- the double aerosol device 1 of the present embodiment includes one outer container 11, two inner containers 12 and 13 accommodated in the outer container 11, and an upper part of the outer container 11.
- the valve unit 14 provided and the discharge device 15 provided in the upper part of the valve unit 14 are provided.
- the outer container 11 of the present embodiment includes a container main body 111 that is a main part thereof, and a sheet-like exterior material 112 that is attached to the outer surface of the container main body 111.
- the container body 111 is a bottle container that is formed of a transparent resin (for example, PET) and is transparent on the entire surface.
- the container body 111 includes a plurality of (for example, about 3 to 6) protruding leg portions 113 having a circular bottom portion 114 in plan view, a cylindrical trunk portion 115 having a circular cross section, and an upward contraction.
- a shoulder 116 having a diameter and a cylindrical neck 117 are provided.
- the bottom part 114, the trunk part 115, the shoulder part 116, and the cylindrical neck part 117 are integrally formed (as one part).
- the shape of the container main body 111 is an example to the last, and is not limited to this. For example, the shape which does not have the protrusion leg part 113 may be sufficient.
- the exterior material 112 is a cylindrical resin sheet (for example, a shrink film).
- the exterior material 112 is attached to the outer periphery of the trunk portion 115 in the container main body 111.
- the material of the exterior material 112 is a transparent resin (for example, PE, PP, PVC, PS, PET).
- Various information such as product names, usage methods, and design images are displayed (printed or the like) on the exterior material 112.
- the portion of the exterior material 112 where information is displayed is opaque.
- a display is provided at a position on the exterior material 112 for visually recognizing the second inner container 13 (in this example, the position where the second inner container 13 is visible in front of the first inner container 12). There are no transparent parts secured.
- the transparent portion functions as the outer window portion 118.
- the second inner container 13 (specifically, the central portion where the second joint member 132 is located in the second pouch 131 described later) is visible from the outside through the outer window portion 118. .
- three rectangular outer window portions 118 are juxtaposed along the vertical direction (vertical direction).
- the exterior material 112 is indicated by a virtual line (two-dot chain line) in order to show an overall image of the inner containers 12 and 13. For this reason, the portion (the central portion in the vertical direction in the inner containers 12 and 13) that is originally hidden by the exterior material 112 is also illustrated.
- the outer window 118 may be formed by cutting out the exterior material 112.
- each of the inner containers 12 and 13 has pouches 121 and 131 that are bag bodies having a structure in which the peripheral portions of the sheet material are bonded to each other, and their communication ports. Joint members 122 and 132 fixed to (upper opening).
- the pouches 121 and 131 are indicated by phantom lines (two-dot chain lines) in order to show the entire image of the joint members 122 and 132. For this reason, the pouches 121 and 131 and portions hidden by the contents (parts of the joint members 122 and 132) are also illustrated.
- a configuration in which the lower ends of the inner containers 12 and 13 are in contact with the upper surface of the bottom 114 is illustrated, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the lower ends of the inner containers 12 and 13 are It is good also as a structure which does not contact
- the first content is accommodated in the first pouch 121 used for the first inner container 12.
- the second pouch 131 used for the second inner container 13 stores a second content different from the first content.
- the first content and the second content are hair treatment compositions. More specifically, the first content and the second content are a first agent and a second agent that are used as a hair dye, a decoloring agent, or a decoloring agent by mixing.
- the first agent contains an alkali agent
- the second agent contains hydrogen peroxide.
- hydrogen peroxide is decomposed to generate oxygen, it is necessary to release the oxygen generated in the second inner container 13 to the outside of the second inner container 13.
- the space outside the inner container is not independent like the double can container. For this reason, if the first inner container 12 and the second inner container 13 are accommodated in the common outer container 11, oxygen that has flowed out of the second inner container 13 has the first content. There is a possibility of entering the inside of the vessel 12.
- the first pouch 121 used for the first inner container 12 is made of a multi-layered sheet material having a high performance for blocking gas and liquid.
- an opaque sheet material having a multilayer (for example, six layers) structure in which a metal foil sheet, a resin sheet, or the like is laminated is used for the first pouch 121.
