一方、勾配が15〔deg〕以上であるとき(ステップS108:NO)、対象とされた道路のランクがCランクであると判定される(ステップS112)。
図10に示すように、走りやすさ指数の算出に際しては、走行環境評価部230が、走行環境情報の取得源である各種車両の位置情報を車両位置情報管理部220から取得する(ステップS200)。次いで、走行環境評価部230は、取得した各種車両の位置情報をもとに地図データベース241に登録された地図データを参照して、道路構造要因を特定する(ステップS201)。これにより、先の図7に例示した道路構造要因が例えばリンク毎に特定される。
図12(a)に示すように、走りやすさ指数の表示が行われる車両100にて位置情報が取得され、ナビゲーションシステム130を通じた目的地の設定が行われると、位置情報の示す現在地から目的地に至るまでの経路が探索される(ステップS300~S302)。そして、探索結果を示す情報が、車両100からセンター200に送信される(ステップS303)。こうして、探索結果の送信の応答として、探索された経路の評価結果を示す情報がセンター200から配信される。
さらに、図14に示すように、本実施の形態では、例えば、経路R1の走りやすさのレベルが「E」と判定されるに至った要因が表示される。ここでの例では、道路環境及び交通状況に関する要素が走りやすさ指数を低下させる要因となっている。このため、道路環境、交通状況、及び気象状況を示すシンボルマークSr、St、及びSwのうち、領域α1ではシンボルマークSr及びStが灯色表示される。これにより、道路環境及び交通状況の影響により、ランクEの経路R1がランクCの経路R2よりも走行しにくいことが提示される。
図18のシーケンス図に示すように、複数の車両300で位置情報及び走行環境情報が取得されると、これら位置情報及び走行環境情報が各車両300からセンター200に送信される。
そして、車両100のナビゲーションシステム130により設定された目的地までの一もしくは複数の経路が探索されると、探索された一もしくは複数の経路を示す情報が車両100からセンター200に送信される。
次に、本発明にかかる走行環境評価システム及び走行環境評価方法及び運転支援装置及び走行環境の表示装置の第2の実施の形態を、第1の実施の形態との相違点を中心に、図20を参照して説明する。なお、本実施の形態にかかる走行環境評価システム及び走行環境評価方法及び運転支援装置及び走行環境の表示装置も、その基本的な構成は第1の実施の形態と同等であり、図20においても第1の実施の形態と実質的に同一の要素にはそれぞれ同一の符号を付して示し、重複する説明は割愛する。
次に、本発明にかかる走行環境評価システム及び走行環境評価方法及び運転支援装置及び走行環境の表示装置の第3の実施の形態を、第1の実施の形態との相違点を中心に、図21を参照して説明する。なお、本実施の形態にかかる走行環境評価システム及び走行環境評価方法及び運転支援装置及び走行環境の表示装置も、その基本的な構成は第1の実施の形態と同等であり、図21においても第1の実施の形態と実質的に同一の要素にはそれぞれ同一の符号を付して示し、重複する説明は割愛する。
一方、リクエスト情報が走行環境情報のリクエストの「不要」であるとき(S503:NO)、走行環境情報をアップロードすることなく本処理が終了される。
次に、本発明にかかる走行環境評価システム及び走行環境評価方法及び運転支援装置及び走行環境の表示装置の第4の実施の形態を、第1の実施の形態との相違点を中心に、図22~図25を参照して説明する。なお、本実施の形態にかかる走行環境評価システム及び走行環境評価方法及び運転支援装置及び走行環境の表示装置その基本的な構成は第1の実施の形態と同等であり、図22~図25においても第1の実施の形態と実質的に同一の要素にはそれぞれ同一の符号を付して示し、重複する説明は割愛する。
次に、図23を参照して教師データ保存領域140に保存されている画像用の教師データの一例を説明する。
一方、リクエスト情報が走りやすさ指数のリクエストの「不要」であるとき(S705:NO)、走りやすさ指数に関する情報をアップロードすることなく本処理が終了される。
図25に示すように、ステップS900にて走行環境情報が取得されると、この走行環境情報から特徴量が抽出される(ステップS901)。次いで、抽出された走行環境情報の特徴量と、教師データ保存領域140に保存されている教師データとが対比される(ステップS902)。対比の結果、特徴量が近似する1もしくは複数の教師データが特定され、この教師データに関連付けられている走りやすさ指数の減算値が特定される(ステップS903、S904)。
