しかし、有機EL素子には、時間の経過とともに発光輝度、発光効率、発光均一性等の発光特性が低下し易いという問題があった。
この発光特性の低下の問題の原因として、酸素や水分等が有機EL素子の内部に浸入し、電極や有機層を劣化させることが考えられ、この問題を解決すべく、封止材を用いる方法がいくつか提案されている。
例えば、特許文献1には、ガラス基板上に薄膜状の透明電極及び背面電極によって挟持された有機物EL層を、耐湿性を有する光硬化性樹脂層(封止材)で被覆した有機EL素子が開示されている。また、特許文献2には、防湿性高分子フィルムと接着層により形成された封止フィルムを用いて、有機EL素子を封止する方法が開示されている。
例えば、特許文献3には、有機ELディスプレイ用の封止剤として、紫外線硬化機能と室温硬化機能を有するアクリル系接着剤が開示されている。
特許文献4には、熱履歴を受けた後であっても、有機EL表示素子による光を、優れた伝播効率でディスプレイ表面に伝播することができる粘着剤層を形成し得る粘着剤として、アクリル系粘着剤が開示されている。
さらに、アクリル系接着剤等を用いて形成された封止材が架橋構造を有するものである場合には、衝撃、振動、発熱等により、封止材が被着体から剥離し易くなり、水分遮断性が大きく低下するおそれがあった。
例えば、特許文献5には、有機EL素子の封入剤として用いられる、特定の水素添加環状オレフィン系ポリマーとポリイソブチレン樹脂を含有する接着性組成物が開示されている。
しかしながら、接着シート(A)を製造した後、保存、搬送する場合等において、接着剤層の保持力が十分でないため、保存、搬送中に接着シート(A)の接着剤層に空隙が生じる場合があり、電子デバイスの封止材等として用いる場合に問題となる場合があった。
(1)ポリイソブチレン樹脂(A)、エネルギー線硬化性樹脂(B)、及び接着付与剤(C)を含有する接着剤組成物であって、前記エネルギー線硬化性樹脂(B)が、2価の脂環式炭化水素基を有する2官能アクリレートを含み、前記(A)成分100質量部に対する前記(B)成分の含有量が5~59質量部であり、前記(A)成分100質量部に対する前記(C)成分の含有量が0.1~40質量部である接着剤組成物。
(2)さらに、2価の直鎖状2官能アクリレート(D)を含む(1)に記載の接着剤組成物。
(3)前記ポリイソブチレン樹脂(A)は、イソブチレン-イソプレン共重合体である(1)に記載の接着剤組成物。
(4)剥離シートと、該剥離シート上に形成された接着剤層とを有する接着シートであって、前記接着剤層は、(1)に記載の接着剤組成物を用いて形成されたものであることを特徴とする接着シート。
(5)基材シートと、該基材シート上に形成された接着剤層とを有する接着シートであって、前記接着剤層が、(1)に記載の接着剤組成物を用いて形成されたものであることを特徴とする接着シート。
(6)透明基板と、該透明基板上に形成された素子と、該素子を封止するための封止材とを備える電子デバイスであって、前記封止材が、(1)に記載の接着剤組成物を用いて形成されたものであることを特徴とする電子デバイス。
本発明の接着剤組成物は、 ポリイソブチレン樹脂(A)、エネルギー線硬化性樹脂(B)、及び接着付与剤(C)を含有する接着剤組成物であって、前記エネルギー線硬化性樹脂(B)が、2価の脂環式炭化水素基を有する2官能アクリレートを含み、前記(A)成分100質量部に対する前記(B)成分の含有量が5~59質量部であり、前記(A)成分100質量部に対する前記(C)成分の含有量が0.1~40質量部であることを特徴とする。
本発明に用いるポリイソブチレン系樹脂(A)は、主鎖又は側鎖にポリイソブチレン骨格を有する樹脂であり、下記構成単位(a)を有するものである。
イソブチレン・イソプレン共重合体中のイソプレン由来の繰り返し単位の含有率は、通常、全繰り返し単位に対して、0.1~99モル%であり、好ましくは0.5~50モル%、さらに好ましくは、1~10モル%である。
イソブチレン・イソプレン共重合体中のイソプレン由来の繰り返し単位が上記範囲であれば、水分遮断性に優れる接着剤組成物が得られるため好ましい。
また、ポリイソブチレン樹脂(A)として、市販品を使用することもできる。市販品としては、Vistanex(Exxon Chemical Co.製)、Hycar(Goodrich社製)、Oppanol(BASF社製)等が挙げられる。
本発明の接着剤組成物は、ポリイソブチレン系樹脂(A)に加えて、エネルギー線硬化性樹脂(B)を含有する。
エネルギー線硬化性樹脂(B)を含有することで、水分遮断性、透明性及び接着力に優れ、かつ、保持力にも優れた接着剤層を形成することができる接着剤組成物を得ることができる。
2官能(メタ)アクリレート(B1)は、剛直な脂環式炭化水素基を有するため、エネルギー線硬化後の架橋密度が向上し、保持力に優れた接着剤組成物を得ることができる。
