- FIG. 6A is a flowchart showing the operation of the acoustic ID processing unit 23 of the mobile terminal device 2
- FIG. 6B is a flowchart showing the operation of the control unit 42 of the ID resolution server 4.
- the acoustic ID processing unit 23 of the mobile terminal device 2 stands by in step S1 (hereinafter, Step Sn is simply referred to as Sn) while the acoustic ID is not detected.
- Step Sn is simply referred to as Sn
- the acoustic ID processing unit 23 detects the acoustic ID (YES in S1)
- the acoustic ID is demodulated (S2)
- the demodulated ID code is transmitted to the ID resolution server 4 (S3).
- the ID resolution server 4 executes the process of FIG.
- the acoustic ID processing unit 23 determines whether the content of the reply is a URL or an invalid message (S4). If the URL is determined in S4, the acoustic ID processing unit 23 activates the web browser 24 by a browser program that is a standard application program of the mobile terminal device 2 (including the case of calling the web browser 24 in a standby state or in the background). (S5), the received URL is passed to the web browser 24 (S6), and the web browser 24 accesses this URL to display the web page (S7). If it is determined in S4 that the ID is invalid, the mobile terminal device 2 displays that the ID code is invalid (S8).
- the ID resolution server 4 identifies the mobile terminal device 2 by executing the following authentication process. That is, the mobile terminal device 2 sends the identification code unique to the mobile terminal device 2 to the ID resolution server 4 and performs a predetermined process to complete the authentication process. Moreover, this authentication process should just be performed by S3 of FIG. 6 (A). Alternatively, this authentication process may be performed simultaneously with S3, and in that case, the unique identification code and the ID code of the mobile terminal device 2 are transmitted to the ID resolution server 4 simultaneously.
- the sound ID processing unit 23 may activate the necessary application program without displaying the web browser 24 and display or reproduce the content. .
- the acoustic ID processing unit 23 of the mobile terminal device 2 or another processing unit provided in the control unit 22 receives the ID code demodulated in S2. If it is determined whether the ID code is the same as that demodulated within a certain period of time in the past, and if it is determined that the ID code is the same, the acoustic ID processing unit 23 sends the ID code to the ID resolution server 4 in S3. Transmission may not be performed. As a result, it is possible to prevent the ID code associated with the same program or scene from being repeatedly transmitted to the ID resolution server 4 repeatedly from one portable terminal device 2.
- the procedure is such that after the acoustic ID is detected and demodulated into an ID code, the ID resolution server 4 is automatically accessed.
- the ID resolution server 4 may be accessed after waiting for a predetermined operation. In this case, it is only necessary to wait until there is an operation by the user 6 before step S3.
- the mobile terminal device 2 may display or announce that the acoustic ID has been received.
- the television 1 may instruct the user 6 to perform the transmission operation of the portable terminal device 2 at an appropriate timing after the superimposition of the characters.
- the television 1 may instruct the transmission operation to be performed in accordance with a specific scene (for example, a scene where the actor A appears) whose broadcast time is unknown.
- the transmission operation instruction to the user 6 may use the mobile terminal device 2 or other instruction means instead of the television 1.
- a predetermined time after the sound ID is emitted a display or announcement that prompts the user to operate the mobile terminal device 2 during the television program is performed, so that the user can watch the television from the sound ID sound emission to the above display or announcement. Only the user 6 (mobile terminal device 2) who has been able to access the ID resolution server 4 can be made possible.
- the sound ID is emitted, when instructed to perform a transmission operation in accordance with a specific scene that does not know when it will be broadcast in the TV program, the user can view the program from this instruction to the specific scene. 6 can be prompted.
- the valid time zone of the ID / URL correspondence table 40 may be a certain time from the above display or announcement or a specific scene.
- FIG. 6B is a flowchart showing the operation of the control unit 42 of the ID resolution server 4.
- the control unit 42 of the ID resolution server 4 stands by in S11 until an ID code is received from the mobile terminal device 2.
- the control unit 42 receives the ID code (YES in S11)
- it reads the time (that is, the reception time) at that time as time information with reference to the clock 47 (S12), and uses this reception time and the received ID code.
- the ID / URL correspondence table 40 is searched (referenced) (S13). As a result of the search, if the reception time is included in the valid time zone of the received ID code (YES in S14), the control unit 42 determines that the ID code is valid and reads the corresponding URL.
- the control unit 42 determines that the ID code has been sent out of the valid time zone, and the ID code is invalid. A message to that effect is returned to the mobile terminal device 2 (S16).
