Abstract
Description
6−ナイロン45質量部(海成分)とポリスチレン55質量部(島成分)とを含む海島型複合繊維を溶融紡糸し、3倍に延伸し、繊維油剤を付与し、機械捲縮をかけた後、乾燥した。得られた捲縮繊維を51mmにカットして3デシテックスのステープルとし、ウェッブを形成した後に、両面から交互に合わせて約500パンチ/cm2のニードルパンチングを行って絡合不織布を得た。この絡合不織布の目付は350g/m2、見かけ比重は0.17であった。この絡合不織布をポリビニルアルコールの4%水溶液で処理し、厚さを約1.3mmに圧縮固定し、表面をバフ掛けして平滑化した。そして、13%濃度のポリエステル系ポリウレタンを主体とするポリウレタンのジメチルホルムアミド(以下、DMFと称す。)溶液を含浸した。さらにその表面に同じポリウレタン溶液を固形分で100g/m2になる量を塗布した後、DMF/水の混合液の中に浸してポリウレタンを多孔質状に湿式凝固させた。そして、熱トルエン中で島成分を溶出除去して海島型複合繊維を中空繊維に変換した。このようにして、表層に浸透したポリウレタン多孔質層を積層された繊維基材を得た。ポリウレタン多孔質層の厚みは300μmであった。
銀付調人工皮革の表面のL*a*b*表色系の座標値を分光光度計(ミノルタ社製:CM−3700)を用いて測色した。サンプル数はN=3で行い、その平均値を算出した。
銀付調人工皮革に、JIS B7751に準拠した紫外線カーボンアーク灯光を用いて、相対湿度50±5℃、ブラックパネル温度63℃でカーボンアーク光を100時間、放射照度500±50W/m2の条件で照射した。そして、相対湿度 65±5%、温度20±2℃の環境下でJIS K6545に準拠したフレクソメーターで屈曲性試験を行い、屈曲10万サイクルごとに表面のひび割れの発生の有無を確認した。ひび割れの確認は30倍のルーペを用いて目視で行った。そして、10万サイクルでひび割れが確認されたときには「10万サイクル未満」とし、20万サイクルでひび割れが確認されたときには「10万サイクル」とし、その他同様に、「10万サイクル」ごとに判定した。なお、各サイクルにおいてサンプル数はN=3で行った。そして、各サンプルの何れかでひび割れが発生した場合にひび割れ発生と判定した。なお、カーボンアーク光を照射していない屈曲性も同様に評価した。
上記耐光屈曲性試験後のひび割れの確認において、表面にHALSまたはBHTがブリードしたことによる変色の有無を確認した。
実施例1において、ポリウレタン表皮膜にHALS0.09質量%含有させた代わりに、0.18質量%含有させた以外は同様にして銀付調人工皮革を得、評価した。結果を表1に示す。

実施例1において、ポリウレタン中間層及びポリウレタン最表層を形成するためのポリウレタン組成物溶液に、キナクリドンレッド(Pigment Red 122)を15質量%含む赤色ビヒクル 21質量部、アンスラキノンレッドを15質量%含む赤色ビヒクル 11質量部、酸化チタンを含む白色ビヒクル2質量部、カーボンブラックを含む黒色ビヒクル 0.1質量部を含有させた代わりに、キナクリドンレッド(Pigment Red 122)を15質量%含む赤色ビヒクル 5.6質量部、酸化チタンを含む白色ビヒクル9.4質量部、ジスアゾイエローを含む黄色ビヒクル 3.1質量部を含有させた以外は同様にして銀付調人工皮革を得、評価した。ポリウレタン表皮膜は、キナクリドンレッド2.7質量%、ビス(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−4−ピペリジル)セバケート 0.09質量%、6,6‘−ジ−t−ブチル−4,4’−ブチリデン−m−クレゾール 0.07質量%を含む。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において、ポリウレタン中間層及びポリウレタン最表層を形成するためのポリウレタン組成物溶液に、キナクリドンレッド(Pigment Red 122)を15質量%含む赤色ビヒクル 21質量部、アンスラキノンレッドを15質量%含む赤色ビヒクル 11質量部、酸化チタンを含む白色ビヒクル2質量部、カーボンブラックを含む黒色ビヒクル 0.1質量部を含有させた代わりに、キナクリドンレッド(Pigment Red 202)を15質量%含む赤色ビヒクル 21質量部、アンスラキノンレッドを15質量%含む赤色ビヒクル 11質量部、酸化チタンを含む白色ビヒクル2質量部、カーボンブラックを含む黒色ビヒクル 0.1質量部を含有させた以外は同様にして銀付調人工皮革を得、評価した。ポリウレタン表皮膜は、キナクリドンレッド8.4質量%、ビス(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−4−ピペリジル)セバケート0.08質量%、6,6‘−ジ−t−ブチル−4,4’−ブチリデン−m−クレゾール0.07質量%を含む。