タイミングの順に配列すること、
を定めた挿入ルールに従って、撮影画像データを配列した様子を示している。
図11は、挿入ルールに基づく配列例を示す第2の図である。図11の例は、
・撮影画像データを、部屋・ゾーン単位及び機器単位でグループ分けし、(部屋・ゾーン、機器)が(1年1組、FFF001DD)→(1年2組、FFF001DD)→・・・の順になるように配列すること、及び、
・各グループに分類された撮影画像データを、作業単位で更に分類し、同じ作業の撮影画像データを優先的に配列した後に、撮影タイミングの順に配列すること、
を定めた挿入ルールに従って、撮影画像データを配列した様子を示している。
次に、図4に示したシーケンス図のうち、ステップS413(挿入ルール取得)からステップS414(完成図書生成)までの処理の具体例について説明する。図12は、挿入ルール取得から完成図書生成までの処理の具体例を示す図である。
次に、図4に示したシーケンス図のうち、ステップS415(表示及び選択)の処理の具体例について説明する。上述したように、情報入力装置110は、施工写真台帳データの各ページ画面を表示する際、同じ属性情報に複数の撮影画像データが対応付けられていた場合に、1の撮影画像データの選択を受け付ける。

次に、サーバ装置120のルール取得部124及び完成図書生成部126による完成図書生成処理(図4のステップS414)の流れについて説明する。図15は、完成図書生成処理の流れを示すフローチャートの一例である。
以上の説明から明らかなように、第1の実施形態に係るサーバ装置では、
・施工写真取得部が、施工内容と撮影タイミング情報とを含む属性情報と撮影画像データとを対応付ける端末装置から、属性情報が対応付けられた複数の撮影画像データを取得する。
・ルール取得部が、施工写真台帳データに対する撮影画像データの挿入ルール及び/または施工写真台帳の表記ルールを取得する。
・完成図書生成部が、施工写真取得部により取得された複数の撮影画像データのヘッダ部に記録された属性情報と、ルール取得部により取得された挿入ルール及び/または表記ルールとに基づいて、施工写真台帳データを生成する。
上記第1の実施形態では、撮影画像データを撮影した際に、施工業者182が追加情報を入力するものとして説明した。しかしながら、追加情報も属性情報格納部133に予め格納しておき、サーバ装置120が属性情報を提供する際、あわせて提供するように構成してもよい。
上記第1及び第2の実施形態では、撮影画像データに基づいて生成される施工写真台帳データが、顧客に納品される完成図書の一部として用いられる場合について説明した。しかしながら、撮影画像データに基づいて生成される施工写真台帳データの用途は、顧客に納品される完成図書の一部として用いられる場合に限定されない。例えば、当該施工に伴う補助金の給付を申請する際に行政機関に提出する書類の一部(補助金申請書に添付される書類)として用いられてもよい。
はじめに、第3の実施形態に係る作業支援システムのシステム構成について説明する。図16は、作業支援システムのシステム構成の他の一例を示す図である。図16に示すように、作業支援システム1600は、撮影端末1610、サーバ装置1620、登録端末1630、完成図書作成端末1640を有する。サーバ装置1620は、撮影端末1610、登録端末1630、完成図書作成端末1640と任意のネットワークを介して通信可能に接続される。以下、それぞれの装置及び端末の機能について説明する。
サーバ装置1620は作業支援装置の一例であり、1つまたは複数のコンピュータにより構成される。サーバ装置1620は記憶部を有しており、当該記憶部には、少なくとも完成図書の一部を構成する施工写真台帳データを生成するためのフォーマットが記憶される。なお、本実施形態では、完成図書の一部を構成する施工写真台帳データを生成するためのフォーマットとして、複数種類のフォーマット(例えば、補助金の種類別のフォーマットや、顧客別のフォーマット等)が記憶されるものとする。
