- the endless belt 10 can be used by being wound between two pulleys in a textile machine with a tension of, for example, about 15 to 30 N / mm.
- the oblique lines 17 indicate that the aggregate 19 is regularly displaced in one of the longitudinal directions L of the belt, and a part of the aggregate 19 is predetermined. Due to the gap being formed so as to be shifted to the other side opposite to one in the longitudinal direction L of the belt, the undulation of the surface in the width direction of the belt is suppressed. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the sound pressure level having a frequency of 6000 to 8000 Hz generated during the belt running.
- the core canvas 12 is woven so that two first tissue points 13 and two second tissue points 15 appear repeatedly in the longitudinal direction, so that the tensile strength in the longitudinal direction of the belt is improved and Since the number is two, undulations on the front surface and the back surface can be suppressed and flattening can be achieved. Therefore, the core canvas 12 is aged even if the first resin layer 14a and the second resin layer 14b, the pulley side layer 16 and the spindle side layer 18 formed on the core canvas 12 are thin. Even if the thickness of the first resin layer 14a and the second resin layer 14b, the pulley side layer 16 and the spindle side layer 18 is reduced by use, the influence on the properties of the belt surface can be suppressed. Accordingly, the textile machine belt 10 can maintain a state in which the running sound is reduced even when the usage time elapses.

- the sound pressure level at a frequency of 6300 Hz can be reduced as compared with the comparative example.
- the height difference between the warp and the weft at the outer edge of the first texture point was 237.836 ⁇ m, so the surface resin layer, pulley side layer, and spindle side layer became thin
- the core canvas has a great influence on the properties of the belt surface, so that the sound pressure level at a frequency of 6300 Hz after running for 10,000 hours increased.
- both ends of the belt may be processed into a taper shape, the taper surfaces may be bonded together with an adhesive, and may be joined together by a sky bar joint.
- an adhesive for example, a urethane-based adhesive can be used as the adhesive.