- the thickness of the first pouch 121 may be, for example, 70 to 150 ⁇ m. By setting the thickness to 150 ⁇ m or less, the pouch 121 is easily crushed along with the discharge of the contents, and the contents can be squeezed out, so that a stable discharge amount can be easily obtained until the end.
- the pouch 121 is prevented from being crushed so as not to retain its original shape and blocking the flow path or hole of the contents.
- aluminum may be used as the metal, and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) may be used as the resin.
- EVOH ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer
- the thickness of the aluminum layer may be 5 to 20 ⁇ m, for example.
- the second pouch 131 used for the second inner container 13 is made of a sheet material that allows gas to pass but not liquid (gas permeable). Specifically, a transparent sheet material having a single layer or multilayer structure using a resin sheet is used. For the same reason as the first pouch 131, the thickness of the second pouch 131 may be, for example, 70 to 150 ⁇ m. For example, polyester such as polyethylene may be used as the resin.
- the first pouch 121 becomes opaque, while the second pouch 131 can be transparent.
- opaque portions 139 are formed on both the left and right sides.
- the opaque portion 139 may be directly formed (printed or the like) on the sheet material constituting the second pouch 131, or may be formed by attaching another sheet to the pouch surface. That is, the second pouch 131 is transparent in the central portion except for the left and right side portions, and the inside can be visually recognized in the central portion.
- the first pouch 121 and the second pouch 131 are designed in a common shape.
- the outer shapes of the pouches 121 and 131 are substantially rectangular.
- the pouches 121 and 131 have a shape in which both ends of the upper portion are linearly and obliquely formed and gradually narrow upward.
- the internal spaces (spaces in which the contents are stored) of the pouches 121 and 131 are also shapes in which the upper ends of the rectangle are linearly and obliquely welded, and gradually narrow upward. For this reason, the remaining amount of contents can be reduced.
- corners in the outer shape of the pouches 121 and 131 are formed with a rounded shape (in an arc shape) in order to prevent interference with the outer container 11. It should be noted that the angle of the oblique portions at the upper ends may be 30 to 60 degrees with respect to the vertical direction, for example.
- a linear portion is secured in the lateral direction (horizontal direction) at the center of the upper end of the internal space. This is because, in the manufacturing process of the inner containers 12 and 13, the joints 122 and 132 are inserted into the pouches 121 and 131, and the upper center part of the pouches 121 and 131 (the part where the joint members 122 and 132 are inserted) is used. This is to facilitate welding.
- the length of the linear portion may be set to, for example, 10 mm or more from the viewpoint of enabling good welding.
- the length of the linear portion may be, for example, 35 mm or less (preferably 30 mm or less).
- the effect of facilitating the discharge in the upper part of the internal space while facilitating welding in the manufacturing process. Can be high.
- the width of the internal space does not exceed 35 mm, such an effect can be obtained without narrowing the upper portion of the internal space (for example, even in a normal rectangular shape).
- the lateral width of the internal space exceeds 35 mm, such an effect can be obtained by forming the upper portion of the internal space narrowly.
- the joint members 122 and 132 form a flow path for discharging the contents to the outside at the communication ports of the pouches 121 and 131, and the flow of the contents in the internal space is not easily inhibited by the bending of the pouches 121 and 131. Is to do.
- the first joint member 122 used for the first inner container 12 and the second joint member 132 used for the second inner container 13 have different shapes.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and any one joint member may be used for both inner containers. That is, joint members having the same shape may be used. According to the configuration using joint members having the same shape, production efficiency can be increased as compared with the case where joint members having different shapes are used.
- the pouches 121 and 131 are easily crushed in the same manner, the remaining amount can be easily grasped. Further, for example, when the viscosity and the viscosity of the first content and the second content are substantially equal, by using the same joint member, the first content and the second content are approximately equal amounts. Can be easily discharged.
- the first joint member 122 includes a cylindrical head portion 124 that forms an internal flow path 123 for allowing contents to pass through the communication port of the first pouch 121, and a first head member 124. And a rod-like portion 125 inserted into the inside of one pouch 121.
