Description

种玻璃基板的取放装置
本发明涉及一种取放装置, 尤指一种液晶面板制造领域中玻璃基板的取 放装置。
目前, 在高世代工厂内, 采用两种方式进行玻璃基板的取放: 一种是作 业人员直接手持取放; 另一种是用 MGV ( Manual Guided Vehicle, 手动导向 车) 装置迸行取放。
人工作业只能针对小尺寸玻璃基板的取放, 对于大尺寸玻璃基板 (尺寸 在 2500mm X 2200mm)并不适 ffi ,因为作 人员手持如此大尺寸的玻璃基板, 在不破碎并且不污染中间显像区的状况下进行取放, 是不可能安全完成的; 直接手持取放, 会直接造成玻璃基板破碎或者显像区被污染而报废, 造成损 失并污染洁净间环境。
手动导向车包括支架和基板搁置架, 其中基板搁置架沿水平方向设置在 支架上, 出于导向车方便移动的考虑, 基板拥置架的尺寸不会设置的很大, 一般与待取放的玻璃基板的尺寸相配, 因此在利 ^手动导向车取放玻璃基板 寸, 由于基板搦置架尺寸的限制, 在取放设备基台上取放玻璃基板时, 手动 导向车支架底部的移动导轮和底座需要伸入到取放设备下部位置, 基板搁置 架才能伸出至取放设备基台上的玻璃基板放置位置以进行玻璃基板的取放。 然而, 取放设备在制作时, 设备下部空间出于防尘考虑, 一般会用不锈钢板 进行封闭, 所以, 现有手动导向车的下部的移动导轮和底座往往不能伸到设 备的下部, 致使基板搦置架无法移动至取放设备基台上的玻璃基板放置位, 造成无法取放设备基台上的玻璃基板。

优选的, 为了能够保证取放装置移动时能够通过狭小通道, 转动轴 3可 拆卸的设置在支架 1 上。 在取放装置移动当中, 需要通过狹小通道时, 两个 作业人员可将转动轴 3从支架 1 上卸下后同时抬起基板撋置架 2, 待通过通 道后, 再将转动轴 3装配在支架 1上。
优选的, 为了防止玻璃基板在重力作用下从倾斜位置的基板搁置架 2上 滑落, 第一支撑部 21的底端设置抵挡部 211。 其中, 本实施例中抵挡部可选 择地为一与玻璃基板厚度相配的 L形挡板。 抵挡部也可以设置成为一条形挡 板。
优选的, 由于基板搁置架 2可在转动轴 3的带动下旋转, 为了保持基板 搦置架 2始终处于水平位置, 还可以在取放装置中设置水平定位机构 4, 在 基板搦置架 2处于水平位置时, 水平定位机构 4一端与支架 I 固定, 另一端 与基板拥置架 2连接, 并将基板搦置架 2支撑在水平位置, 如图 5所示。 再 如图 4所示, 本实施例中水平定位机构 4包括手柄 41、 支撑臂 42和连接凸 起 43, 手柄 41和支撑臂 42的一端通过螺栓可转动地连接在支架 i上, 所述 支撑臂 42的另一端上设置卡槽, 连接凸起 43设置在第二支撑部 22的侧部, 并沿所述第二方向朝第二支撑部 22外侧凸出;在基板搁置架 2处于水平位置 寸, 向上旋转支撑臂 42, 并将支撑臂 42的另一端上设置的卡槽能够与连接 凸起 43卡接, 然后将手柄 41拧紧使支撑臂 42的第一端与支架 1固定, 遥过 支撑臂 42将基板搁置架 2支撑在水平位置。水平定位机构 4并不局限于以上 结构, 也可以用其它能够将基板搦置架支撑在水平位置的结构替代。
上述实施例中公开的玻璃基板取放装置, 结构简单, 操作方便, 能够实 现对玻璃基板的取放, 尤其适于大尺寸玻璃基板的稳固取放。
以下对本发明实施例的玻璃基板的取放装置的使用说明进行介绍: 首先, 将上述玻璃基板的取放装置, 通过下部移动导轮将取放装置靠近 到设备基台侧面。 然后, 将基板搁置架抬起并用水平定位机构卡住, 使基板 搦置架平面与待取放的玻璃基板水平, 这样, 基板搁置架可保持水平状态。 作业人员手持推动第一支撑部, 伸入到玻璃基板下部。 然后设备基台支撑玻 璃基板的支撑柱下降, 玻璃基板降落在第一支撑部上面。 手持拉动第一支撑 部, 使其携带着玻璃基板并认设备基台拉出。 最后, 撤下水平定位机构, 使 基板搁置架倾斜, 用垫脚块卡住倾斜的基板拥置架。 此日寸, 作业人员可手持 拉动玻璃基板的取放装置, 移动到目标位置。 在移动当中, 如需通过狭小通 道, 两个作业人员可同时抬起基板搁置架, 使转动轴与支架分离, 分别通过 通道后, 再组合在一起, 整体移动到目标位置。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改进和 润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

