本发明的目的在于提供一种机械零件打磨固定装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种机械零件打磨固定装置,包括基台、固定装置、轴向驱动机组、旋转驱动机组、外壁抛光机组和内壁抛光机组;
所述固定装置包括固定装置底座、内壁固定装置和外壁限位装置,基台的上表面设有两条长度方向为左右延伸设置的滑轨I,固定装置底座的底部与 两条滑轨I滑动连接,固定装置底座的上表面右侧设置有内壁固定装置,固定装置底座的上表面中部设置有外壁限位装置,固定装置底座的上表面左侧设置有旋转驱动机组;
所述轴向驱动机组包括齿条和伺服电机,齿条沿左右延伸方向焊接在基台的上表面边缘,固定装置底座的上表面边缘通过螺栓固定有伺服电机,伺服电机的转轴焊接驱动齿轮,且驱动齿轮与齿条啮合,基台的上表面左部后侧设置有外壁抛光机组;
所述基台的上表面左侧设置有内壁抛光机组。
优选的,所述内壁固定装置包括固定装置支撑柱、内壁固定螺杆和内壁固定头,固定装置支撑柱底部焊接在固定装置底座的上表面,固定装置支撑柱的上端转动连接有一根水平设置的内壁固定螺杆,内壁固定螺杆的左侧部外壁设有外螺纹,内壁固定螺杆的左端部设置有内壁固定头。
优选的,所述内壁固定头包括固定头调节转筒、固定头连接套环、固定顶片和固定顶片铰接杆组,固定头调节转筒与内壁固定螺杆的左部外壁通过螺纹连接,固定头调节转筒的左部转动连接有固定头连接套环,固定头连接套环套设在内壁固定螺杆的外部,固定头连接套环与内壁固定螺杆的端部通过固定顶片铰接杆组连接有固定顶片;
所述固定顶片设有四个,固定顶片的外壁粘合有防滑橡胶层,且固定顶片的右侧端一体成型有凸缘。
优选的,所述外壁限位装置包括外壁限位环座、外壁限位杆和转轮,外壁限位环座呈圆环体,且外壁限位环座通过支架与固定装置底座的上表面焊接;
所述外壁限位环座上连接有三根外壁限位杆,外壁限位杆的内端焊接有转轮座,转轮座上转动连接有转轮。
优选的,所述外壁限位杆由螺杆部和限位杆部构成,外壁限位杆通过螺 杆部与外壁限位环座的外壁螺纹连接,外壁限位杆的限位杆部与外壁限位环座的滑动接触,外壁限位杆的限位杆部外壁一体成型有导条,导条与外壁限位环座滑动接触,外壁限位杆的限位杆部内端与转轮座焊接。
优选的,所述旋转驱动机组包括旋转驱动底座和旋转驱动机,固定装置底座的上表面左侧设置有两条长度方向前后延伸设置的滑轨II;
所述旋转驱动底座底部与固定装置底座上表面所设的两条滑轨II滑动连接,旋转驱动底座的上表面设置有旋转驱动机。
优选的,所述外壁抛光机组包括外壁抛光底座和外壁抛光机,基台的上表面左侧后方设置有两条滑轨III,滑轨III的长度方向沿前后延伸方向设置,外壁抛光底座的底部与两条滑轨III滑动连接,外壁抛光底座的上表面设置有外壁抛光机。
优选的,所述内壁抛光机组包括内壁抛光支撑柱和内壁抛光头,内壁抛光支撑柱底部与基台的上表面焊接,内壁抛光支撑柱的上端右侧焊接有内壁抛光螺杆,内壁抛光螺杆的外壁设有外螺纹,且内壁抛光螺杆的右端部设置有内壁抛光头。
优选的,所述内壁抛光头包括抛光头调节转筒、抛光头连接套环、抛光头铰接杆组和抛光顶片,抛光头调节转筒与内壁抛光螺杆的外壁通过螺纹连接,内壁抛光螺杆的右部转动连接有抛光头连接套环,抛光头连接套环套设在内壁抛光螺杆的外部,抛光头连接套环与内壁抛光螺杆的端部通过抛光头铰接杆组连接有抛光顶片;
所述抛光顶片设有四个,抛光顶片的外壁设有磨砂层。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
1、本发明中,内壁固定装置所设的内壁固定头可调节与圆管类零件内壁夹合接触,在外壁限位装置中,通过外壁限位杆调节转轮与圆管类零件的外壁滚动接触,双重夹合固定更为稳定。
2、本发明中,内壁抛光机组所设的内壁抛光头可进行调节,使得内壁抛光头中的抛光顶片与圆管类零件的内壁接触,进行抛光打磨,配合轴向驱动机组控制固定装置底座进行滑动,对圆管类零件的内壁抛光打磨更为便捷有效。
3、本发明中,通过轴向驱动机组驱使固定装置底座移动,配合外壁抛光机组可对圆管类零件的外壁进行均匀的打磨,同时内壁抛光机组中的内壁抛光头深入圆管类零件的内壁,对圆管类零件的内壁进行打磨。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
