在录制或定制烹饪曲线时,由于不同的用户会有不同的烹饪方法和过程,在记录和还原的过程中,如果完全按照功率及温度随时间变化过程来记录,工作量大且繁琐,实现难度极大。
发明内容
本公开提出了一种烹饪设备及其烹饪控制方法和装置、显示控制方法,以根据用户的个性化需求信息,烹饪曲线段进行组合,获取新的烹饪曲线,不仅能够满足不同用户的需求,而且可以大大提升用户的烹饪体验。
第一方面,本公开提出了一种烹饪控制方法,包括:获取用户的选择指令,其中,所述选择指令包括食谱和个性化需求信息;根据所述个性化需求信息,获取烹饪所述食谱所需的多个烹饪阶段、每个烹饪阶段对应的目标烹饪曲线段以及多个烹饪阶段的烹饪顺序;根据所述烹饪顺序将多个所述目标烹饪曲线段进行组合,获取所述目标烹饪曲线;按照所述目标烹饪曲线对烹饪设备进行控制。

如图1所示,本公开实施例的烹饪控制方法可包括以下步骤:
S101,获取用户的选择指令,其中,选择指令包括食谱和个性化需求信息。
具体而言,用户可以在烹饪前通过终端(该终端可以为移动设备,如智能手机等,也可以为烹饪设备)的APP选择食谱和个性化需求信息。
作为一种可能的实施方式,当终端为移动设备时,可建立移动设备与烹饪设备之间的无线连接,用户想吃火爆大头菜,但是不希望火候太大,因此在火爆大头菜制作过程中的“炒制”阶段,选择“慢炒”,因此,用户可以根据自己的需求发送相应的选择指令至移动设备APP,以通过移动设备APP选择对应的食谱和个性化需求信息,并通过移动设备采用无线发送方式将该食谱和个性化需求信息发送至烹饪设备,从而满足用户的个性化需求。
作为另一种可能的实施方式,当终端为烹饪设备时,用户可根据自己的需求直接在烹饪设备的功能选择区(包括功能选择按钮)输入相应的指令,例如,在火爆大头菜制作过程中的“炒制”阶段,选择“慢炒”,以获取对应的食谱。
需要说明的是,食谱可预先存储在终端的信息存储容器中,以便于用户在烹饪时调用。
S102,根据个性化需求信息,获取烹饪食谱所需的多个烹饪阶段、每个烹饪阶段对应的目标烹饪曲线段以及多个烹饪阶段的烹饪顺序。
可以理解的是,如图2所示,常见的烹饪阶段主要有翻炒阶段、炸阶段……、蒸阶段等,对于翻炒阶段来说,可以分为慢炒、快炒和爆炒等,对于炸阶段来说,可以分为大火炸、中火炸和小火炸等,并且每个烹饪阶段均有其对应的烹饪曲线段。
根据本公开的一个实施例,如图3所示,根据个性化需求信息,获取烹饪食谱所需的多个烹饪阶段、每个烹饪阶段对应的目标烹饪曲线段以及多个烹饪阶段的烹饪顺序,包括以下步骤:
S301,获取每个烹饪阶段的至少一个候选烹饪曲线段。
进一步地,在本申请的一个实施例中,本申请实施例可以首先获取多个标准食谱。具体地,本申请实施例可以针对每个标准食谱,录制厨师的烹饪教程以生成烹饪视频,同时记录厨师对烹饪设备的火力操作;根据火力操作对应的烹饪曲线生成标准食谱。
具体而言,食谱为专业的厨师或者对菜肴有特殊烹饪诀窍的烹饪者烹饪的过程,并通过大众评审认可的食谱。例如,通过摄像头录制专业的厨师预先准备的食材,并录制厨师在烹饪过程中的对火力的控制,通过获取与烹饪过程中的对火力操作对应的烹饪曲线,即可生成标准食谱。
进一步地,在本申请的一个实施例中,获取食谱,还包括:拍摄厨师烹饪过程以生成操作视频,同时记录所述厨师对所述烹饪设备的火力操作;根据所述厨师对所述烹饪设备的火力操作生成所述烹饪曲线;对所述操作视频之中的多个操作动作进行识别,并记录所述多个操作动作对应的多个时间点;根据所述多个时间点和所述多个操作动作生成在所述多个时间点进行播报的提示信息。也就是说,本申请实施例还可以记录厨师在烹饪过程中的多个操作(如添加主食、辅食、主要配料和次要配料等)对应的多个时间点,然后对这 些动作进行识别,生成语音提示信息,从而便于用户的烹饪。
其次,在获取到多个标准食谱后,本申请实施例还可以从每个标准食谱中提取多个标准烹饪阶段、每个标准烹饪阶段对应的标准烹饪曲线段以及多个标准烹饪阶段的烹饪顺序。