- the head portion 124 and the rod-like portion 125 are integrally formed of resin.
- the rod-shaped portion 125 In the rod-like portion 125, slits 126 penetrating the front and back are formed linearly along the vertical direction (vertical direction).
- the rod-shaped portion 125 has a shape in which two parallel rods 127 and 128 are arranged on the left and right sides with a gap therebetween.
- plate-like connecting portions 129 for connecting them are provided at a plurality of locations at intervals (in this example, at four locations at regular intervals). . That is, the rod-shaped part 125 has a ladder shape as a whole.
- the thickness dimension of the connection part 129 is the thickness of each of the two rods 127 and 128 so as not to block the open flow path formed by the slit 126 (flow path formed between the inner surface of the pouch). It is formed shorter than the dimension (see FIG. 3B). For this reason, the cross-sectional shape (cross-sectional shape along the axial direction of the rod-shaped part 125) of the part in which the connection part 129 was provided becomes an H type (refer FIG. 3D).
- the second joint member 132 includes a cylindrical head portion 134 that forms an internal flow path 133 through which the contents pass through the communication port of the second pouch 131. , And a rod-shaped portion 135 inserted into the second pouch 131.
- the head portion 134 and the rod-shaped portion 135 are integrally formed of resin.
- the cross-section orthogonal to the axial direction of the rod-shaped part 135 is substantially elliptical (specifically, a shape in which the corners of the rhombus are arc-shaped) (see FIG. 4C).
- the rod-shaped portion 135 has a width dimension (longer to the surface of the second pouch 131) than a thickness dimension (the length in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the second pouch 131, the vertical direction in FIG. 4C). It is the length of the width
- the thickness dimension of the rod-shaped part 135 is designed according to the thickness dimension of the welding part of the rhombus cross section which is the lower part of the head part 134 and is the part where the pouch 131 is welded. For this reason, in the manufacturing process in which the pouch 131 is welded, the pouch 131 can be easily placed along the welded portion of the joint member 132 (not easily floated from the welded portion), and can be easily welded. Further, since the cross-section of the rod-shaped portion 135 is an ellipse whose thickness is shorter than the width, gaps formed on both the left and right sides of the rod-shaped portion 135 in a state where most of the contents are discharged (content remains The space that is easy to do) can be reduced. For this reason, the amount of contents remaining in the pouch 131 is reduced.
- the surface facing the first inner container 12 (the left surface in FIG. 4B, hereinafter referred to as “inward surface”) is linear along the vertical direction (vertical direction).
- the slit 136 is formed to the lower end.
- the slit 136 has a depth that gradually increases in the upper portion thereof.
- a through-hole 137 is formed at the uppermost end of the slit 136 so as to penetrate to a surface opposite to the inward surface (the right surface in FIG. 4B and hereinafter referred to as “outward surface”).
- the depth of the slit 136 is, for example, the thickness dimension of the rod-shaped portion 135 from the viewpoint of maintaining the strength of the rod-shaped portion 135 (making it difficult to bend) and preventing the flow path formed by the slit 136 from being crushed. It may be 20 to 50%. As another expression, the depth of the slit 136 may be 0.5 mm or more, and the thickness dimension of the remaining portion (a portion that becomes thinner as the slit 136 becomes deeper) due to the slit 136 may be 1.5 mm or more. Further, from the viewpoint of making it difficult for the pouch 131 to bite into the slit 136, the width of the slit 136 may be set to 0.5 to 3 mm, for example. In addition, the slit 136 may have a shape in which the lateral width is gradually increased upward. Moreover, it is good also as a shape which becomes wide (or deepens) diagonally upward limited only in steps.
- the outward face is not formed with a slit like the inward face, and a recess 138 is formed at the lower end.
- the concave portion 138 is a portion that becomes a gate when the joint member 132 is molded with resin, and has a concave shape so that the burr does not protrude and damage the pouch 131.
- the reason why the lower end portion of the rod-shaped portion 135 is used as a gate is that the rod-shaped portion 135 is long and has high rigidity.
- the outward surface displays a color (yellow in this embodiment) that is different from the color of the second content (opaque color, white in this embodiment) and is easily visible.
