本发明涉及光伏组件加工工艺技术领域,具体为一种玻璃归正装置,其结构简单,能够实现玻璃的快速归正及定位,不会发生损坏,其包括支撑架,所述支撑架上安装有倾斜布置的支撑平板,所述支撑平板的长边、短边与水平面均成一定角度,所述支撑平板倾斜下端的一个长边与一个短边上分别布置有一排定位滚轮,所述支撑平板上设置有至少两排万向球。

技术领域
本发明涉及光伏组件加工工艺技术领域,具体为一种玻璃归正装置。
背景技术
对于背面采用玻璃代替TPT等材质做背板的太阳能电池板,其背部玻璃在组装前要先进行归正定位,使得夹具能精确的将玻璃放到组件上进行组装。传统的归正装置是利用定位机构对玻璃进行夹紧定位,定位机构结构复杂、定位精度较低,且背面的玻璃较薄,当夹紧力过大时会将玻璃夹碎。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种玻璃归正装置,其结构简单,能够实现玻璃的快速归正及定位,不会发生损坏。
其技术方案是这样的:一种玻璃归正装置,其特征在于,其包括支撑架,所述支撑架上安装有倾斜布置的支撑平板,所述支撑平板的长边、短边与水平面均成一定角度,所述支撑平板倾斜下端的一个长边与一个短边上分别布置有一排定位滚轮,所述支撑平板上设置有至少两排万向球。
其进一步特征在于,所述支撑平板上设置有三排万向球,每排所述万向球至少包括三个;
所述支撑平板的长边上一排定位滚轮至少包括三个;
所述支撑平板的短边上一排定位滚轮至少包括两个;
所述支撑平板的长边、短边与水平面均成10至20°的夹角;
所述定位滚轮安装于固定板,所述固定板通过螺钉安装于所述支撑平板侧部。
采用本发明的结构后,将需要定位的玻璃放置于支撑平板上并由万向球实现支撑,由于支撑平板是倾斜设置的,所以玻璃受到自身重力而下滑,两排定位滚轮实现定位支撑,整体结构简单,快速实现了玻璃的归正及定位,由于玻璃本身不受到夹紧力作用,不会发生损坏。

具体实施方式
见图1,图2,图3所示,一种玻璃归正装置,其包括支撑架1,支撑架1上安装有倾斜布置的支撑平板2,支撑平板2的长边、短边与水平面均成10至20°的夹角,角度太大玻璃下滑太快容易撞坏,角度太小下滑速度太慢,支撑平板2倾斜下端的一个长边与一个短边上分别布置有一排定位滚轮3,长边上一排定位滚轮3包括五个,短边上一排定位滚轮3包括三个,支撑平板2上设置有三排万向球4,每排万向球4包括六个,进一步较少玻璃下滑的阻力,定位滚轮3安装于固定板5,固定板5通过螺钉6安装于支撑平板2侧部。

1.一种玻璃归正装置,其特征在于,其包括支撑架,所述支撑架上安装有倾斜布置的支撑平板,所述支撑平板的长边、短边与水平面均成一定角度,所述支撑平板倾斜下端的一个长边与一个短边上分别布置有一排定位滚轮,所述支撑平板上设置有至少两排万向球。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃归正装置,其特征在于,所述支撑平板上设置有三排万向球,每排所述万向球至少包括三个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃归正装置,其特征在于,所述支撑平板的长边上一排定位滚轮至少包括三个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃归正装置,其特征在于,所述支撑平板的短边上一排定位滚轮至少包括两个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃归正装置,其特征在于,所述支撑平板的长边、短边与水平面均成10至20°的夹角。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃归正装置,其特征在于,所述定位滚轮安装于固定板,所述固定板通过螺钉安装于所述支撑平板侧部。
