Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition présentant une configuration dans laquelle une matière brute à base de céramide incorporée dans une cyclodextrine est collée sur un peptide de collagène ou des granules contenant chacun le peptide de collagène. La composition peut être produite par pulvérisation d'une solution contenant une matière brute à base de céramide et de la cyclodextrine sur un peptide de collagène ou des granules contenant chacun le peptide de collagène et ensuite granulation du produit résultant. Selon la présente invention, le collagène et la céramide sont uniformément dispersés dans la composition, l'apparition d'une décoloration brunâtre pendant le procédé de granulation ou le stockage dans des conditions de température élevée peut être évitée, et la formation d'une odeur désagréable peut également être évitée.