- a display function is realized by coloring the material of the second joint member 132 in yellow. Therefore, in this example, portions other than the outward surface are also yellow.
- the present invention is not limited to such a configuration.
- an exterior material of a color that is easily visible at least on the outward surface portion of the second joint member 132 formed of a material other than a color that is easily visible. (For example, a seal) may be attached.
- the color of the outward surface is merely an example, and is not limited to yellow, and may be red, for example.
- the lateral width of the rod-shaped portion 135 of the second joint member 132 is designed to be slightly larger than that of the rod-shaped portion 125 of the first joint member 122. This is to make it easier to visually recognize the outward surface by increasing the area of the outward surface. That is, the outward surface functions as a gauge for grasping the remaining amount of the second content from the outside of the outer container 11.
- the valve unit 14 includes two valves corresponding to the two inner containers 12 and 13, a valve holder that fixes the two valves side by side, a mountain cover that fixes these to the opening of the outer container 11, and the like.
- the first valve is connected to the upper end of the first joint member 122, and opens and closes the discharge flow path for the contents stored in the first pouch 121.
- the first joint member 122 communicates the inside of the first pouch 121 with the first valve.
- the second valve is connected to the upper end portion of the second joint member 132, and opens and closes the discharge flow path for the contents stored in the second pouch 131.
- the second joint member 132 communicates the inside of the second pouch 131 with the second valve.
- Each valve includes stems 141 and 142 that can move up and down, and is configured to open the flow path when the stems 141 and 142 are pushed down.
- stems 141 and 142 that can move up and down, and is configured to open the flow path when the stems 141 and 142 are pushed down.
- the configuration described here is merely an example, and may be replaced with another configuration having the same function. For example, instead of a stem that opens the flow path when pushed down, a stem that opens the flow path when tilted may be used.
- the distance between the stems 141 and 142 is, for example, a length of 50% or more (preferably a length of 60% or more) of the maximum value of the thickness dimension of the pouches 121 and 131 (the width of the bulge before the contents are discharged). ) May be designed. Moreover, you may make the quantity of the content accommodated in the inner containers 12 and 13 into 90% or less of full capacity (maximum amount which can be accommodated), for example.
- the full capacity referred to here means a capacity that is just before the water overflows due to the restoring force of the pouches 121 and 131 while water is continuously injected into the empty inner containers 12 and 13. .
- the space inside the outer container 11 and outside the inner containers 12, 13 is sealed by a valve unit 14, and the sealed space is filled with a propellant (for example, compressed gas).
- a propellant for example, compressed gas
- the two pouches 121 and 131 are constantly pressurized by the propellant, and the contents are discharged to the outside when the inner containers 12 and 13 contract due to the pressure of the propellant.
- the propellant is discharged after the inner container 12, 13 is attached to the valve and accommodated in the outer container 11, after the outer container 11 is evacuated and filled with the contents.
- the container 11 is filled. When the inside of the outer container 11 is deaerated, the mountain cover is slightly lifted from the outer container 11.
- the vertical length of the inner containers 12 and 13 is a length obtained by adding the vertical length of the pouches 121 and 131 and the vertical length of the joint members 122 and 132 protruding from the upper portions of the pouches 121 and 131. That's it.
- the discharger 15 has an internal flow path that combines the first contents and the second contents discharged from the stems 141 and 142 and discharges them from the nozzle 151. Specifically, the discharger 15 can move up and down, and pushes down the two stems 141 and 142 simultaneously when the upper surface thereof is pushed down. As a result, the first valve and the second valve are opened simultaneously, and the contents are discharged from the inner containers 12 and 13 simultaneously.
- the structure itself of such a discharger 15 is well-known, while showing a structure simply, detailed description is abbreviate
- each of the two inner containers 12 and 13 is filled with the contents.
- the discharger 15 is pushed down and the two valves of the valve unit 14 are opened simultaneously, the first content and the second content are discharged simultaneously.
- the contents are discharged to the outside.
- the contents existing above are discharged in order.
