一方、特許文献2は、第二パウチ(第1空間)が第一パウチ(第2空間)内に収容されているため、実質的に第一パウチを外部容器の開口から挿入するだけでよいため、その工程は容易になる。しかし、それぞれのパウチに内容物を充填した後は、第二パウチは第一パウチ内の内容物中に漬け込まれた状態になり、その第一パウチ内の内容物により第二パウチが劣化されやすいことがわかった。

このような複数液吐出用エアゾール容器であって、外部容器内に挿入され、内部容器を挿入する中容器をさらに備え、前記第2空間が中容器によって構成され、前記中容器と外部容器との間に、第1空間および第2空間から独立した第3空間を有してもよい。

本発明の複数液吐出エアゾール製品の第2の態様は、本発明の中容器を備えた複数液吐出用エアゾール容器と、前記第1空間に充填される第1内容物と、前記第2空間に充填される第2内容物と、前記第3空間に充填される噴射剤とからなるため、複数液を安定して保管することができる。
前記中容器を備えた複数液吐出用エアゾール容器と、前記第1空間に充填される第1内容物と、前記第2空間に充填される第2内容物および噴射剤と、第3空間に存在するガスとからなるエアゾール製品は、中容器と外部容器の間にガスが存在するので、外部容器が金属缶の場合、外部容器を一層保護することができる。
本発明の内部容器の第2の態様は、複数の内容物が独立して充填されるエアゾール容器内に挿入され、少なくとも2つの内容物を直接隔て、金属箔層および合成樹脂層を備えた積層シートを貼り合わせることによって構成される内部容器であって、積層シートの端面を内側に向くように折り曲げ、その折り曲げた積層シートを合成樹脂層が外面となるように重ね、または、折り重ね、ついで、その外周縁同士を張り合わせることにより成形されているため、端面における金属箔層の露出がない。そのため、腐食しにくく耐久性が高い。
内(第3空間S3)に噴射剤Pが充填される。つまり、内部容器13は、第2内容物B中に存在することになる。
固定部材25は、内面が上方に向かうにつれてその内径が大きくなるようにテーパーしている円筒状のものであり、下端25aと下ラバー保持部22bとで第1ステムラバー24aを挟持し、上端25bおよび上ラバー保持部22cとマウンティングカップの内面とで第2ステムラバー24bを挟持する。また、ハウジングの貫通孔33cと連通するように内外を貫通する部材貫通孔25cが形成されている。固定部材25は2つのステムラバー24a、24bの間に設けられて、2つのステムラバーの外周近辺を固定する。また、ステム23の抜け飛びを防止し、ステム23を押し下げたときにステムラバー24a、24bの内周部を撓ませるので、ステム23の押し下げを妨げることはない。
そして、連結部材17から流れてくる第1内容物Aは、連通孔31aを介して格納A室30aに至る。一方、中容器に充填される第2内容物Bは、ハウジングのスリット33a、貫通孔33b、固定部材の部材貫通孔25cを介して格納B室30bに至る。
なお、内容物の吐出形態としては、液、クリーム、ゲルの外、ノルマルブタンやイソペンタンなどの発泡剤を添加して吐出後に発泡する後発泡性のクリームやゲルにすることもできる。
内ハウジング71は、ステムの上下動を許す中心孔71aと、連結部材57を挿入して連結する筒状の連結部73と、中心孔71aと連結部73とを連通する連通孔74と、内面上部に形成された第1ステムラバー64aを係止するラバー係止部75とからなる。また、内ハウジング71は、上部において半径方向外側に環状に突出したフランジ部76を備えており、そのフランジ部76には、そのフランジ部76を上下に貫通する貫通孔76aが形成されている。
外ハウジング72は、内ハウジング71のフランジ部76と当接する上部72aと、内ハウジング71の外面と隙間を空けて覆う下部72bとを備えた円筒状のものである。
さらに、この倒立させた状態でステム63を下方に押し下げると、格納A室70a内の第1内容物Aは、第1ステム孔23aを介して第1中心孔63aから外部あるいは噴射部材(図示せず)に押出され、格納B室70b内の第2内容物Bは、第2ステム孔23bを介して第2中心孔63bから外部あるいは噴射部材に押し出される。
このエアゾール製品から吐出される内容物は、第2内容物が液化ガスと共に配合できるため、泡とクリーム、泡とゲルなどのように吐出状態を変えることができる。また液化ガスの気化熱を利用し吐出物を冷却して冷却効果も得られる。
図7aの貼り合わせ部80aは、端部81aを一度内側に折り曲げた積層シートを、折り曲げた端部81a同士が相対するように、つまり、折り曲げた端部81aが内部容器の内側に配置されるように重ね、その折り曲げた部位同士を貼り合わせている。このように構成されているため、積層シートの端面は、内部容器の内側に配置され、積層シートを構成する金属箔が図1における中容器(第2空間S2)に収納される第2内容物B、あるいは、図5における外部容器に収納される第2内容物Bとは接触することがない。しかし、この場合、内部容器内の第1内容物Aと積層シートの端部81aとは接触するため、第1内容物Aとしては反応性の低いものを用いるのが好ましい。
図7cの貼り合わせ部80cは、端部81aを一度内側に折り曲げて、さらに、その折り曲げ部81bを内側に折り曲げた積層シートを、折り曲げた部位同士が反対に向くように重ねて、貼り合わせたものである。この場合も、図7bと同様に、端部81aは内面にも外面にも露出しない。
このように図7a、b、cの貼り合わせ部80a、b、cは、積層シートの端面が第2空間内にて露出せず、第2空間内の第2内容物Bによる金属箔の腐食を防止できる。
内部容器90は、2枚の積層シートを重ね、その外縁部を貼り合わせた袋体92と、その袋体に固定される連結部材93とからなり、図5の内部容器52と実質的に同じものである。
中容器91は、この内部容器90の両面に積層シートを重ね、その外縁部を貼り合わせて構成される2つの収納室95a、95bからなる中袋体95と、それぞれの収納室95a、95bと外部とを連通し、中袋体95に固定される2本の連結部材96a、96bとからなる。
つまり、内部容器90と中容器91とは4枚の積層シートを重ね、3つの独立した空間を形成したものである。このように構成されているため、内部容器90の貼り合わせ部97のエッジ(積層シートの端部97a)は、中容器91の外部に露出することになる。そのため、中容器91の収納室95a、95bに収納される内容物とは接触することがない。
装着部材102を本体101に装着することにより、中央に形成された貫通孔102aは、本体101の連通孔74と連通する。貫通孔102b、cは、内ハウジング71と外ハウジング72との間の隙間77と連通する。
バルブ100に内部容器90を連結する場合は、内部容器90の連結部材93を貫通孔102aと連結し、中容器91の連結部材96a、96bをそれぞれ貫通孔102b、cと連結する。これにより内部容器90内の第1内容物Aは格納A室70aに誘導され、中容器91内の第2内容物Bは格納B室70bに誘導される。