具体而言,在本申请的一个实施例中,可以根据厨师的烹饪动作对烹饪教程进行切分以形成多个播放内容;对多个播放内容进行分组;根据多个播放内容的分组结果对烹饪曲线进行切分以形成多个标准烹饪阶段,其中,每个标准烹饪阶段对应的火力操作的曲线为烹饪阶段对应的标准烹饪曲线段,分组结果的衔接顺序对应烹饪顺序。
具体而言,在厨师进行烹饪的过程中,可对厨师的烹饪过程进行现场录像,或者拍摄厨师的烹饪过程并将其制作成各种flash动作,以形成烹饪教程,并根据厨师的烹饪动作对烹饪教程进行切分以形成多个播放内容,举例而言,在烹饪过程中,厨师的烹饪动作依次可包括:切菜、洗锅、热锅、颠锅、加盖焖锅、翻炒、出锅七个动作,对应地,可将烹饪教程划分为七个播放内容,并对多个播放内容进行分组。
进一步地,除了录制厨师的烹饪教程外,还可记录厨师从开始烹饪至烹饪结束整个过程中对火候进行选择控制所形成的曲线,即,在厨师进行烹饪的过程中,记录烹饪设备的运行参数,例如烹饪设备的温度值、功率值、运行状态等,以根据运行参数生成烹饪曲线(录制厨师的烹饪教程和录制厨师的烹饪曲线可由一个人完成,也可由多人完成,具体可根据实际情况进行设定),并根据多个播放内容的分组结果对烹饪曲线进行切分以形成多个标准烹饪阶段,例如,可将烹饪曲线划分为准备阶段、爆香阶段、炒制阶段、焖炖阶段、收汁阶段以及出锅阶段,也就是说,整个烹饪曲线可划分为6个标准烹饪阶段。
举例而言,切菜和洗锅对应的两个播放内容可与准备阶段相对应,因此,切菜和洗锅对应的两个播放内容可分为一组;热锅对应的一个播放内容可与爆香阶段相对应,因此,热锅对应的一个播放内容可分为一组;颠锅对应的一个播放内容可与炒制阶段相对应,因此,颠锅对应的一个播放内容可分为一组;加盖焖锅对应的一个播放内容可与焖炖阶段相对应,因此,加盖焖锅对应的一个播放内容可分为一组;翻炒对应的一个播放内容可与收汁阶段相对应,因此,翻炒对应的一个播放内容可分为一组;出锅对应的一个播放内容可与出锅阶段相对应,因此,出锅对应的一个播放内容可分为一组。
最后,本申请实施例可以利用候选需求信息,对多个标准烹饪曲线段进行修正,获取至少一个候选烹饪曲线段。
S302,根据个性化需求信息,从至少一个候选烹饪曲线段中确定目标烹饪曲线段。
可以理解的是,本申请实施例可以预设有烹饪曲线段的个性化需求信息与烹饪曲线段之间的映射关系,在获取到用户的个性化需求信息后,通过查询上述建立的映射关系,获 取满足个性化需求的目标烹饪曲线段。
由此,即可根据用户的个性需求信息得到烹饪食谱所需的多个烹饪阶段,以及每个阶段对应的目标烹饪曲线段,从而便于根据用户的个性需求,得到多个烹饪阶段的烹饪顺序,大大提升了用户的烹饪体验。
进一步地,根据本公开的一个实施例,如图4所示,在根据个性化需求信息,从至少一个候选烹饪曲线段中确定目标烹饪曲线段之前,还包括以下步骤:

作为另一种可能的实施方式,当终端为烹饪设备时,烹饪设备的功能选择区可以显示食谱对应的至少一个烹饪阶段的标准烹饪需求以及至少一个烹饪阶段可选的多个个性化需求标签,其中,功能显示区可以为触屏使用,也可以通过设置相应的按键,用户可以通过按键选择,从而即可根据用户的选择获取对个性化需求标签的选择指令。
进一步地,根据本公开的一个实施例,选择指令为烹饪阶段-个性化需求标签映射的选择指令,根据个性化需求信息,从多个候选烹饪曲线段中确定目标烹饪曲线段,包括:根据烹饪阶段-个性化标签映射选择指令,确定至少一个烹饪阶段的个性化需求信息。
可以理解的是,本申请实施例中预设有烹饪曲线段的个性化需求信息与烹饪曲线段之间的映射关系,如果选择指令为烹饪阶段-个性化需求标签映射的选择指令,即可根据烹饪阶段-个性化标签映射选择指令,从上述的映射关系中确定出烹饪阶段的个性化需求信息。

作为一种可能的实施方式,在厨师进行烹饪的过程中,可对厨师的烹饪过程进行现场录像,或者拍摄厨师的烹饪过程并将其制作成各种flash动作,以形成烹饪教程,并根据厨师的烹饪动作对烹饪教程进行切分以形成M个播放内容,举例而言,在烹饪过程中,厨师的烹饪动作依次可包括:切菜、洗锅、热锅、颠锅、加盖焖锅、翻炒、出锅七个动作,对应地,可将烹饪教程划分为七个播放内容。