- the outward surface of the rod-shaped part 135 of the joint member 132 is gradually exposed from the upper part as the second content decreases.
- the first content and the second content are designed to be discharged at a constant ratio (1: 1 in the present embodiment) and used up simultaneously. For this reason, the remaining amount of the first pouch 121 can also be grasped based on the remaining amount of the second pouch 131.
- the double aerosol device 1 of the present embodiment has two types of hair treatment compositions (first agent and second agent) used as a hair dye, a decoloring agent or a decoloring agent by mixing.
- first agent and second agent used as a hair dye, a decoloring agent or a decoloring agent by mixing.
- the double aerosol device 1 is configured such that the contents (hair treatment agent composition) are discharged to the outside when the inner containers 12 and 13 contract due to the pressure of the propellant.
- the outer container 11 is comprised so that at least one part inside the outer container 11 can be visually recognized so that the residual amount of the content can be confirmed. Therefore, according to the double aerosol apparatus 1 of this embodiment, the remaining amount of the contents can be confirmed by visually recognizing the inside of the outer container 11.
- the inner containers 12 and 13 store the contents in the pouches 121 and 131.
- a transparent portion is formed on the second pouch 131 so that the inside can be visually confirmed. For this reason, it is possible to easily grasp the remaining amount of contents.
- the pouch has a structure in which the peripheral portions of the sheet material are bonded together, and the degree of freedom of the material is high, and it can be formed using a sheet material having a multilayer structure (for example, 6 layers). Can be realized.
- the pouch is used, a surface in a state close to a flat surface is widely formed, so that visibility can be enhanced.
- the opaque portions 139 are formed on both the left and right sides of the second pouch 131, the contents that tend to remain at the end of the pouch 131 (technically difficult to discharge) are prevented from being visually recognized. Thus, the remaining amount can be properly grasped.
- the inner containers 12 and 13 are provided with joint members 122 and 132 extending from the communication port for discharging the contents in the pouches 121 and 131 to the inside of the pouches 121 and 131. For this reason, the deformation of the pouches 121 and 131 that inhibits the flow of the contents accommodated in the pouches 121 and 131 to the communication port can be suppressed, and the contents can be easily discharged to the end.
- the pouches 121 and 131 have a shape in which the upper part of the internal space is narrowed upward, the contents accommodated in the upper part of the internal space are closer to the center than the shape in which the upper part of the internal space is not narrowed. It becomes the state. Specifically, the content in the upper part of the internal space is close to the joint member 122 and is easily discharged, so that the remaining amount of the content in the upper part of the internal space can be reduced.
- the contents in the upper part of the internal space are discharged first, and the contents are easily discharged in order from the top, the contents stored in the pouches 121 and 131 are in the internal space of the pouches 121 and 131. It becomes easy to decrease in order from the top. As a result, the remaining amount of the contents can be grasped relatively accurately by visual recognition from the outside. And since the gravity center of the pouch 121,131 becomes low, stability at the time of mounting the double aerosol apparatus 1 can be improved.
- the second joint member 132 has a long width dimension and a wide outward surface that can be visually recognized as a gauge, the remaining amount can be highly visible.
- the slit 136 is formed on the inward surface of the rod-shaped portion 135, but the slit is not formed on the outward surface, the second content flows more easily on the inward surface side than on the outward surface side. Become. For this reason, it becomes difficult for the outward surface to be hidden by the second contents, and the color of the outward surface can be easily recognized.
- the ratio in which the first content and the second content having different viscosities and the like are discharged is a preferable ratio. Can be approached. Specifically, the width of the slit 126 formed in the rod-shaped portion 125 is wider than the width of the slit 136 formed in the rod-shaped portion 135 (the formed channel area is large). For this reason, the discharge amount of the first content having a higher viscosity than the second content can be brought close to the discharge amount of the second content.
- the outer container 11 is exemplified in which the exterior material 112 is attached to the container body 111 formed of a transparent material and the inside is visually recognized from the outer window portion 118 provided in the exterior material 112. It is not limited to.
- the shape, size, position, number, and the like of the outer window portion are not particularly limited as long as the remaining amount of the contents can be visually recognized.
