- the silver-finished leather-like sheet As the silver-finished leather-like sheet, a variety of pigments are combined and colored in a red color rich in variations. In a silver-finished leather-like sheet colored in a red color, in some rare cases, cracks may occur over time in the polyurethane surface film that is the colored layer of the silver-coated leather-like sheet.
- the present inventors have studied various methods for generating cracks in a polyurethane surface film in order to analyze the factors that cause cracks in a polyurethane surface film colored red. As a result, a carbon arc was irradiated for 100 hours at a black panel temperature of 63 ° C.
- the present inventors blended a relatively high proportion of quinacridone-based red pigment and colored it bluish red, The knowledge that the occurrence rate of the crack becomes remarkably high was obtained. Further, in particular, when a polyurethane surface film containing a polyether-based polyurethane and a quinacridone-based red pigment are combined, it has been found that the rate of occurrence of cracking increases. Based on this knowledge, the silver surfaced leather-like sheet colored with bluish red, which is a polyurethane surface film containing a polyether-based polyurethane, containing a quinacridone-based red pigment, has cracks that occur over time. It came to find the grained leather-like sheet that can be suppressed.

Abstract