Xの脂環式炭化水素基の具体例は上述した通りである。これらの中でも、ノルボルネン、トリシクロデセン、テトラシクロドデセン等の多環のシクロアルケン等から2個の水素原子を除いた基が好ましく、下記で表される(x-1)~(x-3)で表される基がより好ましい。
R1、R2の炭素数1~6のアルキル基としては、メチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、イソプロピル基等が挙げられる。これらの中でも、R1、R2としては、それぞれ独立して、水素原子またはメチル基であることが好ましい。
式:-[C(R3)(R4)]n-で示される基の具体例としては、メチレン基、エチレン基、プロピレン基、トリメチレン基、テトラメチレン基等の炭素数1~6のアルキレン基が挙げられる。
また、本発明においては、前記2官能アクリレート(B1)とともに、下記式(II)で示される直鎖型の2官能(メタ)アクリレート(D)(以下、このものを「2官能(メタ)アクリレート(D)」ということがある。)を併用することが好ましい。
柔軟な鎖を有する2官能(メタ)アクリレート(D)を併用することで、前記ポリイソブチレン系樹脂(A)との相溶性が向上し、透明性に優れた接着剤組成物を得ることができる。
このような範囲の割合で、2官能(メタ)アクリレート(B1)と2官能(メタ)アクリレート(B2)を併用することで、水分遮断性及び接着力により優れ、かつ保持力に優れた接着剤組成物を得ることができる。
エチレングリコール、ジエチレングール等の多価アルコール、マロン酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸等の多価カルボン酸、及び、プロピオラクトン、β-メチル-δ-バレロラクトン、ε-カプロラクトン等の環状エステルの3種類の成分による反応物等のポリエステルポリオール;
上述の多価アルコールとホスゲンとの反応物、環状炭酸エステル(エチレンカーボネート、トリメチレンカーボネート、テトラメチレンカーボネート、ヘキサメチレンカーボネート等のアルキレンカーボネート等)の開環重合物等のポリカーボネート系ポリオール;
飽和炭化水素骨格としてエチレン、プロピレン、ブテン等のホモポリマー又はコポリマーを有し、その分子末端に水酸基を有するもの等のポリオレフィン系ポリオール;
炭化水素骨格としてブタジエンの共重合体を有し、その分子末端に水酸基を有するもの等のポリブタジエン系ポリオール;
(メタ)アクリル酸メチル、(メタ)アクリル酸エチル、(メタ)アクリル酸プロピル、(メタ)アクリル酸ブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸2-エチルヘキシル等の(メタ)アクリル酸エステルを重合体又は共重合体の分子内にヒドロキシル基を少なくとも2つ有するもの等の(メタ)アクリル系ポリオール;
ジメチルポリシロキサンポリオールやメチルフェニルポリシロキサンポリオール等のポリシロキサン系ポリオール;等が挙げられる。
ポリエステル(メタ)アクリレート系樹脂の製造に用いる多塩基性カルボン酸(無水物)としては(無水)コハク酸、アジピン酸、(無水)マレイン酸、(無水)イタコン酸、(無水)トリメリット酸、(無水)ピロメリット酸、ヘキサヒドロ(無水)フタル酸、(無水)フタル酸、イソフタル酸、テレフタル酸等が挙げられる。また、ポリオールとしては、1,4-ブタンジオール、1,6-ヘキサンジオール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジメチロールヘプタン、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール、ジペンタエリスリトール等が挙げられる。
また、これらの化合物として、市販品をそのまま使用することもできる。
本発明においては、操作性等の観点から、活性エネルギー線として、紫外線などの活性光線を用いることが好ましい。したがって、本発明に用いるエネルギー線硬化性樹脂(B)としては、2官能(メタ)アクリレート(B1)と光重合開始剤を含む光硬化性樹脂組成物であることが好ましい。
また、カチオン重合型の光重合性オリゴマーに対する光重合開始剤としては、例えば芳香族スルホニウムイオン、芳香族オキソスルホニウムイオン、芳香族ヨードニウムイオンなどのオニウムと、テトラフルオロボレート、ヘキサフルオロホスフェート、ヘキサフルオロアンチモネート、ヘキサフルオロアルセネートなどの陰イオンとからなる化合物などが挙げられる。
これらは1種単独で用いてもよいし、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
