背景技术
目前,在仓储和物流领域中常用的仓库管理方式是采用立体仓库,即设置若干货架,用人工或者穿梭于巷道的堆垛机来取放货物。这种仓库管理方式效率较低,使用极为不便。
在现有技术中提供一种移动式货架自动仓库系统,其利用机器人搬运货架至固定工作口进行货物装卸,然后再由机器人运回。该管理方式的缺陷在于对硬件的要求过高,要求机器人必须配备有光学传感器、红外传感器等设备,能自己避开障碍和寻找路径去给定目的点,才能达到在系统控制下将货架和货物搬运至指定的位置的目的。该方式在实践中不便于实施,需要花费大量的硬件购置成本。
因此,有必要提供一种成本低廉,便于管理的自动仓库控制系统。

在本发明的较佳实施方式中,该传动控制模块包括一开关,该开关开启时,上述料箱驱动装置工作。具体来说,传动控制模块根据数据检索模块发送的检索结果,确认所需拣取的货物所在的料箱编号,以及当前该待拣取料箱距离拣货口的距离。在本发明的货物传送模块中,料箱移动的速度是恒定的,因此,根据上述待拣取料箱距离拣货口的距离,传动控制模块即可计算出待拣取料箱移动至拣货口的所需的时间T。在一个实施例中,料箱移动是步进式的,每一步的移动步幅是一个料箱位,因此,当前该待拣取料箱距离拣货口的距离可以料箱位的个数来计,因此可以通过确定料箱的移动步数来确定所需拣取的货物所在的料箱是否移动到拣货口。
在确认上述结果后,该传动控制模块的开关开启,控制该料箱驱动装置工作,待拣取料箱开始向拣货口移动。经过时间T或移动步数后,该传动控制模块的开关关闭,此时,待拣取料箱移动至拣货口,用户即可拣取货物。
在本发明的较佳实施方式中,上述货架有多个,该传动控制模块包括多个与货架对应的开关,形成开关阵列。
该自动仓库控制系统还包括一信息回馈模块,用于检测货物传送模块的工作情况,并根据工作情况及待拣取的货物信息更新数据存储模块中的货物仓储数据。在本发明的较佳实施方式中,该信息回馈模块包括红外传感器,在货物传送模块正常工作时,该信息回馈模块根据货物的拣取情况将已被拣取的货物从货物仓储数据中删除。
请参阅图2,本发明的自动仓库控制方法主要包括以下步骤:
步骤S201:在将货物装入料箱时输入货物的信息,形成货物仓储数据;
上述货物信息包括货物的名称、型号、批次等。在本发明的较佳实施方式中,通过条形码或RFID电子标签扫描装置,来快捷的获取货物信息。自动仓库上的每一料箱均具有一个唯一的编号,货物在装入料箱并输入信息后,其货物信息与料箱编号即建立对应关系,形成货物仓储数据。
步骤S202:存储上述货物仓储数据;
步骤S203:根据所需提取的货物信息,在货物仓储数据中进行检索;
步骤S204:根据检索结果将所需提取的货物所属的料箱传送至拣货口。
本发明的自动仓库包括货架、支撑在所述货架上的若干用于存储货物的料箱以及料箱驱动装置,上述料箱在货架上可自由的循环移动。在本发明的较佳实施方式中,该料箱驱动装置是由电力或气缸驱动的推杆。该驱动装置推动其接触的一个料箱移动,该料箱的移动推动其前面的一个料箱移动,从而使得上述料箱在货架上自由的循环移动。
具体来说,上述检索结果中包括所需拣取的货物所在的料箱编号,以及当前该待拣取料箱距离拣货口的距离。在本发明的自动仓库中,料箱移动的速度是恒定的,因此,根据上述待拣取料箱距离拣货口的距离,即可计算出待拣取料箱移动至拣货口的所需的时间T。在一个实施例中,料箱移动是步进式的,每一步的移动步幅是一个料箱位,因此,当前该待拣取料箱距离拣货口的距离可以料箱位的个数来计,因此根据该距离可以确定待拣取料箱移动至拣货口的所需的移动步数。
在确认上述结果后,控制该料箱驱动装置工作时间T或者料箱的移动步数,即可将待拣取料箱移动至拣货口,便于用户拣取货物。
本发明的技术方案便于实施,成本低廉,仓库管理人员可以同时管理多个货架,能够大幅降低仓库管理的硬件及时间成本。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1、一种自动仓库控制系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括货物传送模块、信息输入模块、数据存储模块、数据检索模块及传动控制模块,所述货物传送模块用于移动料箱,所述信息输入模块用于在将货物装入所述料箱时输入所述货物的信息,形成货物仓储数据,所述数据存储模块用于存储所述货物仓储数据,所述数据检索模块用于根据所需提取的货物信息,检索所述货物仓储数据,并将检索结果发送至所述传动控制模块,所述传动控制模块用于根据所述检索结果控制所述货物传送模块工作,将所需提取的货物所属的料箱传送至拣货口。
2、如权利要求1所述的自动仓库控制系统,其特征在于,所述货物传送模块包括货架、支撑在所述货架上的若干料箱以及料箱驱动装置,所述料箱驱动装置用于推动所述料箱在所述货架上循环移动。
3、如权利要求1所述的自动仓库控制系统,其特征在于,所述信息输入模块包括条形码或RFID电子标签扫描装置。
4、如权利要求1所述的自动仓库控制系统,其特征在于,所述每一料箱均具有一个唯一的编号,所述货物仓储数据包括所述货物信息与所述料箱的编号的对应关系。
5、如权利要求2所述的自动仓库控制系统,其特征在于,所述传动控制模块包括一开关,所述开关开启时,所述料箱驱动装置工作,推动所述料箱移动。
6、如权利要求5所述的自动仓库控制系统,其特征在于,所述传动控制模块工作的具体过程为:
根据所述检索结果,确认所述待拣取的货物所在的待拣取料箱编号,以及当前所述待拣取料箱距离所述拣货口的距离;
根据所述距离确定所述待拣取料箱移动至所述拣货口所需的特定时间或特定移动步数;
开启所述开关,经过所述特定时间或所述特定移动步数后,关闭所述开关。
7、如权利要求1至6任意一项所述的自动仓库控制系统,其特征在于,所述自动仓库包括多个货架,所述传动控制模块包括多个与所述货架对应的开关。
8、一种自动仓库控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤a:在将货物装入料箱时输入货物的信息,形成货物仓储数据;
步骤b:存储所述货物仓储数据;
步骤c:根据所需提取的货物信息,在所述货物仓储数据中进行检索;
步骤d:根据所述检索结果将所需提取的货物所属的料箱传送至拣货口。
9、如权利要求8所述的自动仓库控制方法,其特征在于,所述自动仓库包括货架、支撑在所述货架上的若干料箱以及料箱驱动装置,所述料箱驱动装置用于推动所述料箱在所述货架上循环移动。
10、如权利要求9所述的自动仓库控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤d还包括:
根据所述检索结果,确认所述待拣取的货物所在的待拣取料箱编号,以及当前所述待拣取料箱距离所述拣货口的距离;
根据所述距离,确定所述待拣取料箱移动至所述拣货口所需的特定时间或特定移动步数;
开启所述料箱驱动装置,经过所述特定时间或特定移动步数后,关闭所述料箱驱动装置。