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において、芳香族系ジイソシアネートを有機ポリイソシアネート単位として含み、ポリエーテル系ポリオールを高分子ポリオール単位として含むポリエーテル系ポリウレタンを含む、難黄変型ポリエーテル系ポリウレタン30%溶液の代わりに、芳香族系ジイソシアネートを有機ポリイソシアネート単位として含み、ポリエステル系ポリオールを高分子ポリオール単位として含むポリエステル系ポリウレタンと、難黄変型ポリエーテル系ポリウレタンの混合物を用いて、ポリウレタン表皮膜に含まれる全ポリウレタン中のポリエーテル系ポリウレタンの含有割合を60質量%に変更した以外は同様にして銀付調人工皮革を得、評価した。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において、ポリウレタン表皮膜にHALS 0.09質量%、BHT 0.07質量%を含有させた代わりに、HALS 0.001質量%、BHT 0.001質量%を含有させた以外は同様にして銀付調人工皮革を得、評価した。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において、ポリウレタン中間層及びポリウレタン最表層を形成するためのポリウレタン組成物溶液に、キナクリドンレッド(Pigment Red 122)を15質量%含む赤色ビヒクルを含有させた代わりに、アンスラキノンレッドを15質量%含む赤色ビヒクルを含有させて、実施例1に近似する赤色に調色を試みた以外は同様にして銀付調人工皮革を得、評価した。結果を表1に示す。青みを帯びた赤色に調色を試みたが、実施例1と同等の青みを帯びた赤色を得ることはできなかった。
比較例1において、ポリウレタン中間層及びポリウレタン最表層を形成するためのポリウレタン組成物溶液に難黄変型ポリエーテル系ポリウレタン30%溶液 100質量部を含有させた代わりに、脂肪族系ジイソシアネートを有機ポリイソシアネート単位として含み、ポリカーボネート系ポリオールを高分子ポリオール単位として含むポリカーボネート系ポリウレタンを含む、無黄変型ポリカーボネート系ポリウレタン30%溶液 100質量部を含有させた以外は同様にして銀付調人工皮革を得、評価した。結果を表1に示す。
比較例2において、ポリウレタン中間層及びポリウレタン最表層を形成するためのポリウレタン組成物溶液に難黄変型ポリエーテル系ポリウレタン30%溶液 100質量部を含有させた代わりに、芳香族系ジイソシアネートを有機ポリイソシアネート単位として含み、ポリカーボネート系ポリオールを高分子ポリオール単位として含むポリカーボネート系ポリウレタンを含む、難黄変型ポリカーボネート系ポリウレタン30%溶液 100質量部を含有させて、実施例1に近似する色に調色した以外は同様にして銀付調人工皮革を得、評価した。結果を表1に示す。

Claims (10)
- 繊維基材と、ポリエーテル系ポリウレタンを含むポリウレタン表皮膜と、を有する銀付調皮革様シートであって、
前記ポリウレタン表皮膜はキナクリドン系赤色顔料を含み、L*a*b*表色系において、L*値≦80,a*値≧20,b*値≦15の赤色に着色されており、且つ、ヒンダードアミン光安定剤とフェノール系酸化防止剤とを含有し、
JIS B7751に準拠した紫外線カーボンアーク灯光を用いて、ブラックパネル温度63℃でカーボンアークを100時間で放射照度500±50W/m2の条件で照射した後、20℃の環境下でフレクソメーターで屈曲性試験を行ったときに表面にひび割れが発生するサイクルが10万サイクル以上であることを特徴とする銀付調皮革様シート。 - 前記ポリウレタン表皮膜は、前記キナクリドン系赤色顔料を有効成分として2〜10質量%含む請求項1に記載の銀付調皮革様シート。
- 前記ポリウレタン表皮膜は、前記ヒンダードアミン光安定剤を0.05〜0.3質量%含む請求項1または2に記載の銀付調皮革様シート。
- 前記ポリウレタン表皮膜は、前記ヒンダードアミン光安定剤を0.05〜0.2質量%含む請求項1または2に記載の銀付調皮革様シート。
- 前記キナクリドン系赤色顔料に対する前記ヒンダードアミン光安定剤の割合が0.5〜5質量%である請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の銀付調皮革様シート。
- 前記フェノール系酸化防止剤を有効成分として0.01〜0.5質量%含む請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の銀付調皮革様シート。
- 前記ポリウレタン表皮膜に含まれる全ポリウレタン中の前記ポリエーテル系ポリウレタンの含有割合が60質量%以上である請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の銀付調皮革様シート。
- 前記繊維基材と、前記繊維基材に積層されたポリウレタン多孔質層と、前記ポリウレタン表皮膜と、前記ポリウレタン多孔質層と前記ポリウレタン表皮膜とを接着するポリウレタン接着層とを備え、
前記ポリウレタン表皮膜は、ポリウレタン中間層及びポリウレタン中間層に積層されたポリウレタン最表層を含む請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の銀付調皮革様シート。 - 前記ポリウレタン多孔質層は、前記繊維基材の内部に浸透し、且つ、100〜600μmの厚さを有する請求項8に記載の銀付調皮革様シート。
- 前記繊維基材は、中空繊維またはレンコン状繊維であるナイロン系繊維の不織布を含む請求項8または9に記載の銀付調皮革様シート。