- the ID resolution server 4 can only access the portable terminal device 2 after a sound ID is broadcast (sounded out) in a television program and then accessed without leaving time (or at the instructed timing). In response to the URL of the content, the access is invalid for the playback of the recorded content, for example, in a time zone that is out of the valid time zone after a predetermined time has passed since the actual broadcast. Process.
- the ID resolution server 4 uses the time information that is the reception time at which the ID code is received from the mobile terminal device 2 to determine whether or not it is an effective time zone.
- the time to use is not limited to this.
- the time when the mobile terminal device 2 picks up or demodulates the acoustic ID, the time when the mobile terminal device 2 transmits the ID code to the ID resolution server 4, and the like may be used.
- the time acquired by the GPS measuring unit 26 of the mobile terminal device 2 or the time measured by the clock 27 is transmitted to the ID resolution server 4 together with the ID code as time information. Further, the determination may be made using these plural pieces of time information or in combination.
- the ID resolution server 4 may determine whether the ID code is valid / invalid based on a time difference between a plurality of pieces of time information. That is, when the ID code is transmitted to the ID resolution server 4 immediately after receiving the acoustic ID or demodulated into the ID code (or within a predetermined time), the ID code is determined to be valid.
- the ID / URL correspondence table 40 may store effective time difference information instead of the effective time zone information.
- the ID resolution server 4 may acquire a plurality of time information, make a determination using one time information, and determine the access priority using the other time information. For example, the validity / invalidity determination is performed based on the reception time of the ID resolution server 4, the time when the ID code is demodulated from the mobile terminal device 2 is received, and the time difference from the demodulation time to the reception time is shorter, For example, increase the priority of access. For high-priority access, a privilege such as returning a URL that provides advanced content may be given even with the same ID code.
- the time acquired by the GPS measuring unit 26 of the mobile terminal device 2 and the time measured by the clock 27 may be compared. As a result, it is possible to obtain accurate time information and to prevent time information from being obtained illegally.
- the broadcast is not limited to the television broadcast. It is possible to improve the program listening rate.
- this embodiment is applied to network distribution over the Internet, it is possible to increase the number of accesses to websites that perform network distribution.
- the operator of the television or radio broadcasting station or the website can guide the user of the mobile terminal device 2 to the media in real time according to the present invention.
- customers users of the mobile terminal device 2 are guided to the store during the effective time period.
- the speaker 16 When a speaker is installed in a retail store or the like, the speaker 16 may be installed in the vicinity of the store or in the store, for example, in the form as shown in FIGS.
- FIG. 7A shows a form in which the speaker 16 is installed on the aisle or the ceiling of the store.
- FIG. 7B illustrates a form in which the speaker 16 is installed on the wall of the passage or the store.
- FIG. 7C shows a form in which the bulletin board 9 in which the speaker 16 is embedded is installed in front of the store.
- the installation form of the speaker 16 is not limited to this.
- the speaker 16 may be any device that emits sound corresponding to the provision of service.
- the sound ID is received only in the vicinity of the store where the speaker 16 is installed.
- FIG. 8 is a block diagram showing a configuration of the sound emitting device 8 including the speaker 16 installed in FIG.
- the sound emitting device 8 includes an ID code memory 11, a modulation unit 12, a sound reproduction unit 13, a synthesis unit 14, an amplifier 15, and the speaker 16.
- an ID code associated with a predetermined content URL or coupon
- the modulation unit 12 is a processing unit that modulates the ID code into a signal in a frequency band that can be emitted as sound waves that are vibrations of a medium such as air or solid.
- the spread code is phase-modulated with an ID code, and the spread code subjected to the phase modulation is used.
- the frequency is shifted to the non-audible band and emitted.
- the audio reproduction unit 13 is a functional unit that reproduces a sound for announcing the name of a store, music such as a CM song, and outputs a calling sound such as the sound or music.
- the synthesizing unit 14 is a functional unit that adds and synthesizes the acoustic ID (spread-modulated ID code) and the calling voice.
- the amplifier 15 amplifies the sound input from the synthesis unit 14 to an appropriate power and supplies the amplified power to the speaker 16.
- the speaker 16 emits the sound signal input from the amplifier 15 as sound.
- the output power of the amplifier 15 is such that the sound (sound wave) reaches the cover area of the sound emitting device 8 and the sound (sound wave) does not reach the outside of the cover area. What is necessary is just to set suitably according to a grade.