また、その配合量は、前記活性エネルギー線重合性モノマー及び/又は活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂100質量部に対して、通常0.2~10質量部の範囲である。
エネルギー線硬化性樹脂(B)の配合量が、ポリイソブチレン系樹脂(A)100質量部に対して、5質量部以上であることで、保持力により優れる接着剤層を効率よく形成することができ、59質量部以下であることで、接着剤層の接着力の低下を避けることができる。
本発明の接着剤組成物は、前記ポリイソブチレン系樹脂(A)及びエネルギー線硬化性樹脂(B)に加えて、接着付与剤(C)を含有する。
接着付与剤(C)を含有させることで、水分遮断性により優れ、かつ、接着力により優れる接着剤層を形成する際に有用な接着剤組成物を得ることができる。
これらの中でも、高温湿熱下であっても変色しにくい接着剤層を形成し得ることから、水素添加された樹脂が好ましい。水素添加された樹脂は、部分水添物であっても、完全水添物であっても良い。
接着付与剤(C)の軟化点は、好ましくは、50~160℃、より好ましくは60~140℃、さらに好ましくは70~130℃である。
接着付与剤(C)の配合量が、ポリイソブチレン系樹脂(A)100質量部に対して、0.1質量部以上であることで、接着性により優れる接着剤層を効率よく形成することができ、40質量部以下であることで、接着剤層の保持力の低下を避けることができる。
これらは1種単独で、あるいは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
その他の成分を配合する場合、それぞれの配合量は、接着剤組成物中、好ましくは0.01~5質量%、より好ましくは0.01~2質量%である。
これらの溶媒は、1種単独で、あるいは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
本発明の接着剤組成物を用いて形成された接着剤層を有する接着シートは、JIS Z0237に準拠した70℃における保持力が、70,000秒後のずれ量として、10mm未満であることが好ましく、8mm未満であることがより好ましい。70,000秒後のずれ量が10mmより大きくなると、保持力が不十分となり、一定温度(例えば、70℃)下で保管、移送される場合に、接着材層に空隙が生じるおそれがある。また、また、ずれ量の値の下限は、通常0である。
損失正接(tanδ)は、剪断弾性率(G’)と損失剪断弾性率(G”)の比、G”/G’である。一般的には、材料が変形する際に材料がどのくらいエネルギーを吸収するか(熱に変わる)を示すパラメータである。
形成される接着剤層の、150℃における損失正接(tanδ)をδ1、70℃における損失正接(tanδ)をδ2としたとき、(δ1/δ2)が2.4以下であることで、本発明の接着剤組成物を用いて形成された接着剤層を有する接着シートは、保持力に優れ、一定温度(例えば、70℃)下で保管、移送される場合であっても、保管、移送する間に、接着材層に空隙が生じることがない。δ1/δ2が2.4より大きくなると、一定温度(例えば、70℃)下で保管、移送される場合であっても、保管、移送する間に、接着材層に空隙が生じるおそれがある。また、δ1/δ2の値の下限は、通常1であり、好ましくは1.3以上、より好ましくは1.5以上、さらに好ましくは1.8以上である。δ1/δ2の値の上限は、好ましくは2.3以下、より好ましくは2.2以下、さらに好ましくは2.0以下である。
貯蔵弾性率がこのような範囲にあることで、透明基板上に形成された素子等に十分に密着し、水蒸気の侵入をより効果的に抑制できる。
貯蔵弾性率は、公知の動的粘弾性測定装置を使用して測定し求めることができる。
接着剤層の水蒸気透過率は、実施例に記載された方法で測定することができる。
接着剤組成物を用いて形成される、厚みが20μmの接着剤層の水蒸気透過率がこのような範囲にあることで、電子デバイス用の封止材として、水蒸気の侵入をより効果的に抑制できる。
なお、接着剤層の水蒸気透過率の値は、接着剤層の厚みに依存するため、接着剤層の厚みが20μmでない場合には、厚みから換算して求めることができる。例えば、厚みがAμmで、水蒸気透過率がB(g/m2/day)の接着剤層の場合、厚みが20μmの時の水蒸気透過率は、A×B/20という式に当てはめて換算して求めることができる。
接着剤組成物を用いて形成される接着剤層の、ガラス基板に対する接着力は、好ましくは1N/25mm以上、より好ましくは2N/25mm以上、さらに好ましくは3N/25mm以上、特に好ましくは5N/25mm以上、最も好ましくは10N/25mm以上である。
接着力がこのような範囲にあることで、透明基板に十分に密着し、水蒸気の侵入をより効果的に抑制できる。
