Claims (9)
- 상하부가 개방되는 하우징과,상기 하우징의 상단에 결합되며, 관통홀이 형성되는 어퍼 플레이트와,상기 하우징의 내측에 왕복 이동되도록 배치되는 무빙버튼과,상기 하우징 하부에 결합되는 커버와,상기 하우징 내측에 배치되며, 하나 이상의 발광다이오드가 구비되는 인쇄회로기판과,상기 무빙버튼에 의해 가압되는 탄성돌출부를 갖는 키패드와,상기 발광다이오드에서 발생되는 빛을 상기 무빙버튼으로 가이드하는 광 가이드부재와,상기 광 가이드부재에 설치되며 시동키와 무선신호를 송수신하는 안테나 코일;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 버튼식 시동 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인쇄회로기판은,상기 커버와 키패드 사이에 구비되며, 상기 무빙버튼으로 광을 조사하는 발광다이오드가 설치되는 제1기판과,상기 광 가이드부재로 빛을 조사하는 발광다이오드가 설치되는 제2기판과,상기 제1기판과 제2기판을 전기적으로 연결하는 연결핀;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 버튼식 시동 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 광 가이드부재는,상기 무빙버튼과 상기 어퍼 플레이트 사이에 끼워지며, 상단이 상기 하우징의 외부로 노출되는 링부와,상기 제2기판의 발광다이오드에서 조사되는 빛을 굴절시키면서 상기 링부로 집속시키기 위한 광집속부와,상기 제2기판 상측에 구비되되, 상기 링부보다 작은 직경으로 형성되어 상기 안테나 코일이 설치되는 코일 설치부와,상기 광 가이드 부재를 상기 제2기판에 결합하기 위한 결합부;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 버튼식 시동 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 연결핀은 상기 광 가이드부재의 결합부에 사출 성형시 인서트 성형으로 상기 광 가이드부재에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 버튼식 시동 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하우징의 내부에는 무빙버튼을 가이드하고, 별도의 공간부를 형성하기 위한 격벽이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 버튼식 시동 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 격벽은상기 하우징의 내주면에서 중심을 향하여 돌출되고, 중간에 관통홀이 형성되며, 상기 공간부의 바닥을 구성하는 바닥부와,상기 관통홀의 내주에서 상기 하우징의 상부를 향하여 돌출 형성되되, 상기 무빙버튼의 무빙을 가이드하기 위하여 관 형상으로 형성되는 가이드부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 버튼식 시동 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 무빙 버튼은,상기 어퍼 플레이트의 관통홀에 끼워져서 상기 하우징 격벽의 가이드부에 가이드되어 무빙되는 무빙부재와,상기 무빙부재의 하단에 결합되어 상기 키패드를 가압하는 가압부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 버튼식 시동 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 무빙버튼은,상기 무빙부재와 상기 격벽의 바닥부 사이에서 상기 무빙버튼의 작동 소음을 저감시키는 댐핑부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 버튼식 시동 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 격벽에는 상기 가압부재에 의해 상기 탄성 돌출부가 구부러지는 것을 방지하기 위하여 상기 탄성 돌출부의 일측을 둘러싸는 구부러짐 방지돌출부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 버튼식 시동 장치.