- an exciter and a vibration pickup may be used instead of the speaker 16 that emits the modulated signal and the microphone 21 that collects the modulated signal. That is, the modulation signal may be transmitted by solid vibration instead of air vibration.
- a smart phone is illustrated as the mobile terminal device 2, but the mobile terminal device 2 is not limited to a smart phone, and can be applied to, for example, a mobile phone, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), and other devices. .
- PDA Personal Digital Assistant
- the ID resolution server 4 may return a URL when there are multiple accesses from the mobile terminal device 2. For example, when an ID code is assigned to each of a plurality of scenes of a television program and all ID codes corresponding to the respective scenes are received from the mobile terminal device 2, the ID code is assigned to the same program every day or every week. When the ID code corresponding to each program is received from the mobile terminal device 2 or when the ID code emitted from the signage of the store is received over a plurality of days, the URL is given to the mobile terminal device 2. Should be replied. In this case, the ID resolution server 4 may store information such as the identification code of the mobile terminal device 2 that has transmitted the ID code and the number of accesses for a predetermined period from the most recent access.
- the time information is not added to the acoustic ID, and the ID resolution server 4 that has received the ID code from the mobile terminal device 2 determines whether the ID code is valid or invalid based on the reception time. It was.
- time information may be added to the acoustic ID.
- the mobile terminal device 2 can determine by itself whether or not the acoustic ID (ID code) is valid. That is, the sound ID that is emitted when the recorded program is played is determined to be invalid by the mobile terminal device 2 that has received the sound ID because the time information included in the sound ID is significantly different from the current time.
- the time information may be a part of the ID code, and the ID code and the time information are different information, but may be modulated together as an acoustic ID.
- the time information may be encrypted.
- FIG. 9 is a flowchart showing the operation of the acoustic ID processing unit 23 of the mobile terminal device 2 when time information is added to the acoustic ID.
- the acoustic ID processing unit 23 of the portable terminal device 2 stands by in S20 while the acoustic ID is not detected.
- the acoustic ID processing unit 23 detects the acoustic ID (YES in S20), it demodulates the detected acoustic ID into an ID code (S21), and is included in the demodulated ID code or demodulated together with the ID code. Is read (S22).
- the acoustic ID processing unit 23 determines whether or not the time information is valid, that is, whether or not the current time read from the clock 27 is within a certain time (for example, within 30 minutes), and whether or not the ID code is valid. Is determined (S23). If the ID code is valid, the acoustic ID processing unit 23 transmits the ID code to the ID resolution server 4 (S24). The ID resolution server 4 returns a URL corresponding to the received ID code to the mobile terminal device 2. Since the validity of the ID code is determined on the mobile terminal device 2 side, the ID resolution server 4 does not need to determine the validity of the received ID code.
- the acoustic ID processing unit 23 activates the web browser 24 that is a standard application of the mobile terminal device 2 (even when calling the web browser 24 in a standby state or in the background). (S26), the received URL is passed to the web browser 24 (S27), and the web browser 24 accesses this URL to display the web page (S28). If the content is data in a format that does not require the web browser 24, the acoustic ID processing unit 23 may start the necessary application program without starting the web browser 24 and display or reproduce the content. Good.
- the ID resolution server 4 may accept access from the mobile terminal device 2 on a first-come-first-served basis, and return the content URL for a certain number of accesses to which an ID code is sent. Good. In this case, the valid time information of the ID / URL correspondence table 40 may not be present.
- the acoustic ID processing unit 23 of the mobile terminal device 2 in each embodiment is a functional unit that executes an acoustic ID application program in the 22, and the acoustic ID application program is stored on a computer-readable recording medium. It can be provided in a recorded state.
- a computer-readable storage medium a magnetic recording medium (magnetic tape, magnetic disk (HDD, FD), etc.), an optical recording medium (optical disk (CD, DVD), etc.), a magneto-optical recording medium, a semiconductor memory, etc. are applied. It is possible. Further, the above program can be downloaded via an information communication network such as the Internet.
- an ID code to a broadcast program by a method other than the sound ID.
- a method other than the sound ID it is possible to use an audio signal subcode or data broadcasting.
- the method using the acoustic ID is suitable when adding to an existing television receiver system because a new function is not required for the television receiver 1.
- the acoustic ID is used, not only the sound (sound wave) is emitted from the speaker and collected by the mobile terminal device 2, but also a wired or wireless transmission system such as an audio cable or Bluetooth (registered trademark).
- the sound signal may be transmitted by using a computer.