进一步地,除了录制厨师的烹饪教程外,还可记录厨师从开始烹饪至烹饪结束整个过 程中对火候进行选择控制所形成的曲线,即,在厨师进行烹饪的过程中,记录烹饪器具的运行参数,例如烹饪器具的温度值、功率值、运行状态等,以根据运行参数生成烹饪曲线(录制厨师的烹饪教程和录制厨师的烹饪曲线可由一个人完成,也可由多人完成,具体可根据实际情况进行设定),并根据烹饪阶段对烹饪曲线进行切分以形成N个区段,举例而言,如图6所示,可将烹饪曲线划分为准备阶段、爆香阶段、炒制阶段、焖炖阶段、收汁阶段以及出锅阶段,也就是说,每个烹饪阶段可对应一个区段,整个烹饪曲线可划分为6个区段。
根据N个区段对M个播放内容进行分组。举例而言,切菜和洗锅对应的两个播放内容可与准备阶段相对应,因此,切菜和洗锅对应的两个播放内容可分为一组;热锅对应的一个播放内容可与爆香阶段相对应,因此,热锅对应的一个播放内容可分为一组;颠锅对应的一个播放内容可与炒制阶段相对应,因此,颠锅对应的一个播放内容可分为一组;加盖焖锅对应的一个播放内容可与焖炖阶段相对应,因此,加盖焖锅对应的一个播放内容可分为一组;翻炒对应的一个播放内容可与收汁阶段相对应,因此,翻炒对应的一个播放内容可分为一组;出锅对应的一个播放内容可与出锅阶段相对应,因此,出锅对应的一个播放内容可分为一组。
根据本公开的另一个实施例,M个播放内容中的多个播放内容与N个区段中的一个区段相对应,或者M个播放内容中的一个播放内容与N个区段中的一个区段相对应,还包括:录制厨师的烹饪教程,并根据厨师的烹饪动作对烹饪教程进行切分以形成M个播放内容;对M个播放内容进行分组;录制厨师的烹饪曲线,并根据M个播放内容的分组结果对烹饪曲线进行切分以形成N个区段,使得多个播放内容与一个区段相对应或者一个播放内容与一个区段相对应。
作为另一种可能的实施方式,在录制厨师的烹饪教程,并根据厨师的烹饪动作对烹饪教程进行切分以形成M个播放内容后,可先对M个播放内容进行分组,以确定出M个播放内容分别对应的烹饪阶段,然后再根据分组结果对录制出的厨师的烹饪曲线进行切分以形成N个区段。
举例而言,M个播放内容可包括切菜、洗锅、热锅、颠锅、加盖焖锅、翻炒、出锅这七个烹饪动作对应的播放内容,其中,可将切菜和洗锅对应的两个播放内容分为一组,将热锅对应的一个播放内容分为一组,将颠锅对应的一个播放内容可分为一组,将加盖焖锅对应的一个播放内容分为一组,将翻炒对应的一个播放内容分为一组,并将出锅对应的一个播放内容分为一组,以分别对应烹饪阶段中的准备阶段、爆香阶段、炒制阶段、焖炖阶段、收汁阶段以及出锅阶段,其中,每个烹饪阶段可对应一个区段,整个烹饪曲线可划分为6个区段。当然,也可以把M个播放内容划分为切菜、洗锅、热锅、颠锅、加盖焖锅、 慢炒、快炒、出锅这八个烹饪动作(比如翻炒比较复杂,可以进一步分成慢炒和快炒),从而直接把烹饪曲线分成对应的8个区段。前面所说的是两种不同的划分方式,一种是从烹饪阶段出发,寻找与该阶段相对应的播放内容;另一种是从播放内容出发,寻找与播放内容动作相对应的烹饪阶段。具体可根据不同的菜系和难易程度选用不同的对应方式,通常来说烹饪步骤比较多的可采用第一种方式,烹饪动作比较复杂的可采用第二种方式。
需要说明的是,上述实施例中,M可以等于N,或者M也可以不等于N。
根据本公开的一个实施例,M个播放内容通过以下步骤生成:获取N个区段的烹饪参数;根据N个区段的烹饪参数对M个播放内容进行优化。
根据本公开的一个实施例,烹饪参数为烹饪时长,根据N个区段的烹饪参数对M个播放内容进行优化,包括:如果第j个区段的烹饪时长大于预设阈值,则对第j个区段对应的播放内容进行裁剪。
具体而言,在烹饪的过程中,会出现以下情况:即在烹饪进入某个阶段时,其状态持续时间较长,并且在此过程中,厨师无需进行任何烹饪操作,例如,在进入“焖炖”阶段时,可能需要炖一两个小时,如果视频在此过程中依然持续录制,那么将导致烹饪视频的存储空间较大,不仅占用存储内存,而且烹饪视频下载传输的速度也较慢。