撮影端末1610は、撮影画像データを撮影するための端末である。撮影端末1610は、カメラ機能を有する。撮影端末1610には、スマートフォン、タブレット等が含まれる。撮影端末1610は、施工写真台帳データを生成するための複数種類のフォーマットの中から選択された複数のフォーマット(例えば、補助金A用のフォーマット、顧客B用のフォーマット等)に挿入される各撮影画像データについての位置情報及び用途情報を、サーバ装置1620から受信する。撮影端末1610は、サーバ装置1620から受信した用途情報を表示してもよい。なお、撮影端末1610を操作する者を、本実施形態では撮影者1611と呼ぶ。撮影端末1610の詳細は、図17を用いて後述する。
登録端末1630は、事前に(つまり、撮影者1611が撮影画像データを撮影する前に)、フォーマットの種類ごとに、施工写真台帳データに挿入される撮影画像データを撮影する際の撮影場所を示す位置情報を、サーバ装置1620に登録するための端末である。登録端末1630は、例えば、パーソナルコンピュータ等により構成される。なお、登録端末1630を操作する者を、本実施形態では、登録者1631と呼ぶ。登録端末1630の詳細は、図19を用いて後述する。
完成図書作成端末1640は、サーバ装置1620の記憶部に記憶されているフォーマットに、撮影端末1610が撮影した撮影画像データを挿入して施工写真台帳データを生成することで、完成図書データを生成するための端末である。完成図書作成端末1640は、サーバ装置1620に記憶されている、生成済みの施工写真台帳データを表示することができる。完成図書作成端末1640は、例えば、パーソナルコンピュータ等により構成される。なお、完成図書作成端末1640を操作する者を、本実施形態では、完成図書作成者1641と呼ぶ。完成図書作成端末1640の詳細は、図20を用いて後述する。
図17は、撮影端末の機能構成の一例を示す図である。図17に示すように、撮影端末1610は、情報受信部1701と、表示部1702と、カメラ機能制御部1703と、画像送信部1704とを有する。撮影端末1610が有するこれらの機能は、撮影端末1610がプログラムを実行することで実現される。
図18は、サーバ装置の機能構成の一例を示す図である。サーバ装置1620は、登録部1801、情報生成部1803、情報送信部1804、完成図書作成部1805を有する。サーバ装置1620が有するこれらの機能は、サーバ装置1620がプログラムを実行することで実現される。また、サーバ装置1620は、フォーマット記憶部1802を有する。フォーマット記憶部1802は、サーバ装置1620の補助記憶装置(図27の補助記憶装置2704等)において実現される。
図19は、登録端末の機能構成の一例を示す図である。登録端末1630は、登録部1901を有する。登録端末1630が有する当該機能は、登録端末1630がプログラムを実行することで実現される。
図20は、完成図書作成端末の機能構成の一例を示す図である。完成図書作成端末1640は、完成図書作成部2001を有する。完成図書作成端末1640が有する当該機能は、完成図書作成端末1640が、プログラムを実行することで実現される。
図21は、完成図書生成処理の流れを示すシーケンス図の一例である。以下、完成図書生成処理に含まれる登録処理(ステップS2111~S2112)、情報生成処理(ステップS2121)、撮影処理(ステップS2131~S2134)、完成図書データ生成処理(ステップS2141~S2144)に分けて説明する。
ステップS2111において、登録端末1630は、物件情報(例えば、空気調和機等の機器が設置される物件(建物等)の情報)と、その物件の施工において施工写真台帳データを生成する際に用いる複数種類のフォーマットに挿入される各撮影画像データについての位置情報と、をサーバ装置1620へ送信する。
ステップS2121において、サーバ装置1620は、撮影端末1610に送信する位置情報および用途情報を生成する。具体的には、サーバ装置1620は、登録端末1630が位置情報を登録した複数のフォーマット(つまり、撮影端末1610が撮影する撮影画像データが挿入される複数のフォーマット)のうちの少なくとも1つのフォーマットに挿入される各撮影画像データについての位置情報を生成する。また、サーバ装置1620は、登録端末1630が位置情報を登録したフォーマットに基づいて、各撮影画像データの用途情報を生成する。