本发明提供了如图1-7所示的一种机械零件打磨固定装置,包括基台1、固定装置2、轴向驱动机组3、旋转驱动机组4、外壁抛光机组5和内壁抛光机组6,固定装置2包括固定装置底座7、内壁固定装置8和外壁限位装置9。
结合图1和图2所示,基台1的上表面设有两条长度方向为左右延伸设置的滑轨I,固定装置底座7的底部与两条滑轨I滑动连接,结合图2和图3所示,固定装置底座7的上表面右侧设置有内壁固定装置8,内壁固定装置8由固定装置支撑柱81、内壁固定螺杆18和内壁固定头19组成,固定装置支撑柱81底部焊接在固定装置底座7的上表面,固定装置支撑柱81的上端左侧壁转动连接有一根水平设置的内壁固定螺杆18,内壁固定螺杆18的左侧部外壁设有外螺纹,内壁固定螺杆18的左端部设置有内壁固定头19。
结合图3和图4所示,内壁固定头19包括固定头调节转筒23、固定头连接套环24、固定顶片25和固定顶片铰接杆组26,固定头调节转筒23与内壁固定螺杆18的左部外壁通过螺纹连接,固定头调节转筒23的左部为卡环状,且固定头调节转筒23左部的拉环转与固定头连接套环24的内部转动连接,固定头连接套环24套设在内壁固定螺杆18的外部,固定头连接套环24与内壁固定螺杆18的端部通过固定顶片铰接杆组26连接有固定顶片25。
如图4所示,固定顶片铰接杆组26为两根交叉铰接的连杆构成,一根连杆连接固定头连接套环24与固定顶片25,另一根连杆的一端与内壁固定螺杆18的端部铰接,另一端与固定顶片25滑动连接,固定顶片25设有四个,进行操作时,通过对固定头调节转筒23进行转动,固定头调节转筒23与内壁 固定螺杆18的螺纹关系下,可通过固定顶片铰接杆组26将固定顶片25向外顶出或者缩回,用于调节固定顶片25与圆管类零件内壁的夹合固定和松放,固定顶片25的外壁粘合有防滑橡胶层,增加摩擦力,且固定顶片25的右侧端一体成型有凸缘。
实施例2
与实施例1不同的是:
结合图3和图6所示,固定装置底座7的上表面中部设置有外壁限位装置9,外壁限位装置9包括外壁限位环座20、外壁限位杆21和转轮22,外壁限位环座20呈圆环体,且外壁限位环座20通过支架与固定装置底座7的上表面焊接,外壁限位环座20上连接有三根外壁限位杆21,如图7,外壁限位杆21由螺杆部和限位杆部构成,外壁限位杆21的螺杆部下端为“凸”型连接端,且外壁限位杆21螺杆部下端的“凸”型连接端与限位杆部的上端转动连接,外壁限位杆21通过螺杆部与外壁限位环座20的外壁螺纹连接,外壁限位杆21的限位杆部与外壁限位环座20的滑动接触,外壁限位杆21的限位杆部外壁一体成型有导条,导条的设置方向与外壁限位杆21的长度方向一致,导条与外壁限位环座20滑动接触,使得外壁限位杆21的限位杆部不发生转动,外壁限位杆21的限位杆部内端焊接有转轮座,转轮座上转动连接有转轮22,转轮22的中心轴线与外壁限位环座20的中心轴线相互平行,进行操作时,通过对外壁限位杆21的螺杆部进行转动,在外壁限位杆21的螺杆部与外壁限位环座20的螺纹关系下,使外壁限位杆21的限位杆部进行伸缩,可调节转轮22与圆管类零件的外壁贴合滚动接触,防止圆管类零件产生偏移。
结合图2和图3所示,固定装置底座7的上表面左侧设置有旋转驱动机组4,旋转驱动机组4包括旋转驱动底座12和旋转驱动机13,固定装置底座7的上表面左侧设置有两条长度方向前后延伸设置的滑轨II,旋转驱动底座12底部与固定装置底座7上表面所设的两条滑轨II滑动连接,旋转驱动底座 12的上表面设置有旋转驱动机13,旋转驱动机13的电机转动上设有橡胶轮,通过对旋转驱动底座12进行滑动,使得旋转驱动机13的橡胶轮与圆管类零件的外壁进行接触,旋转驱动机13工作时,旋转驱动机13的橡胶轮可驱使圆管类零件进行转动,如图3所示,旋转驱动底座12的表面螺接有一个垂直设置的限位螺栓,限位螺栓的下端与固定装置底座7的上表面紧压接触,可对旋转驱动底座12进行限位。
结合图1和图2所示,外壁抛光机组5包括外壁抛光底座14和外壁抛光机15,基台1的上表面左侧后方设置有两条滑轨III,滑轨III的长度方向沿前后延伸方向设置,外壁抛光底座14的底部与两条滑轨III滑动连接,外壁抛光底座14的上表面设置有外壁抛光机15,通过对外壁抛光底座14进行滑动,使外壁抛光机15的抛光轮与圆管类零件的外壁进行接触,外壁抛光机15工作时时,外壁抛光机15的抛光轮对圆管类零件的外壁进行打磨抛光,外壁抛光底座14的表面螺接有一个垂直设置的限位螺栓,限位螺栓的下端与基台1的上表面紧压接触,可对外壁抛光底座14进行限位。