因此,在对烹饪教程进行切分以形成M个播放内容后,还可获取N个区段的烹饪参数,并根据N个区段的烹饪参数对M个播放内容进行优化。
具体而言,作为一种可能的实施方式,烹饪参数可为烹饪时长,因此,可获取N个区段的烹饪时长,如果第j个区段的烹饪时长大于预设阈值,则说明第j个区段的烹饪时长较长,无需对该烹饪阶段进行持续录制,因此,可对第j个区段所对应的播放内容进行裁剪,以减小烹饪教程的存储空间,加快烹饪教程下载传输的速度。
根据本公开的一个实施例,根据食谱获取M个播放内容和食谱对应的烹饪曲线,包括:区段与区段相对应的播放内容作为一个数据包存储;对多个数据包进行解码,并验证N个区段组成的烹饪曲线是否完整;将确认完整的烹饪曲线加载至烹饪器具。
具体而言,在实际应用中,可将区段与该区段对应的播放内容作为一个数据包存储至终端的信息存储容器中。在将各数据包加载到烹饪器具之前,可对多个数据包进行解码,以获取N个区段和M个播放内容,并将N个区段进行重新拼接,以及验证N个区段组成的烹饪曲线是否完整,如果验证N个区段组成的烹饪曲线完整,则将完整的烹饪曲线加载至烹饪器具。由此,能够有效地避免在烹饪过程中出现区段丢失的情况,从而避免由于烹饪曲线不完整而引发的烹饪错误。
S3,控制烹饪器具以烹饪曲线按照N个区段进行烹饪,并控制智能设备播放M个播放内容,引导用户根据M个播放内容进行烹饪操作。
具体而言,在烹饪过程中,用户可根据自己的需求通过移动设备APP发送相应的指令以获取对应的食谱,并将获取到的食谱发送至烹饪设备,或者直接通过烹饪设备发送相应的指令以获取对应的食谱。烹饪设备在获取到食谱后,可获取烹饪曲线的N个区段以及N个区段对应的M个播放内容,并控制烹饪器具依次以烹饪曲线中的N个区段进行烹饪,以及控制智能设备自动播放对应的播放内容,由此,通过控制烹饪器具以食谱中的烹饪曲线进行烹饪,并在烹饪曲线的各个区段自动播放对应的播放内容,不仅大大提高了用户的烹饪效果,而且能够有效地避免用户出现手忙脚乱的情况,从而大大提升了用户的烹饪体验。
根据本公开的一个实施例,当第i区段烹饪完毕之后,判断是否接收到用户进入下一阶段的指令;如果接收到用户进入下一阶段的指令,则控制烹饪器具以第i+1个区段进行烹饪;以及如果未接收到用户进入下一阶段的指令,则根据第i个区段的烹饪参数生成保温温度,并根据保温温度进入保温状态,直至接收到用户进入下一阶段的指令。
根据本公开的一个实施例,当到达缓冲区段之后,控制智能设备开启指令检测,其中,如果在缓冲区段之中检测到用户进入下一阶段的指令,则判断接收到用户进入下一阶段的指令。其中,多个区段之间具有缓冲区段。
根据本公开的一个实施例,在每个区段中提取特征值,并根据特征值将每个区段划分为多个烹饪曲线分段,其中,特征值包括每个区段对应的烹饪温度的极大值和极小值,当烹饪器具依次以多个烹饪曲线分段进行烹饪后,到达缓冲区段。
具体而言,作为一种可能的实施方式,上述实施例中的烹饪过程可由用户输入的指令进行控制。
具体地,如图7所示,根据厨师烹饪的操作步骤可将用户交互内容(即,烹饪视频/图文信息)切分为视频/图文食谱展示第一步S1、视频/图文食谱展示第二步S2、视频/图文食谱展示第三步S3,…,对应地,可将烹饪曲线划分为多个区段。其中,用户每完成一个步骤时,可通过操控接口下发相应的信息至家电端(即,烹饪器具)。
进一步地,可根据各个区段内的烹饪曲线构建对应的时间与温度的函数,即T=f(t),其中,t为烹饪时间,T为烹饪温度,根据函数关系式可获取各个区段内的特征值(即每个区段对应的烹饪温度的极大值和极小值),例如,可对上述函数f(t)进行求导,并令导数等于为零,以获取当前区段对应的特征值,根据特征值可将各区段内的烹饪曲线再划分为多个烹饪曲线分段。举例而言,如图7所示,根据第一个区段内的烹饪曲线可构建时间与温度的函数T 1=f 1(t),对函数T 1=f 1(t)进行求导,并令导数等于0,可计算出对应的烹饪时间a和b,将烹饪时间a和b代入函数T 1=f 1(t)后,可计算出对应的烹饪温度的极大值和极小值,由此,可将第一个区段内的烹饪曲线再划分为烹饪曲线分段S11、烹饪曲线分段S12、烹饪曲线分段S13和缓冲区ΔS1;同理,第i个区段内的烹饪曲线可再 次划分为烹饪曲线分段Si1、烹饪曲线分段Si2、烹饪曲线分段Si3和缓冲区ΔSi,其中,i为正整数,ΔSi为缓冲区段。