ステップS2131において、撮影端末1610は、施工写真台帳データを生成するための複数種類のフォーマットの中から選択された複数のフォーマット(例えば、補助金A用のフォーマットと顧客B用のフォーマット等)に挿入される撮影画像データについての位置情報及び用途情報を、サーバ装置1620から受信する。また、撮影端末1610は、撮影画像データの用途情報を表示する。また、撮影端末1610は、完成図書の一部を構成する施工写真台帳データを生成する際の注意事項(例えば、撮影の際に注意すべき事項)を、サーバ装置1620から受信して表示する。
ステップS2141において、完成図書作成端末1640は、完成図書作成者1641が完成図書データを生成する際のフォーマットを、サーバ装置1620から取得する。
次に、完成図書生成処理の各処理の詳細について説明する
(1)登録処理の詳細
図22は、登録処理の流れを示すフローチャートの一例である。ステップS2201において、登録端末1630の登録部1901は、登録者1631による指示に応じて、位置情報を登録するフォーマット(例えば、補助金A用のフォーマット)を選択する。
図23は、情報生成処理の流れを示すフローチャートの一例である。ステップS2301において、サーバ装置1620の情報生成部1803は、フォーマット記憶部1802内の複数種類のフォーマットの中から、登録端末1630が位置情報を登録した複数のフォーマット(つまり、撮影端末1610が撮影する撮影画像データが挿入される複数のフォーマット)を選択する。
図24は、撮影処理の流れを示すフローチャートの一例である。ステップS2401において、撮影端末1610の情報受信部1701は、施工写真台帳データを生成するための複数種類のフォーマットの中から選択された複数のフォーマット(例えば、補助金A用のフォーマット、顧客B用のフォーマット等)に挿入される撮影画像データについての位置情報および用途情報を、サーバ装置1620から受信する。撮影端末1610の表示部1702は、撮影画像データについての用途情報を表示する。また、撮影端末1610の情報受信部1701は、施工写真台帳データを生成する際の注意事項(例えば、撮影の際に注意すべき事項)をサーバ装置1620から受信し、撮影端末1610の表示部1702は、情報受信部1701により受信された注意事項を表示する。
図25は、完成図書データ生成処理の流れを示すフローチャートの一例である。ステップS2501において、完成図書作成端末1640の完成図書作成部2001は、完成図書作成者1641が完成図書データを生成する際に用いるフォーマットを、サーバ装置1620から受信する。
図27は、位置情報及び用途情報の具体例を示す図である。1つの施工において、フォーマットA(例えば、補助金A用のフォーマット)の施工写真台帳データとフォーマットB(例えば、顧客B用のフォーマット)の施工写真台帳データとを生成するケースについて説明する。
図27は、撮影端末、サーバ装置、登録端末、完成図書作成端末のハードウェア構成の一例を示す図である。撮影端末1610、サーバ装置1620、登録端末1630、完成図書作成端末1640は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)2701、ROM(Read Only Memory)2702、RAM(Random Access Memory)2703を有する。CPU2701、ROM2702、RAM2703は、いわゆるコンピュータを形成する。

前記第1の取得部により取得された複数の撮影画像に対応付けられた属性情報と、前記第2の取得部により取得された挿入ルール及び/または表記ルールとに基づいて、画像情報を生成する生成部と
を有する作業支援装置。 - 前記挿入ルールには、挿入順序が含まれ、該挿入順序は、前記属性情報に含まれる施工内容または撮影タイミングにより決定される、請求項1に記載の作業支援装置。
- 同じ属性情報に複数の撮影画像が対応付けられている場合に、前記複数の撮影画像の中から撮影画像を選択する選択部を更に有する、請求項1または2に記載の作業支援装置。
- 前記属性情報は、更に、施工業者を特定する情報、撮影者を特定する情報、撮影画像に対する評価、撮影日時を特定する情報、施工立会者に関する情報を含む、請求項1に記載の作業支援装置。