なお、上記各実施の形態は、以下のような形態をもって実施することもできる。
・上記第4の実施の形態では、車両100の走行環境評価部150が、特徴量抽出部151及び指数算出部152によって構成された。これに限らず、走行環境評価部150が指数算出部152によって構成されてもよい。これによれば、指数算出部152は、画像取得部111により取得された画像データから特徴量を抽出することなく、撮像された画像データと教師データ保存領域140に保存されている教師用の画像データとを比較する。なお、この構成では、図26に示されるように、教師データ保存領域140には、例えば道路環境、交通状況、及び気象状況の各要素が総合的に反映された画像ベクトル(x1、y1、z1)~(xn、yn、zn)が保存されている。そして、各画像ベクトル(x1、y1、z1)~(xn、yn、zn)には、それら画像ベクトルが示す道路環境、交通状況、及び気象状況の各要素に基づき算出された走りやすさ指数が対応付けされている。また、走りやすさ指数の算出に際しては、図27に示されるように、ステップS910にて走行環境情報として画像データが取得されると、この走行環境情報と教師データ保存領域140に保存されている教師データとが比較される(ステップS911)。次いで、撮像された画像データと最も近似する教師データが特定される(ステップS912)。教師データが特定されると、この教師データに関連付けされている走りやすさ指数が、該画像データの示す走行環境の走りやすさ指数として指数データベース141に保存される(ステップS913)。指数データベース141に保存された走りやすさ指数を示す情報は、規定されたアップロード条件が成立したことを条件に、車両100からセンター200に送信される。これによれば、走行環境評価部150が、走行環境情報から特徴量を抽出する処理を行う必要がない。このため、車両100側で走りやすさ指数を算出する上で、車両100の処理負荷がさらに低減される。
・上記各実施の形態では、走りやすさ指数が、車両100のナビゲーションシステム130で利用された。これに限らず、走りやすさ指数は、例えば経路探索機能等を有した情報端末で利用されてもよい。また、走りやすさ指数は、例えば、地図の表示用のアプリケーションプログラム等に利用されることも可能である。
・上記各実施の形態では、ベース点数の算出が、図9に例示したフローチャートに基づき行われた。これに限らず、ベース点数の算出基準は適宜変更されることが可能である。
Claims (17)
- 移動体の走行環境に関する情報である走行環境情報を取得する走行環境情報取得部と、
前記走行環境情報取得部が取得した走行環境情報の分析に基づき、前記移動体の走行環境の移動のしやすさを定量的に評価する走行環境評価部と、
を備える走行環境評価システム。 - 前記走行環境情報が、道路環境、交通状況、及び気象状況の少なくとも1つの要素に関する情報からなる
請求項1に記載の走行環境評価システム。 - 前記道路環境、前記交通状況、及び前記気象状況に関する情報が、移動体の移動のしやすさに相関する要素毎に規定された項目に基づき分類されてなり、
前記走行環境評価部は、前記分類された項目を単位とした分析を行い、該項目毎の分析結果の統合として前記移動のしやすさの定量的な評価を行う
請求項2に記載の走行環境評価システム。 - 前記移動体が車両であり、
前記走行環境評価部は、前記走行環境情報に前記道路環境に関する情報が含まれるとき、道路の幅である「幅員」、前記車両のドライバの「視界」、前記車両の「速度」、前記道路環境の「リスク」、前記車両のドライバが行う「判断」、及び前記車両の運転に要求される「操作」のうち少なくとも1つの項目毎に、前記道路環境に関する情報の分析を行う
請求項3に記載の走行環境評価システム。 - 前記移動体が車両であり、
前記走行環境評価部は、前記走行環境情報に前記交通状況に関する情報が含まれるとき、自車両以外の「移動体」、前記車両のドライバの「視界」、少なくとも自車両の「速度」、前記車両の周囲における「リスク」、前記車両のドライバが行う「判断」、及び前記車両の運転に要求される「操作」のうち少なくとも1つの項目毎に、前記交通状況に関する情報の分析を行う
請求項3または4に記載の走行環境評価システム。 - 前記移動体が車両であり、