其中,当家电端以某个区段内的多个烹饪曲线分段烹饪完成时,例如,以第一个区段内的烹饪曲线分段S11、烹饪曲线分段S12和烹饪曲线分段S13运行完成时,会产生通知交互端(即,智能设备)的信息并将其发送到交互端,以通过交互端提示用户家电端以当前区段内的烹饪曲线烹饪完成,可以进入下一步,此时,家电端会进入缓冲区,以等待交互端发送下一步的指示信息。
也就是说,当烹饪器具以当前区段(第i区段)烹饪完毕,即以第i个区段内的烹饪曲线分段Si1、烹饪曲线分段Si2和烹饪曲线分段Si3运行完成时,家电端会产生通知交互端的信息,以通过交互端提示用户当前阶段的播放内容(第i个播放内容)已经展示完毕,可以进入下一步,此时,家电端处于第i区段对应的缓冲区ΔSi。
此时可通过智能设备中的指令检测(例如,可为语音检测)功能对缓冲区段进行检测,如果在缓冲区段之中检测到用户发送的可以进入下一阶段的指令(例如,用户发送的“进入下一步”的语音指令),则判断接收到了用户发送的进入下一阶段的指令,此时可控制烹饪器具以下一个区段(即,第i+1个区段)进行烹饪;如果在缓冲区段之中未检测到用户发送的可以进入下一阶段的指令,则判断未接收到用户进入下一阶段的指令,此时,可根据当前区段对应的烹饪器具的烹饪参数生成保温温度,并根据该保温温度控制烹饪器具进入保温状态,直至接收到用户进入下一阶段的指令。由此循环,直至完成每个阶段。也就是说,在烹饪过程中,可一直监控用户语言等指令,当收到用户指令时(例如,用户说“进入下一步”时),则控制烹饪器具以下一个区段进行烹饪。
根据本公开的一个实施例,在根据保温温度进入保温状态之后,还包括:如果在预设时间依然未收到用户进入下一阶段的指令,则自动控制烹饪器具以第i+1个区段进行烹饪。
具体而言,作为另一种可能的实施例,上述实施例中的烹饪过程除了可由用户输入的指令进行控制外,还可结合烹饪器具的烹饪时间进行自动控制。
具体地,在通过上述方式控制烹饪器具根据保温温度进入保温状态之后,还可检测烹饪器具处于该保温状态的持续时间,如果持续时间大于预设时间,并且未接收到用户进入下一阶段的指令时,可自动控制器具以下一个区段(即,第i+1个区段)进行烹饪。
需要说明的是,在本公开的其它实施例中,还可结合烹饪器具在烹饪时的温度、功率等运行参数判断用户进入下一步烹饪阶段,如果判断进入下一步烹饪阶段,则可自动控制器具以下一个区段(即,第i+1个区段)进行烹饪。
由此,在未接收到用户的控制指令时,依然能够进行正常的烹饪,从而有效地避免了因用户遗忘而导致无法正常烹饪的情况,大大提高了用户的体验度。
作为又一种可能的实施例,还可通过识别用户的动作来判断是否进入下一步烹饪阶段, 例如,在识别出用户切菜时,可识别出进入准备阶段;在识别出用户向锅中加油,并将葱姜蒜倒入锅中时,可识别出进入爆香阶段,如果判断进入下一步烹饪阶段,则可自动控制器具以下一个区段(即,第i+1个区段)进行烹饪。由此,无需用户进行操作即可进行自动烹饪,从而不仅提高了便利性,而且有效地避免了因用户遗忘而导致无法正常烹饪的情况,大大提高了用户的体验度。
需要说明的是,用户在进行烹饪操作之前,可根据自身烹饪操作的熟练程度,选择不同的烹饪模式,以采用不同的控制策略对烹饪器具和智能设备进行控制,即采用不同的控制策略控制烹饪器具以烹饪曲线进行烹饪,并控制智能设备播放N个播放内容。

  1. 一种烹饪控制方法,包括:
    获取用户的选择指令,其中,所述选择指令包括食谱和个性化需求信息;
    根据所述个性化需求信息,获取烹饪所述食谱所需的多个烹饪阶段、每个烹饪阶段对应的目标烹饪曲线段以及多个烹饪阶段的烹饪顺序;
    根据所述烹饪顺序将多个所述目标烹饪曲线段进行组合,获取所述目标烹饪曲线;