结合图1和图3所示,基台1的上表面左侧设置有内壁抛光机组6,内壁抛光机组6包括内壁抛光支撑柱16和内壁抛光头17,内壁抛光支撑柱16底部与基台1的上表面焊接,内壁抛光支撑柱16的上端右侧焊接有内壁抛光螺杆27,内壁抛光螺杆27的外壁设有外螺纹,且内壁抛光螺杆27的右端部设置有内壁抛光头17,如图5所示,内壁抛光头17包括抛光头调节转筒28、抛光头连接套环29、抛光头铰接杆组30和抛光顶片31,抛光头调节转筒28与内壁抛光螺杆27的外壁通过螺纹连接,内壁抛光螺杆27的右部转动连接有抛光头连接套环29,抛光头连接套环29套设在内壁抛光螺杆27的外部,抛光头连接套环29与内壁抛光螺杆27的端部通过抛光头铰接杆组30连接有抛光顶片31(连接原理参考上述内壁固定头19),抛光顶片31设有四个,通过对抛光头连接套环29进行转动,抛光头连接套环29与内壁抛光螺杆27 的螺纹关系下,可通过抛光头铰接杆组30将抛光顶片31向外顶出或者缩回,用于调节抛光顶片31与圆管类零件内壁接触,抛光顶片31的外壁设有磨砂层,用于对圆管类零件内壁的打磨。
结合图1和图2所示,轴向驱动机组3包括齿条10和伺服电机11,齿条10沿左右延伸方向焊接在基台1的上表面边缘,固定装置底座7的上表面边缘通过螺栓固定有伺服电机11,伺服电机11的转轴焊接驱动齿轮,齿条10工作时,齿条10转轴上的驱动齿轮与齿条10啮合,使固定装置底座7沿滑轨I的轨道进行滑动,使的固定装置底座7上表面内壁固定装置8和外壁限位装置9所夹设的圆管类零件沿轴向运动,通过旋转驱动机组4驱使圆管类零件进行转动,且配合外壁抛光机组5可对圆管类零件的外壁进行均匀的打磨,同时内壁抛光机组6中的内壁抛光头17深入圆管类零件的内壁,对圆管类零件的内壁进行打磨。
本发明的工作原理:
本发明工作时,结合图3所示,通过将圆管类零件的一端套设在内壁固定头19的外部,在内壁固定头19中,通过对固定头调节转筒23进行转动,固定头调节转筒23与内壁固定螺杆18的螺纹关系下,可通过固定顶片铰接杆组26将固定顶片25向外顶出,调节固定顶片25至与圆管类零件内壁的夹合固定。
圆管类零件沿外壁限位环座20的中部穿过,通过对外壁限位杆21的螺杆部进行转动,在外壁限位杆21的螺杆部与外壁限位环座20的螺纹关系下,使外壁限位杆21的限位杆部进行伸缩,可调节转轮22与圆管类零件的外壁贴合滚动接触,防止圆管类零件产生偏移,且使圆管类零件可进行转动。
对旋转驱动底座12进行滑动,使得旋转驱动机13中的橡胶轮与圆管类外壁进行接触,驱使圆管类零件进行转动;通过伺服电机11转轴上的驱动齿轮与齿条10的啮合传动,使得固定装置底座7向左移动,配合外壁抛光机组 5可对圆管类零件的外壁进行均匀的打磨,同时内壁抛光机组6中的内壁抛光头17深入圆管类零件的内壁,对圆管类零件的内壁进行打磨。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种机械零件打磨固定装置,其特征在于:包括基台(1)、固定装置(2)、轴向驱动机组(3)、旋转驱动机组(4)、外壁抛光机组(5)和内壁抛光机组(6);
    所述固定装置(2)包括固定装置底座(7)、内壁固定装置(8)和外壁限位装置(9),基台(1)的上表面设有两条长度方向为左右延伸设置的滑轨I,固定装置底座(7)的底部与两条滑轨I滑动连接,固定装置底座(7)的上表面右侧设置有内壁固定装置(8),固定装置底座(7)的上表面中部设置有外壁限位装置(9),固定装置底座(7)的上表面左侧设置有旋转驱动机组(4);
    所述轴向驱动机组(3)包括齿条(10)和伺服电机(11),齿条(10)沿左右延伸方向焊接在基台(1)的上表面边缘,固定装置底座(7)的上表面边缘通过螺栓固定有伺服电机(11),伺服电机(11)的转轴焊接驱动齿轮,且驱动齿轮与齿条(10)啮合,基台(1)的上表面左部后侧设置有外壁抛光机组(5);