- the outer container may be formed by directly forming (printing) characters or figures on the container main body 111 without using the exterior material 112. Further, for example, the outer container may be a transparent container without forming an opaque part.
- the central portion of the second pouch 131 excluding the left and right sides is made transparent so that the remaining content can be reduced.
- the inner containers 12 and 13 which can be visually recognized are illustrated (FIG. 5). According to such a configuration, it is possible to prevent the contents that are likely to remain on both the left and right sides (technically difficult to be discharged) from being visually recognized, so that the remaining amount can be appropriately grasped. be able to.
- the shape, size, position, number, and the like of the transparent portion in the second pouch are not particularly limited as long as the remaining amount of contents can be visually recognized.
- an opaque portion 139A that covers the rod-like portion 135 is formed in the central portion in addition to the opaque portions 139 on both the left and right sides as in the second pouch 131A of the second inner container 13A shown in FIG. May be.
- one sheet material (on the first inner container 12 side) constituting the second pouch may be made opaque and a transparent portion may be provided on the other sheet material.
- a transparent portion may be provided on the other sheet material.
- the transparent portion is not limited to a part of the second pouch, and the entire surface of the second pouch may be transparent.
- the configuration is not limited to a configuration in which at least a part of the pouch is transparent, and the degree of deformation of the pouch can be visually recognized, and the remaining amount of contents can be grasped based on the degree of deformation.
- the pouch has an advantage that the remaining amount can be easily grasped based on the degree of deformation because the direction in which the pouch is deformed is specified as compared with other bag-like containers.
- the remaining amount of the contents is relatively accurately determined based on the degree of deformation of the pouches 121 and 131. I can grasp it.
- the pouches 121 and 131 having a shape in which the upper both ends of the internal space are diagonally formed in a straight line are illustrated.
- the present invention is not limited to this. You may make it a shape.
- the shape illustrated below may be applied to either the first inner container or the second inner container, or may be applied to both.
- the 2nd joint member 132 is illustrated as a flow-path member, it is an example to the last and is not limited to this.
- the 2nd pouch 131B of the 2nd inner container 13B shown in FIG. 7 it is good also as a shape (arc shape in this example) where the upper both ends of internal space were not linear, but were inward.
- the shape shown in FIG. 7 is more prominent in the feature that the lateral width becomes narrower toward the upper position in the internal space.
- the shape shown in FIG. 7 it is possible to improve the effect of reducing the remaining amount of the content in the upper part of the internal space, and to improve the effect that the content is easily discharged sequentially from above the internal space. it can.
- the upper part of the pouch may be narrowed in accordance with the shape of the internal space.
- FIG. 7 the upper part of the pouch may be narrowed in accordance with the shape of the internal space.
- the inner space may have a constant lateral width (in this example, a rectangle).
- a lower part of the inner space may be gradually narrowed downward like a second pouch 131D of the second inner container 13D shown in FIG. 8B.
- the high-viscosity content (the first content in the above embodiment) tends to remain in the lower part of the internal space, and thus the remaining amount can be reduced by narrowing the lower part. For this reason, you may apply to some (a 1st pouch 121 said by the said embodiment) among several pouches.
- a shape that is recessed inward for example, an arc shape
- the upper portion of the internal space may be gradually narrowed upward and the lower portion may be gradually narrowed downward.
- the same effect as the configuration of FIG. 8B the content is less likely to remain in the lower part). Effect).
- a shape that is recessed inward instead of a shape in which the upper and lower ends of the internal space are obliquely linearly formed, a shape that is recessed inward (for example, an arc shape) may be used.
- the lower portion of the internal space may be shaped to protrude downward in an arc shape. Even if it does in this way, the effect similar to the structure of FIG. 8B (effect that the content becomes difficult to remain below) will be acquired.
- the internal space may be divided into a plurality of rooms (upper and lower two rooms in this example). If it does in this way, it will become easy to adjust the discharge
- the side portion of the internal space may have a constricted shape.
- a shape that gradually narrows upward may be used, such as a second pouch 131H of the second inner container 13H illustrated in FIG. 10A.