    按照所述目标烹饪曲线对烹饪设备进行控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,所述根据所述个性化需求信息,获取烹饪所述食谱所需的多个烹饪阶段、每个烹饪阶段对应的目标烹饪曲线段以及多个烹饪阶段的烹饪顺序,包括:
    获取每个烹饪阶段的至少一个候选烹饪曲线段;
    根据所述个性化需求信息,从所述至少一个候选烹饪曲线段中确定所述目标烹饪曲线段。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,所述获取每个烹饪阶段的至少一个候选烹饪曲线段,包括:
    获取多个标准食谱;
    从每个所述标准食谱中提取多个标准烹饪阶段、每个标准烹饪阶段对应的标准烹饪曲线段以及多个标准烹饪阶段的烹饪顺序;
    利用候选需求信息,对多个所述标准烹饪曲线段进行修正,获取至少一个所述候选烹饪曲线段。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,所述根据所述个性化需求信息,从至少一个所述候选烹饪曲线段中确定所述目标烹饪曲线段,包括:
    获取针对所述烹饪曲线段的个性化需求信息-烹饪曲线段映射关系;
    根据所述个性化需求信息,利用所述映射关系,获取满足所述个性化需求的所述目标烹饪曲线段。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,在所述根据所述个性化需求信息,从至少一个所述候选烹饪曲线段中确定所述目标烹饪曲线段之前,还包括:
    控制显示所述食谱对应的多个烹饪阶段以及多个个性化需求标签;
    获取对所述个性化需求标签的选择指令。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,所述控制显示所述食谱对应的多个烹饪阶段以及多个个性化需求标签,包括:
    控制显示所述食谱对应的至少一个烹饪阶段的标准烹饪需求以及至少一个烹饪阶段可选的多个所述个性化需求标签。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,所述选择指令为烹饪阶段-个性化需求标签映射选择指令,所述根据所述个性化需求信息,从至少一个所述候选烹饪曲线段中确定所述目标烹饪曲线段,包括:
    根据烹饪阶段-个性化标签映射选择指令,确定至少一个烹饪阶段的个性化需求信息。

    针对每个标准食谱,录制厨师的烹饪教程以生成烹饪视频,同时记录所述厨师对所述烹饪设备的火力操作;
    根据所述火力操作对应的烹饪曲线生成所述标准食谱。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,所述从每个所述标准食谱中提取多个标准烹饪阶段、每个标准烹饪阶段对应的标准烹饪曲线段以及多个标准烹饪阶段的烹饪顺序,包括:
    根据所述厨师的烹饪动作对所述烹饪教程进行切分以形成多个播放内容;
    对所述多个播放内容进行分组;
    根据所述多个播放内容的分组结果对所述烹饪曲线进行切分以形成多个所述标准烹饪阶段,其中,每个标准烹饪阶段对应的火力操作的曲线为所述烹饪阶段对应的标准烹饪曲线段,所述分组结果的衔接顺序对应所述烹饪顺序。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,所述控制方法还包括:
    根据所述食谱获取M个播放内容和所述食谱对应的烹饪曲线,其中,所述烹饪曲线包括N个区段;以及
    控制烹饪器具以所述烹饪曲线按照所述N个区段进行烹饪,并控制智能设备播放所述M个播放内容,引导用户根据M个所述播放内容进行烹饪操作,所述N为大于或等于2的正整数,所述M为大于或等于2的正整数。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,所述M个播放内容中的多个播放内 容与所述N个区段中的一个区段相对应,或者所述M个播放内容中的一个播放内容与所述N个区段中的一个区段相对应。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,所述控制烹饪器具以所述烹饪曲线按照所述N个区段进行烹饪,并控制智能设备播放所述M个播放内容,包括:
    当所述烹饪器具以所述烹饪曲线之中的第i个区段进行烹饪时,控制所述智能设备播放所述第i个区段对应的播放内容。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,所述控制烹饪器具以所述烹饪曲线按照所述N个区段进行烹饪,并控制智能设备播放所述M个播放内容,还包括:
    当所述烹饪器具以所述烹饪曲线之中的第i个区段的后半段进行烹饪时,控制所述智能设备播放所述第i+1个区段对应的播放内容。
  15. 根据权利要求12-14中任一项所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,多个所述区段之间具有缓冲区段,所述控制烹饪器具以所述烹饪曲线按照所述N个区段进行烹饪,并控制智能设备播放所述M个播放内容,还包括:
    在所述烹饪器具以所述烹饪曲线之中的第i个区段进行烹饪后,在所述烹饪曲线之中的第i个区段和第i+1个区段之间的缓冲区段控制所述智能设备播放所述第i+1个区段对应的播放内容。
  16. 根据权利要求13至15中任一项所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,还包括:
    当所述第i区段烹饪完毕之后,判断是否接收到所述用户进入下一阶段的指令;
    如果接收到所述用户进入下一阶段的指令,则控制所述烹饪器具以所述第i+1个区段进行烹饪;以及
    如果未接收到所述用户进入下一阶段的指令,则根据所述第i个区段的烹饪参数生成保温温度,并根据所述保温温度进入保温状态,直至接收到所述用户进入下一阶段的指令。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,在所述根据所述保温温度进入保温状态之后,还包括:
    如果在预设时间依然未收到所述用户进入下一阶段的指令,则自动控制所述烹饪器具以所述第i+1个区段进行烹饪。
  18. 根据权利要求15-17中任一项所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,当到达所述缓冲区段之后,控制所述智能设备开启指令检测,其中,如果在所述缓冲区段之中检测到所述用户进入下一阶段的指令,则判断接收到所述用户进入下一阶段的指令。

    在每个区段中提取特征值,并根据所述特征值将所述每个区段划分为多个烹饪曲线分段,其中,所述特征值包括所述每个区段对应的烹饪温度的极大值和极小值,当烹饪器具 依次以所述多个烹饪曲线分段进行烹饪后,到达所述缓冲区段。
  20. 根据权利要求12-19中任一项所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,所述M个播放内容中的多个播放内容与所述N个区段中的一个区段相对应,或者所述M个播放内容中的一个播放内容与所述N个区段中的一个区段相对应,包括:
    录制厨师的烹饪教程,并根据厨师的烹饪动作对所述烹饪教程进行切分以形成所述M个播放内容;
    录制厨师的烹饪曲线,并根据烹饪阶段对所述烹饪曲线进行切分以形成所述N个区段;
    根据所述N个区段对所述M个播放内容进行分组,使得多个所述播放内容与一个所述区段相对应或者一个所述播放内容与一个所述区段相对应。
  21. 根据权利要求12-19中任一项所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,所述M个播放内容中的多个播放内容与所述N个区段中的一个区段相对应,或者所述M个播放内容中的一个播放内容与所述N个区段中的一个区段相对应,包括:
    录制厨师的烹饪教程,并根据厨师的烹饪动作对所述烹饪教程进行切分以形成所述M个播放内容;