Claims (13)
- 外部容器と、その内部に挿入される内部容器とを備え、
前記内部容器内からなる第1空間と、第1空間を包み、第1空間から独立した第2空間とを有し、
異なる内容物がそれぞれ第1空間と第2空間に充填されるエアゾール容器であって、
前記内部容器が、金属箔層および合成樹脂層を備えた可撓性を有する1または2以上の積層シートを合成樹脂層が外を向くように重ね、または、折り重ね、ついで、外周縁同士を貼り合わせたものであり、
前記金属箔層の端面が第2空間内にて露出しないように構成されている、
複数液吐出用エアゾール容器。 - 前記外部容器内に挿入され、内部容器を挿入する中容器をさらに備え、
前記第2空間が中容器によって構成され、
前記中容器と外部容器との間に、第1空間および第2空間から独立した第3空間を有する、請求項1記載の複数液吐出用エアゾール容器 - 前記積層シートの端面に保護手段が設けられている、請求項1または2記載の複数液吐出用エアゾール容器。
- 前記内部容器が、端面を内側に折り曲げた積層シートを重ね、または、折り重ね、ついで、その外縁部同士を貼り合わせたものである、請求項1または2記載の複数液吐出用エアゾール容器。
- 前記内部容器が、合成樹脂層よりも小さい金属箔層を用い、金属箔層の端部が合成樹脂層の貼り合わせ部内にある、請求項1または2記載の複数液吐出用エアゾール容器。
- 前記積層シートの端面が中容器より外側に突出している、請求項2記載の複数液吐出用エアゾール容器。
- 前記第1空間と外部の連通/遮断および第2空間と外部の連通/遮断が、1個のバルブの開閉によって同時に操作される、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の複数液吐出用エアゾール容器。
- 前記第1空間と外部の連通/遮断を行うバルブと、第2空間と外部の連通/遮断を行うバルブとが異なる、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の複数液吐出用エアゾール容器。
- 請求項1~8いずれか記載の複数液吐出用エアゾール容器と、
前記第1空間に充填される第1内容物と、
前記第2空間に充填される第2内容物と、
前記第1空間および/または第2空間に充填される噴射剤とからなる、複数液吐出エアゾール製品。 - 請求項2または6いずれか記載の複数液吐出用エアゾール容器と、
前記第1空間に充填される第1内容物と、
前記第2空間に充填される第2内容物と、
前記第3空間に充填される噴射剤とからなる、複数液吐出エアゾール製品。 - 請求項2または6いずれか記載の複数液吐出用エアゾール容器と、
前記第1空間に充填される第1内容物と、
前記第2空間に充填される第2内容物および噴射剤と、
前記第3空間に存在するガスとからなる、複数液吐出エアゾール製品。 - 複数の内容物が独立して収納されるエアゾール容器内に用いられ、少なくとも2つの内容物を直接隔てる内部容器であって、
金属箔層および合成樹脂層を備えた可撓性を有する1または2以上の積層シートを合成樹脂層が外面となるように重ね、または、折り重ね、ついで、その外周縁同士を貼り合わせたものであり、
前記積層シートの端面に保護手段が設けられている、エアゾール容器用の内部容器。 - 複数の内容物が独立して収納されるエアゾール容器内に用いられ、少なくとも2つの内容物を直接隔てる内部容器であって、
金属箔層および合成樹脂層を備えた可撓性を有する1または2以上の積層シートの端面を内側に向くように折り曲げ、その折り曲げた積層シートを合成樹脂層が外面となるように重ね、または、折り重ね、ついで、その外周縁同士を張り合わせた、エアゾール容器用の内部容器。