1. 一种玻璃基板的取放装置, 包括支架和基板搁置架, 其特征在于, 所 述基板撋置架包括第一支撑部、 第二支撑部和滑动部, 所述第一支撑部通过 所述滑动部设置在所述第二支撑部上, 并且所述第一支撑部在所述滑动部的 作用下能够相对于所述第二支撑部在第一位置和第二位置间移动, 所述第一 支撑部位于所述第一位置时, 所述第一支撑部整体向所述第二支撑部外侧探 出, 所述第一支撑部位于所述第二位置时, 所述第一支撑部整体位于所述第 二支撑部的正上方。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的玻璃基板取放装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二支撑 部的下方设置沿垂直于所述第一支撑部的移动方向的方向布置的转动轴, 所 述转动轴可转动的设置在所述支架上, 所述基板搦置架在所述转动轴的带动 下可处于水平位置或倾斜位置。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的玻璃基板取放装置, 其特征在于, 所述转动轴可 拆卸地设置在所述支架上。
4. 如权利要求 2所述的玻璃基板取放装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一支撑 部的端部设置有用于防止放置在所述倾斜位置的基板搁置架上的玻璃基板滑
5. 如权利要求 2所述的玻璃基板取放装置, 其特征在于, 所述取放装置 还包括水平定位机构, 在所述基板搦置架处于水平位置时, 所述水平定位机 构一端与所述支架固定, 另一端与所述基板拥置架连接, 并将所述基板拥置 架支撑在所述水平位置。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的玻璃基板取放装置, 其特征在于, 所述水平定位 机构包括手柄、 支撑臂和连接凸起, 所述手柄和所述支撑臂的一端通过螺栓 可转动地连接在所述支架上, 所述支撑臂的另一端上设置卡槽, 所述连接凸 起设置在所述第二支撑部的侧部, 所述支撑臂的另一端上设置的卡槽能够与 所述连接凸起卡接。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的玻璃基板取放装置, 其特征在于, 所述滑动部包 括滑块和滑轨, 所述滑块设置在所述第一支撑部的下表面, 所述滑轨设置在 所述第二支撑部的上表面, 所述滑块和所述滑轨相互配合将所述第一支撑部 装配在所述第二支撑部上, 并且在所述滑动部的作用下所述第一支撑部在第 一位置和第二位置间移动移动。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的玻璃基板取放装置, 其特征在于, 所述支架包括 支撑梁和底座, 所述支撑梁沿竖直方向设置在所述底座上, 所述支撑梁和所 述底座之间设置有加强筋。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的玻璃基板取放装置, 其特征在于, 所述底座的底 部设置有移动导轮。
10. 如权利要求 1 所述的玻璃基板取放装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二支 撑部的两侧相对设置有对玻璃基板沿横向方向定位的挡块。