    对所述M个播放内容进行分组;
    录制厨师的烹饪曲线,并根据所述M个播放内容的分组结果对所述烹饪曲线进行切分以形成所述N个区段,使得多个所述播放内容与一个所述区段相对应或者一个所述播放内容与一个所述区段相对应。
  22. 根据权利要求20或21所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,所述M个播放内容通过以下步骤生成:
    获取所述N个区段的烹饪参数;
    根据所述N个区段的烹饪参数对所述M个播放内容进行优化。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,所述烹饪参数为烹饪时长,所述根据所述N个区段的烹饪参数对所述M个播放内容进行优化,包括:
    如果所述第j个区段的烹饪时长大于预设阈值,则对所述第j个区段对应的播放内容进行裁剪。
  24. 根据权利要求11-23中任一项所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,所述控制方法还包括:
    录制厨师烹饪动作以生成所述播放内容;
    记录厨师对所述烹饪设备的火力操作;
    根据所述厨师对所述烹饪设备的火力操作生成所述烹饪曲线;
    对所述播放内容之中的多个参考烹饪动作进行识别,并记录所述多个参考烹饪动作对应的多个时间点;
    根据所述多个时间点生成在所述多个时间点进行播报的烹饪提示内容。
  25. 根据权利要求12-24中任一项所述的烹饪控制方法,其中,所述根据所述食谱获取M个播放内容和所述食谱对应的烹饪曲线,包括:
    所述区段与所述区段相对应的播放内容作为一个数据包存储;
    对多个所述数据包进行解码,并验证所述N个区段组成的烹饪曲线是否完整;
    将确认完整的所述烹饪曲线加载至烹饪器具。
  26. 一种显示控制方法,其中,包括:
    接收显示控制指令,其中,所述显示控制指令包括食谱对应的多个烹饪阶段和多个个性化需求标签;
    根据所述显示控制指令对多个所述烹饪阶段和多个所述个性化需求标签进行显示;
    接收对所述个性化需求标签的选择指令。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的显示控制方法,其中,所述接收对所述个性化需求标签的选择指令,包括:
    监测对多个所述烹饪阶段和多个所述个性化需求标签的选择顺序;
    根据所述选择顺序,确定所述选择指令,其中,多个所述烹饪阶段和多个所述个性化需求标签被交替选择为烹饪阶段-个性化需求标签映射选择指令,多个所述个性化需求标签被连续选择为个性化需求标签的选择指令。
  28. 一种烹饪控制装置,包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取用户的选择指令,其中,所述选择指令包括食谱和个性化需求信息;
    第二获取模块,用于根据所述个性化需求信息,获取烹饪所述食谱所需的多个烹饪阶段、每个烹饪阶段对应的目标烹饪曲线段以及多个烹饪阶段的烹饪顺序;
    第三获取模块,用于根据所述烹饪顺序将多个所述目标烹饪曲线段进行组合,获取所述目标烹饪曲线;
    控制模块,用于按照所述目标烹饪曲线对烹饪设备进行控制。
  29. 一种烹饪设备,包括:根据权利要求28所述的烹饪控制装置。
  30. 一种电子设备,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时,实现根据权利要求1-25中任一项所述的烹饪控制方法,或根据权利要求26-27中任一项所述的显示控制方法。
  31. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现根据权利要求1-25中任一项所述的烹饪控制方法,或根据权利要求26-27中任一项所述的显示控制方法。
