Description
図2(a)に示されるように、図示しない金型から取り出された射出成形体12aは、フックカバー20と、フックカバー20を保持するフックカバー保持機構26と、バンパフェイス12とが、例えば、樹脂材料によって一体成形される。この射出成形体12aにおいて、バンパ開口部14の上部側にフックカバー20が配置され、バンパ開口部14の下部側にフックカバー保持機構26が配置される。
図3(a)は、射出成形体を前方から見たフックカバーの拡大斜視図、図3(b)は、射出成形体を後方から見たフックカバーの拡大斜視図、図4(a)は、射出成形体を前方から見たフックカバー保持機構の拡大斜視図、図4(b)は、射出成形体を後方から見たフックカバー保持機構の拡大斜視図、図5(a)は、フックカバーがフックカバー保持機構に支持固定された状態を示す拡大斜視図、図5(b)は、支持固定された状態を後方から見た拡大斜視図、図6は、図5(a)のA-A線に沿った拡大縦断面図である。

Claims (7)
- 車両の前端に設けられるバンパフェイスと、前記バンパフェイスのバンパ開口部に配設されるバンパ構成部材とを有し、
前記バンパフェイスは、前記バンパ開口部内にて前記バンパフェイスと一体成形された後、前記バンパフェイスから分離されるフックカバーと、前記バンパ開口部内にて前記バンパフェイスと一体成形され、前記フックカバーを着脱自在に支持固定するフックカバー保持機構とを備え、
前記フックカバーは、前記バンパフェイスに設けられたフックカバー取付部を閉塞するカバー本体部と、前記フックカバー取付部に設けられたバンパ係合部に係止されるカバー係止爪とを有し、
前記フックカバー保持機構は、前記フックカバーの弾性変形によって前記カバー係止爪が係合支持される保持係止爪を有することを特徴とする車両前部構造。 - 前記フックカバーは、
前記カバー本体部から外方に延出するカバー軸部と、
前記カバー本体部と前記カバー軸部との間に設けられるカバー弾性部と、
をさらに備え、
前記フックカバー保持機構は、
前記フックカバーを支持固定する際に前記カバー軸部が挿入される第1保持開口部と、
前記カバー係止爪が挿入され、前記保持係止爪を有する第2保持開口部と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両前部構造。 - 前記フックカバー保持機構は、
前記第1保持開口部の左右側に設けられ、前記バンパ開口部の端縁に接続される保持脚部と、
前記第2保持開口部の近傍から前記バンパ開口部の中央に延出する保持操作部と、
をさらに備え、
前記保持操作部を前記バンパフェイスの内方に押圧することで、前記カバー係止爪との係合が解除されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の車両前部構造。 - 前記保持脚部は、
前記バンパフェイスの外方に設けられるカバー保持爪と、
前記バンパフェイスの内方に設けられる保持補強部と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の車両前部構造。 - 前記バンパ構成部材は、ライセンスプレートが装着されるライセンスプレート設置部と、前記ライセンスプレート設置部に形成されるライセンスプレート開口部とを有し、
前記フックカバー保持機構は、前記ライセンスプレート開口部内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の車両前部構造。 - 前記カバー軸部は、左右側部中央から前記カバー本体部に向かって外方に延出するカバー規制部を備え、
前記フックカバー取付部は、外端に形成され、前記カバー軸部が挿入されるカバー挿入口を有し、
前記カバー規制部は、前記カバー軸部が前記カバー挿入口に挿入される際、前記カバー軸部に向かって弾性変形すると共に、前記フックカバーが車両外方に開放される際に前記バンパフェイスの裏面を弾性支持することを特徴とする請求項2記載の車両前部構造。 - 請求項3記載の車両前部構造を有する車両の製造方法であって、
前記バンパフェイスと、前記フックカバーと、前記フックカバー保持機構とを一体成形する工程と、
前記フックカバーを前記バンパフェイスから分離する工程と、
前記フックカバーの前記カバー軸部を前記第1保持開口部に挿入すると共に、前記カバー係止爪を前記保持係止爪に係合固定する工程と、
前記保持操作部を前記バンパフェイスの内方に押圧して前記カバー係止爪との係合を解除すると共に、前記フックカバーを前記第1保持開口部から上方に向かって抜き取る工程と、
前記フックカバーを前記フックカバー取付部に対して取り付ける工程と、
を有することを特徴とする車両の製造方法。