接着剤層の接着力は、実施例に記載された方法で測定することができる。
本発明の接着剤組成物は、透明基板上に形成された素子の封止材や、後述する本発明接着シートの製造原料としても有用である。
本発明の接着シートは、本発明の接着剤組成物を用いて形成された接着剤層を有するものであり、具体的には、以下の接着シート(α)、接着シート(β)である。
接着シート(α):剥離シートと、該剥離シート上に形成された接着剤層を有する接着シートであって、前記接着剤層は、本発明の接着剤組成物を用いて形成されたものであることを特徴とする。
接着シート(β):基材シートと、該基材シート上に形成された接着剤層とを有する接着シートであって、前記接着剤層が、本発明の接着剤組成物を用いて形成されたものであることを特徴とする。
本発明の接着シート(α)及び(β)を構成する接着剤層は、本発明の接着剤組成物を用いて形成されたものであり、具体的には、本発明の接着剤組成物から形成された塗膜を乾燥し、得られた塗膜を硬化させて形成されたものである。
剥離剤としては、シリコーン系樹脂、オレフィン系樹脂、イソプレン系樹脂、ブタジエン系樹脂等のゴム系エラストマー、長鎖アルキル系樹脂、アルキド系樹脂、フッ素系樹脂等が挙げられる。
剥離シートの厚みは、特に制限されないが、通常20~200μm、好ましくは25~150μmである。
塗膜を乾燥するときの乾燥条件としては、例えば80~150℃で30秒から5分間が挙げられる。
基材シートの厚みは、特に制限はないが、取り扱い易さの観点から、好ましくは0.5~500μm、より好ましくは1~200μm、さらに好ましくは5~100μmである。
ガスバリア層は、所望のガスバリア性を付与することができれば、材質等は特に限定されない。
ガスバリア層の温度40℃、90%RHの環境下における水蒸気透過率が0.1g/m2/day以下であることで、透明基板上に形成された有機EL素子等の素子内部に酸素や水分等が浸入し、電極や有機層が劣化することを効果的に抑制することができる。
水蒸気等の透過率は、公知のガス透過率測定装置を使用して測定することができる。
これらの中でも、厚みが薄く、ガスバリア性に優れる層を効率よく形成できることから、ガスバリア層は、無機膜からなるガスバリア層、及び高分子化合物を含む層にイオンを注入して得られるガスバリア層が好ましい。
無機蒸着膜としては、無機化合物や金属の蒸着膜が挙げられる。
無機化合物の蒸着膜の原料としては、酸化珪素、酸化アルミニウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化亜鉛、酸化インジウム、酸化スズ等の無機酸化物;窒化ケイ素、窒化アルミニウム、窒化チタン等の無機窒化物;無機炭化物;無機硫化物;酸化窒化ケイ素等の無機酸化窒化物;無機酸化炭化物;無機窒化炭化物;無機酸化窒化炭化物等が挙げられる。
金属の蒸着膜の原料としては、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、亜鉛、及びスズ等が挙げられる。
これらの中でも、優れたガスバリア性を有するガスバリア層を形成できる観点から、ケイ素含有高分子化合物が好ましく、ポリシラザン系化合物がより好ましい。
ポリシラザン系化合物は、ガラスコーティング材等として市販されている市販品をそのまま使用することもできる。
ポリシラザン系化合物は1種単独で、あるいは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
前記高分子層は、上述した高分子化合物の他に、本発明の目的を阻害しない範囲で他の成分を含んでいてもよい。他の成分としては、硬化剤、他の高分子、老化防止剤、光安定剤、難燃剤等が挙げられる。
メタン、エタン等のアルカン系ガス類のイオン;エチレン、プロピレン等のアルケン系ガス類のイオン;ペンタジエン、ブタジエン等のアルカジエン系ガス類のイオン;アセチレン等のアルキン系ガス類のイオン;ベンゼン、トルエン等の芳香族炭化水素系ガス類のイオン;シクロプロパン等のシクロアルカン系ガス類のイオン;シクロペンテン等のシクロアルケン系ガス類のイオン;金属のイオン;有機ケイ素化合物のイオン;等が挙げられる。
これらのイオンは1種単独で、あるいは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
これらの中でも、より簡便にイオンを注入することができ、特に優れたガスバリア性を有するガスバリア層が得られることから、アルゴン、ヘリウム、ネオン、クリプトン、キセノン等の希ガスのイオンが好ましい。
用いる基材シートの全光線透過率が80%以上であることで、素子への入射光や素子からの発光が損なわれることが少ないため、本発明の接着シートを、透明性が要求される、透明基板上に形成された素子の封止材として用いることができる。