前記走行環境評価部は、前記走行環境情報に前記気象状況に関する情報が含まれるとき、前記車両のドライバの「視界」、前記車両の走行に対する「リスク」、前記車両のドライバが行う「判断」、及び前記車両の運転に要求される「操作」のうち少なくとも1つの項目毎に、前記気象状況に関する情報の分析を行う
請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載の走行環境評価システム。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の走行環境評価システムにおいて、
前記走行環境の評価に影響を及ぼす要素である複数の影響要素に対応してそれぞれシンボルマークが規定されており、前記走行環境の評価に際して特定される影響要素に応じて前記シンボルマークを選定するマーク選定部をさらに備える
走行環境評価システム。 - 前記走行環境情報取得部は、前記移動体に搭載されたカメラにより前記走行環境情報を取得するものであり、
前記走行環境評価部は、前記カメラにより撮像された画像の分析を通じて前記評価を行う
請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の走行環境評価システム。 - 前記走行環境情報には、道路交通センターから配信される交通情報もしくは気象情報、前記移動体が備えるミリ波レーダーの検知結果、及び前記移動体の操作要素の変化量の少なくとも1つの要素に関する情報が含まれる
請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の走行環境評価システム。 - 前記走行環境評価部は、前記取得された走行環境情報が収集されるセンターに設けられてなり、
前記センターは、前記走行環境評価部による評価結果に関する情報を情報端末に配信する配信部を有する
請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の走行環境評価システム。 - 前記走行環境情報取得部及び前記走行環境評価部が情報端末に搭載されており、
前記走行環境評価部は、前記走行環境の識別用の複数の識別情報と前記走行環境情報とのマッチングを通じて、前記走行環境の評価を行う
請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の走行環境評価システム。 - 前記走行環境評価部は、前記情報端末が有する経路の探索機能を通じて探索された経路及び前記情報端末の位置の少なくとも1つを特定し、該特定した経路もしくは位置に関する走行環境の評価を行う
請求項10または11に記載の走行環境評価システム。 - 前記走行環境評価部は、
a;道路地図に関する情報が登録された道路地図データに基づき、評価の対象となる道路の構造要因を数値評価することによって、ベース点数を算出する処理、及び
b;前記走行環境情報が示す走行環境の分析に基づき、前記移動のしやすさの低下要因を数値化する処理、及び
c;前記数値化された移動のしやすさの低下要因を前記ベース点数から減算することにより、前記移動のしやすさを数値評価した指数を算出する処理、
を通じて前記走行環境の評価を行う
請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の走行環境評価システム。 - ドライバによる移動体の運転を支援する運転支援装置であって、
設定された目的地までの経路を探索する経路探索部と、
請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の走行環境評価システムの評価結果に基づき評価された前記目的地までの経路の移動のしやすさを提示する処理を行う提示処理部と、
を備える運転支援装置。 - 移動体の走行環境の評価結果を表示する走行環境の表示装置であって、
移動体の走行環境の分析に基づき道路の移動のしやすさを評価された該移動体の走行環境の評価を、該走行環境の評価結果に対応して規定されているシンボルマークとして表示する表示部を、
備える走行環境の表示装置。 - 前記表示部は、道路環境、交通状況、及び気象状況の少なくとも1つの要素を第1のシンボルマークとして表示し、
前記走行環境の評価に影響を及ぼす要素である影響要素に対応して規定された第2のシンボルマークを表示する
請求項15に記載の走行環境の表示装置。 - 移動体の走行環境に関する情報である走行環境情報を取得する取得ステップと、
前記取得した走行環境情報の分析に基づき、前記移動体の走行環境を移動のしやすさとして定量的に評価する評価ステップと、