    所述基台(1)的上表面左侧设置有内壁抛光机组(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械零件打磨固定装置,其特征在于:所述内壁固定装置(8)包括固定装置支撑柱(81)、内壁固定螺杆(18)和内壁固定头(19),固定装置支撑柱(81)底部焊接在固定装置底座(7)的上表面,固定装置支撑柱(81)的上端转动连接有一根水平设置的内壁固定螺杆(18),内壁固定螺杆(18)的左侧部外壁设有外螺纹,内壁固定螺杆(18)的左端部设置有内壁固定头(19)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种机械零件打磨固定装置,其特征在于:所述内壁固定头(19)包括固定头调节转筒(23)、固定头连接套环(24)、固定顶片(25)和固定顶片铰接杆组(26),固定头调节转筒(23)与内壁固定螺杆(18)的左部外壁通过螺纹连接,固定头调节转筒(23)的左部转 动连接有固定头连接套环(24),固定头连接套环(24)套设在内壁固定螺杆(18)的外部,固定头连接套环(24)与内壁固定螺杆(18)的端部通过固定顶片铰接杆组(26)连接有固定顶片(25);
    所述固定顶片(25)设有四个,固定顶片(25)的外壁粘合有防滑橡胶层,且固定顶片(25)的右侧端一体成型有凸缘。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械零件打磨固定装置,其特征在于:所述外壁限位装置(9)包括外壁限位环座(20)、外壁限位杆(21)和转轮(22),外壁限位环座(20)呈圆环体,且外壁限位环座(20)通过支架与固定装置底座(7)的上表面焊接;
    所述外壁限位环座(20)上连接有三根外壁限位杆(21),外壁限位杆(21)的内端焊接有转轮座,转轮座上转动连接有转轮(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种机械零件打磨固定装置,其特征在于:所述外壁限位杆(21)由螺杆部和限位杆部构成,外壁限位杆(21)通过螺杆部与外壁限位环座(20)的外壁螺纹连接,外壁限位杆(21)的限位杆部与外壁限位环座(20)的滑动接触,外壁限位杆(21)的限位杆部外壁一体成型有导条,导条与外壁限位环座(20)滑动接触,外壁限位杆(21)的限位杆部内端与转轮座焊接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械零件打磨固定装置,其特征在于:所述旋转驱动机组(4)包括旋转驱动底座(12)和旋转驱动机(13),固定装置底座(7)的上表面左侧设置有两条长度方向前后延伸设置的滑轨II;
    所述旋转驱动底座(12)底部与固定装置底座(7)上表面所设的两条滑轨II滑动连接,旋转驱动底座(12)的上表面设置有旋转驱动机(13)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械零件打磨固定装置,其特征在于:所述外壁抛光机组(5)包括外壁抛光底座(14)和外壁抛光机(15),基台(1)的上表面左侧后方设置有两条滑轨III,滑轨III的长度方向沿前后延伸方向 设置,外壁抛光底座(14)的底部与两条滑轨III滑动连接,外壁抛光底座(14)的上表面设置有外壁抛光机(15)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械零件打磨固定装置,其特征在于:所述内壁抛光机组(6)包括内壁抛光支撑柱(16)和内壁抛光头(17),内壁抛光支撑柱(16)底部与基台(1)的上表面焊接,内壁抛光支撑柱(16)的上端右侧焊接有内壁抛光螺杆(27),内壁抛光螺杆(27)的外壁设有外螺纹,且内壁抛光螺杆(27)的右端部设置有内壁抛光头(17)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种机械零件打磨固定装置,其特征在于:所述内壁抛光头(17)包括抛光头调节转筒(28)、抛光头连接套环(29)、抛光头铰接杆组(30)和抛光顶片(31),抛光头调节转筒(28)与内壁抛光螺杆(27)的外壁通过螺纹连接,内壁抛光螺杆(27)的右部转动连接有抛光头连接套环(29),抛光头连接套环(29)套设在内壁抛光螺杆(27)的外部,抛光头连接套环(29)与内壁抛光螺杆(27)的端部通过抛光头铰接杆组(30)连接有抛光顶片(31);
    所述抛光顶片(31)设有四个,抛光顶片(31)的外壁设有磨砂层。