全光線透過率は、実施例に記載した方法により測定して求めることが出来る。
本発明の電子デバイスは、透明基板と、該透明基板上に形成された素子と、該素子を封止するための封止材とを備える電子デバイスであって、前記封止材が、本発明の接着剤組成物を用いて形成されたものであること特徴とする。
透明基板上に形成される素子の、種類や大きさ、形状、個数等は、本発明の接着剤組成物により封止されるものであれば、特に制限されない。
透明基板の厚さは特に制限されず、光の透過率や、素子内外を遮断する性能を勘案して、適宜選択することができる。
透明導電層を形成する材料としては、公知の材料を用いることができる、具体的には、インジウム-スズ複合酸化物(ITO)、フッ素がドープされた酸化スズ(IV)SnO2 (FTO)、酸化スズ(IV)SnO2 、酸化亜鉛(II)ZnO、インジウム-亜鉛複合酸化物(IZO)などが挙げられる。
これらの材料は、一種単独で、あるいは二種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
プラスチックフィルムとしては、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリフェニレンエーテル、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリオレフィン、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、ポリスルフォン、ポリエーテルスルフォン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリアリレート、アクリル系樹脂、シクロオレフィン系ポリマー、芳香族系重合体、ポリウレタン系ポリマー等の樹脂製のフィルムやシートを用いることができる。
封止用基板の厚みは、特に制限はないが、取り扱い易さの観点から、好ましくは0.5~500μm、より好ましくは1~200μm、さらに好ましくは5~100μmである。
各例中の部及び%は、特に断りのない限り、質量基準である。
(1)ポリイソブチレン系樹脂(A)
・イソブチレン系樹脂(A1):日本ブチル社製、商品名「Exxon Butyl 268」、イソブチレン・イソプレン共重合体、数平均分子量(260,000)、イソプレンの含有率(1.7)モル%
(2)エネルギー線硬化性樹脂(B)
・エネルギー線硬化性樹脂(b1):2価の脂環式炭化水素基を有する2官能アクリレート(新中村化学社製、商品名「「A-DCP」、トリシクロデカンジメタノールジ(メタ)アクリレート、上記式(I)中、Xが(x-1)で表される化合物)
・エネルギー線硬化性樹脂(b2):3官能アクリレート(新中村化学社製、商品名「A-9300」
・エネルギー線硬化性樹脂(b3):2価の直鎖状2官能アクリレート(新中村化学社製、
・脂肪族系石油樹脂、日本ゼオン社製、商品名「クイントンA100」、軟化点100℃
光重合開始剤:チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ社製、商品名「イルガキュア500」、ベンゾフェノンと1-ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトンとの質量比1:1混合物
(4)剥離シート
・剥離シート(1):シリコーン剥離処理したポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(リンテック社製、SP-PET382150)
・剥離シート(2):シリコーン剥離処理したポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(リンテック社製、SP-PET381031)
(5)光重合開始剤(D1)
・チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ社製、商品名「イルガキュア500」、ベンゾフェノンと1-ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトンとの質量比1:1混合物
表1に記載の配合にて、イソブチレン系樹脂(A1)100部、エネルギー線硬化性樹脂(B)、接着付与剤(C1)、及び光重合開始剤(D1)10部をトルエンに溶解し、固形分濃度が17%の接着剤組成物をそれぞれ調製した。
次いで、得られた接着剤組成物を、剥離シート(1)の剥離処理面上に、乾燥後の厚みが20μmになるように塗工し、得られた塗膜を100℃で2分間乾燥して、樹脂層を形成し、もう1枚の剥離シート(2)の剥離処理面を樹脂層に貼り合せた。得られた貼合体に、剥離シート(2)の面から紫外線を照射し(光量:200mJ/cm2、照度:200mW/cm2)、樹脂層を硬化させることで、接着剤層を有する接着シートを得た。
