本实用新型公开一种LED像素模块,属LED影像设备领域,包括灯板、LED基板、LED灯,所述LED基板安装在灯板上,LED灯垂直安装在LED基板上,所述LED基板可调节地安装在灯板上,LED基板与灯板灯之间的夹角可从0度调至8度,LED灯与灯板垂直线之间的夹角相应地可从0度调至8度。本实用新型通过调节LED基板的倾斜度,从而使LED灯在一定角度范围内向下倾斜,满足不同距离观看者的需要,遮阳罩可避免LED灯日晒雨淋,延长其使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及LED影像设备领域,特别涉及一种LED像素模块。
背景技术
目前,通用的LED像素模块,其LED灯与灯板是垂直的,因此,当显示屏较高时,只能在距离显示屏较远的范围内才能看清楚,当在近距离观看显示屏时,不能看到清楚的图象,使观看者感觉较吃力。专利号为01233348.4的“一种带倾角的LED像素模块”实用新型专利中的LED灯向下倾斜,但倾斜的角度固定不可调,不能适应不同观看者的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种可根据观看者需要调整LED灯向下倾斜角度的LED像素模块,使不同距离的观看者看清楚电子显示屏图象。
本实用新型包括灯板、LED基板、LED灯,所述LED基板安装在灯板上,LED灯垂直安装在LED基板上,所述LED基板可调节地安装在灯板上,LED基板与灯板灯之间的夹角可从0度调至8度, LED灯与灯板垂直线之间的夹角相应地可从0度调至8度。
优选地,所述LED基板上设有遮阳罩,所述遮阳罩长度超过LED灯。
所述LED基板与灯板之间的夹角可通过调节螺钉或卡槽调节。
本实用新型有益效果是: LED基板的倾斜度调节可调,通过调节LED基板的倾斜度,从而使LED灯在一定角度范围内向下倾斜,满足不同距离观看者的需要;遮阳罩可避免LED灯日晒雨淋,延长其使用寿命。

参照图1、图2,提出本实用新型一实施例,本实施例包括灯板1、LED基板2、LED灯3,所述LED基板2安装在灯板1上,LED灯3垂直安装在LED基板2上,所述LED基板2可调节地安装在灯板1上,LED基板2与灯板1灯之间的夹角a可从0度调至8度, LED灯3与灯板1垂直线之间的夹角b相应地可从0度调至8度。所述LED基板2上设有遮阳罩5,所述遮阳罩长度超过LED灯。所述LED基板2与灯板1之间的夹角可通过调节螺钉4调节。

1.一种LED像素模块,包括灯板、LED基板、LED灯,所述LED基板安装在灯板上,LED灯垂直安装在LED基板上,其特征在于,所述LED基板可调节地安装在灯板上,LED基板与灯板灯夹角的可从0度调至8度, LED灯与灯板垂直线之间的夹角相应地可从0度调至8度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED像素模块,其特征在于,所述LED基板上设有遮阳罩,所述遮阳罩长度超过LED灯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED像素模块,其特征在于,所述LED基板与灯板之间的夹角可通过调节螺钉或卡槽调节。
