Definitions
- the present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner.
- a vacuum cleaner is a device that sucks dust and foreign substances, etc., present on the surface to be cleaned using a main motor provided inside the main body, and then filters dust and foreign substances within the main body.
- Such a vacuum cleaner is an up-right vacuum cleaner in which a suction nozzle is connected to a main body and moves together with the main body, and a suction nozzle is connected to the main body by an extension tube, a handle, a hose, and the like. It can be classified as a vacuum cleaner.
- Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2012-0004100 (published date: January 12, 2012), which is a prior art document, discloses a canister type vacuum cleaner.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum cleaner that is equipped with a suction nozzle and to maintain a stable open state of the cover member for opening and closing a part of the cleaner body to improve safety and ease of use.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum cleaner that can be opened and closed by rotation to selectively maintain the open state by a simple operation to improve the ease of use.
- Vacuum cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention, the cover member rotatably mounted on the upper end of the cleaner body, the suction hose to which the cover member is connected, and the link assembly for connecting between the cover member and the cleaner body, And a link assembly accommodating part configured to selectively restrain the link assembly at one side of the cleaner body to maintain the cover member in an open state.
- the link assembly may include a rotary link having one end rotatably mounted to the cover member and a rotatably mounted at the other end of the rotary link and received in the link assembly accommodating portion to linearly reciprocate the opening and closing of the cover member. It is possible to include a slider.
- the link assembly may further include a spring provided between the cover member and the slider to elastically support the slider.
- the rotating link may be provided with a supporting protrusion that is locked to the interference protrusion inside the link assembly receiving portion.
- the slider guides extending in the moving direction of the slider are formed on both side surfaces of the slider, it is possible to include a guide rib for guiding the movement of the slider on the inner surface of the link assembly.
- cover member may be opened and closed while the suction hose is connected.
- suction hose may be located forward and above the rotation axis of the moving wheel.
- the cover member Due to the nature of the structure in which the suction hose is connected to the cover member, the cover member is difficult to maintain the open state, it can be easily closed in the open state may threaten the safety of the user, but the cover member relatively heavy through the link assembly In the open state more than the set angle is able to continue to be held in the open state is locked, there is an advantage that can be more secure and easier to remove the dust box or maintenance inside the body.
- the link assembly is constrained inside the link assembly accommodating portion to maintain the open state. do. Therefore, there is an advantage that the ease of operation of opening and closing or open maintenance work can be improved.
- the cover member when the cover member is opened, the cover member is more easily rotated by the elastic member supporting the link assembly, and the user can open the cover member with less force.
- the cover member is rotated again to close the cover member maintaining the open state.
- the restrained state of the link assembly can be easily released by elastic deformation of one side of the link assembly, thereby making it easier to operate. do.
- the cleaner body may be rotated about the moving wheel by placing the center of gravity of the cleaner body in the second half, and maintain a stable and stable support state in contact with the ground.
- the center of gravity is located in the second half and the cleaner body may be inclined by rotating when the running of the cleaner is stopped, the rotation of the cleaner when the body is rotated when a change in the angle is generated to stop the cleaner or It is possible to accurately determine the state of movement.
- the inside of the cleaner body is provided with a detector for detecting the posture, that is, the tilt or rotation angle of the main body.
- the suction hose has a structure connected to the upper portion of the main body, when the user pulls the suction hose to move the cleaner, the main body is inclined and the moving wheel is driven by the sensing unit detecting the suction hose.
- the user can automatically run the main body by a light manipulation of moving the suction hose even if the user does not pull and move the main body itself, and improves the convenience of use by allowing the main body to run along the user when the user moves. You can.

- the obstacle O may be detected by the obstacle detecting member 44.
- the obstacle detecting member 44 is provided on the front surface of the cover member 40 formed in a curved shape, the obstacle detecting member 44 detects the obstacle (O) in the range of the set angle to avoid the traveling do.
- the obstacle in the main PCB 301 or the detected PCB 360a
- the position of O is calculated.
- the main PCB 301 accelerates the rotation of the moving wheel 60 closer to the obstacle O among the moving wheels 60 on both the left and right sides. Obstacles may be avoided by changing the driving direction of the cleaner body 10.
- the main PCB 301 may drive only the wheel motor 632 of one side of the wheel motor 632 of both sides, and the obstacle ( O) may be avoided.
- the rotation speed of the wheel motor 632 may be changed according to the distance of the obstacle detected by the obstacle detecting member 44. When the obstacle O is detected at a close distance, the wheel motor 632 is rotated. It can be made relatively faster.
- the cleaner main body 10 is moved forward, but since the second half 313 also has an inclined state, the cleaner main body 10 according to the change in the angle of the second half 313. It may also be able to automatically reverse drive.

Simultaneous recognition is possible.
- the front sensor (44b, 44c) side sensor (44a, 44d) at the same time detect the obstacle while the cleaner body 10 is running, it is determined to the wall surface to run along the wall surface without the avoidance operation can do. That is, the front sensors 44b and 44c and the side sensors 44a and 44d are driven while maintaining the state of sensing the wall surface.
- the cleaner main body 10 When the cleaner main body 10 continuously runs along the wall surface, the front sensors 44b and 44c recognize that there are no obstacles, and when the side sensors 44a and 44d recognize that there are no obstacles, the cleaner The main body 10 may travel in the direction of the corner by determining that the corner of the wall has passed.
- the cleaner main body 10 may be driven to rotate after further moving by a predetermined distance after confirming that the side sensors 44a and 44d are free of obstacles.