各実施例及び比較例で得た接着シートの接着剤層のそれぞれにつき、下記の測定を行った。
(1)接着力の測定
各実施例及び比較例で得た接着シートから剥離シート(1)を剥離し、露出した接着剤層に厚さ25μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムをラミネートした後、25mm×200mmの大きさに裁断した。次いで、このラミネートした積層体から、剥離シート(2)を剥離し、露出した接着剤層を、23℃、50%RHの環境下で被着体(ガラス板(ソーダライムガラス):日本板硝子社製)に貼付し、その上から重さ2kgのローラーを1往復させて圧着して試験片を得た。
試験片を、圧着後24時間、23℃、50%RHの環境下で放置した後、同環境下で、引張試験機(オリエンテック社製、テンシロン)を用いて、剥離速度300mm/分、剥離角度180°の条件で剥離試験を行い、接着力(N/25mm)を測定した。
(2)ヘイズ値の測定
各実施例及び比較例で得た接着シートの接着剤層について、ヘイズメーター(日本電色工業社製,NDH2000)を用いて、JIS K7105に準じてヘイズ値(%)を測定した。結果を表1に示す。
(3)70℃における保持力の測定
各実施例及び比較例で得た接着シートを25mm×300mmの大きさに裁断し、剥離シート(1)を剥離し、露出した接着剤層を、23℃、50%RHの環境下で張り付け面積が25mm×25mmになるようにステンレス板(SUS380)に貼付し、その上から重さ2kgのローラーを5往復させて圧着して試験片を得た。
得られた試験片を用いて、JIS Z 0237の保持力の測定法に準じて、70℃、乾燥条件下で、9.8Nの荷重をかけて試験を行い、70000秒後のズレが生じているか否かを確認した。なお、表中、ズレが生じない場合を「N.C.」と表した。ズレが生じた場合は、70000秒後のズレ量(mm)を表中示し、70000秒後に、試験片がステンレス板から脱落した場合を「落下」と表した。
(4)水蒸気透過率の測定
各実施例及び比較例で得た接着シートの剥離シート(1)及び(2)を剥離して、露出した接着剤層を、2枚のポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(三菱樹脂社製、厚さ6μm)で挟むことで、水蒸気透過率測定用のサンプルを得た。次いで、水蒸気透過率測定装置(LYSSY社製、L80-5000)を用いて、温度40℃、相対湿度90%における、接着剤層の水蒸気透過率を測定した。
測定結果に対して、下記の計算を行い、厚みが20μmのときの水蒸気透過率を算出し
た。得られた、厚みが20μmのときの水蒸気透過率を表1に示す。
厚みがAμmで、水蒸気透過率がB(g/m2/day)の接着剤層の場合、厚みが20μmの時の水蒸気透過率は、A×B/20という式に当てはめて換算して求めることができる。
Claims (6)
- ポリイソブチレン樹脂(A)、エネルギー線硬化性樹脂(B)、及び接着付与剤(C)を含有する接着剤組成物であって、
前記エネルギー線硬化性樹脂(B)が、2価の脂環式炭化水素基を有する2官能アクリレートを含み、
前記(A)成分100質量部に対する前記(B)成分の含有量が5~59質量部であり、前記(A)成分100質量部に対する前記(C)成分の含有量が0.1~40質量部である接着剤組成物。 - さらに、2価の直鎖状2官能アクリレート(D)を含む請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記ポリイソブチレン樹脂(A)が、イソブチレン-イソプレン共重合体である請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 剥離シートと、該剥離シート上に形成された接着剤層とを有する接着シートであって、
前記接着剤層が、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物を用いて形成されたものであることを特徴とする接着シート。 - 基材シートと、該基材シート上に形成された接着剤層とを有する接着シートであって、
前記接着剤層が、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物を用いて形成されたものであることを特徴とする接着シート。 - 透明基板と、該透明基板上に形成された素子と、該素子を封止するための封止材とを備える電子デバイスであって、前記封止材が、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物を用いて形成されたものであることを特徴とする電子デバイス。
