Abstract
Description
고내광성이 필요한 용도가 아니면,본 발명의 효과를 방해하지 않는 범위에서 유기 디이소시아네이트로서 방향족계의 유기 이소시아네이트를 사용해도 무방하다.
또,이면측에 사용하는 이종의 섬유나 이 편물 또는 직물에는,본 발명의 목적·효과를 손상시키지 않는 범위내에서 필요에 따라,예를 들면 착색 방지제,내열제,난연제,활제,오염방지제,형광증백제,소염제,착색제,광택 개량제,제전제,방향제,탈취제,항균제,항진드기제,무기미립자 등의 첨가제가 포함되어도 무방하다.또,편물 또는 직물은,필요에 따라 본 발명의 극세섬유 발생형 섬유로 이루어지는 것이라도 무방하다.
Claims (15)
- 0.2 데시텍스 이하의 극세섬유로 이루어지는 3차원 엉킴체(entangled body)와 고분자 탄성체 A로 이루어지는 스웨이드조 인공피혁으로서,하기의 (1)∼(4):(1) 3차원 엉킴체가 평균 입경 0.01∼0.3㎛의 유기계 안료 및 평균 입경 0.01∼0.3㎛의 카본블랙으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 안료 A를 0.1∼8중량%로 함유하는 것;(2) 고분자 탄성체 A가 평균 입경 0.05∼0.6㎛의 유기계 안료 및 평균 입경 0.05∼0.6㎛의 카본블랙으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 안료,혹은 유기계 안료를 포함하는 평균 입경 0.05∼0.6㎛의 안료 입자를 안료 B로서 1∼20중량%로 함유하고, 고분자 탄성체 A는 130℃의 열수 중에 침지된 직후의 열수 팽윤율이 20% 이하인 것;(3) 고분자 탄성체 A와 3차원 엉킴체의 중량비가 15:85∼60:40인 것; 및(4) 표면에 존재하는 극세섬유의 평균 입모 길이가 10∼200㎛인 것을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스웨이드조 인공피혁.
- 제1항에 있어서,안료 A가 축합 다환계 유기 안료,불용성 아조계 유기 안료 및 카본블랙으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 안료인 스웨이드조 인공피혁.
- 제1항에 있어서,3차원 엉킴체가 안료 A를 0.1∼8중량%로 함유하고 있는 스웨이드조 인공피혁.
- 제1항에 있어서,안료 B가 축합 다환계 유기 안료 및 불용성 아조계 유기 안료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 함유하는 스웨이드조 인공피혁.

- 제1항에 있어서,고분자 탄성체 A의 내광 견뢰성이 크세논 아크 램프 내광 견뢰성 평가(블랙 패널 온도=83℃,적산 조사 조도=20MJ)에서 3급 이상인 스웨이드조 인공피혁.
- 제1항에 있어서,고분자 탄성체 A가 평균 입경 0.1∼O.7㎛의 수분산 고분자 탄성체 유래의 고분자 탄성체인 스웨이드조 인공피혁.
- 제1항에 있어서,스웨이드조 인공피혁의 표면의 내광 견뢰성이 크세논 아크 램프 내광 견뢰성 평가(블랙 패널 온도=83℃,적산 조사 조도=20MJ)에서 4급 이상인 스웨이드조 인공피혁.
- 제1항에 있어서,안료 C를 고분자 탄성체 B에 대하여 O.5∼25 중량%로 함유하는 고분자 탄성체 B로 이루어진 층이 입모 섬유의 근원 부근의 스웨이드조 인공피혁의 표면에 연속 또는 비연속 상태로 존재하는 스웨이드조 인공피혁.
- 제1항에 있어서,3차원 엉킴체의 내부 또는 이면측에 편물 또는 직물로 이루어진 층이 적층되어 이루어지는 스웨이드조 인공피혁.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 및 제6항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 스웨이드조 인공피혁의 적어도 한 면에 고분자 탄성체 C를 부여하여 수득된 극세섬유로부터 구성된 입모부와 고분자 탄성체 C로부터 구성된 은면부가 혼재하여 이루어지는 반은부조 인공피혁.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 및 제6항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 스웨이드조 인공피혁의 적어도 한 면을 고분자 탄성체 C로 피복함으로써 얻어지는 은부조 인공피혁.
- 0.2 데시텍스 이하의 극세섬유로 이루어진 3차원 엉킴체와 고분자 탄성체로 이루어진 스웨이드조 인공피혁을 제조할 때,하기 (I)∼(III)의 공정;(I) 평균 입경 0.01∼0.3㎛의 유기계 안료 및 평균 입경 0.01∼0.3㎛의 카본블랙으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 안료 A를 0.1∼8중량%로 함유하고 극세섬유로 이루어지는 수난용성의 열가소성 성분, 및 수용성 열가소성 폴리비닐 알코올계 공중합체 성분으로 이루어지는 극세섬유 발생형 섬유로 구성된 섬유 엉킴 부직포를 제조하는 공정,(Ⅱ) 수분산 고분자 탄성체 및, 안료 B로서 평균 입경 0.05∼0.6㎛의 수분산 유기계 안료 및 평균 입경 0.05∼0.6㎛의 수분산 카본블랙으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 수분산 안료 혹은 유기계 안료를 포함하는 평균 입경 0.05∼0.6㎛의 수분산 안료 입자를 수분산 고분자 탄성체에 대해 1∼20중량%로 함유하는 고분자 탄성체 분산액을, 이 수분산 고분자 탄성체에서 유래하는 고분자 탄성체와 3차원 엉킴체의 중량비가 15:85∼60:40으로 되도록 섬유 엉킴 부직포의 내부에 부여하는 공정,(Ⅲ) 수용액으로 수용성 열가소성 폴리비닐 알코올계 공중합체 성분을 추출 제거함으로써,극세섬유 발생형 섬유를 0.2 데시텍스 이하의 극세섬유로 하는 공정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스웨이드조 인공피혁의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,수용성 열가소성 폴리비닐 알코올계 공중합체가,탄소수 4 이하의 올레핀 단위 및 비닐 에테르 단위로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 1∼20몰% 함유하는 변성 폴리비닐 알코올인 스웨이드조 인공피혁의 제조 방법.
- 제13항 또는 14항에 있어서,염색공정을 포함하는 스웨이드조 인공피혁의 제조 방법.