- the internal space is divided into a plurality of rooms (upper and lower three rooms in this example), and adjacent rooms are arranged at one end. It is good also as the shape connected in the part (in this example the side which becomes left-right alternation).
- the dividing direction is not limited to the top and bottom, and the inner space is divided into a plurality of rooms on the left and right sides, as in the second pouch 131L of the second inner container 13L shown in FIG. 11B, for example. It is good also as a shape which connected chambers connected by one edge part (this example lower end). In this way, since the flow of the contents in the internal space is restricted, variations in the manner in which the contents are discharged can be made difficult to occur.
- the inside of the internal space may be partially welded.
- the inside of the rectangular internal space (in this example, the upper ends) may be partially welded in the form of dots. If it does in this way, the same effect as the shape where the upper both ends of internal space were formed in the shape of a straight line diagonally like the above-mentioned embodiment can be acquired.
- two left and right positions are welded, but left and right one position may be used, or more positions may be welded.
- the effect similar to the various shapes mentioned above can be acquired.
- the inner side of the rectangular internal space (in this example, the upper ends) may be partially welded linearly.
- the outer shape of the pouch may be changed according to the shape of the internal space of the pouch. For example, when the lower part of the internal space is gradually narrowed downward as shown in FIG. 8B, the outer shape of the pouch may be gradually narrowed downward. In this way, it can be made difficult to interfere with the outer container 11.
- the upper end and the lower end are linearly inclined (in a shape gradually narrowing upward and downward respectively).
- the shape may be a shape obtained by cutting four corners of a rectangle).
- the twist and inclination of the pouch 121A due to the interference with the inner wall of the outer container 11 can be suppressed.
- the width of the upper seal portion (peripheral portion where the sheet materials are bonded together) in the pouch 121A is wider than the width of the lower seal portion (the area of the seal portion is increased). May be.
- the upper seal part becomes harder than the lower seal part, and the pouch 121A is not easily crushed even if it is inverted and dropped (the head part 124 falls in a downward direction), and the same pouch as before the fall.
- the state of 121A can be easily maintained.
- the upper portion of the pouch 121A is less likely to spread in the thickness direction (thickness is narrower) than the lower portion of the pouch 121A.
- the internal volume in the upper part of the pouch 121A is smaller than the internal volume in the lower part of the pouch 121A.
- the contents are easily filled with a constant balance (a state where the lower part increases). Therefore, if the pouch 121A having such a shape is used for the first inner container and the second inner container, the ratio at which the first contents and the second contents are discharged can be made difficult to vary.
- the first joint member 122 and the second joint member 132 are exemplified as the channel member, but the shape of the channel member is not limited to these.
- the joint member 122B of the first inner container 12B shown in FIGS. 14A to 14C has basically the same shape as the first joint member 122 of the above embodiment.
- the thickness dimension of the lower end portion of the rod-shaped portion 125B is longer than the portion other than the lower end portion. Is formed. Specifically, as shown in FIG.
- protrusions 127C and 128C are formed at the lower ends of the bars 127B and 128B so as to protrude downward from the lowermost connection portion 129.
- the protrusions 127C and 128C have the same shape, and as shown in FIG. 14E, compared to the portions of the bars 127B and 128B other than the protrusions 127C and 128C, both sides in the thickness direction (the horizontal direction left and right in FIGS. 14B and 14E). Projecting to both sides).
- the joint member 122B has a thickness dimension of the upper end portion of the rod-shaped portion 125B (a portion connected to the head portion 124 and positioned at the uppermost portion in the internal space of the pouch 121) more than the portion other than the upper end portion. It is short.
- the upper ends 127D and 128D of the rods 127B and 128B have the same shape, and, as shown in FIG. 14F, compared to portions other than the upper ends 127D and 128D of the rods 127B and 128B, on both sides in the thickness direction. It is recessed inward (centerline side).
- the contents accumulated on the side of the rod-shaped portion 125 can easily flow from the groove into the space between the rods 127B and 128B.
- the remaining amount can be reduced.
- the groove is formed at the upper end portion, the remaining amount of the contents between the bars 127B and 128B can be reduced as compared with the configuration in which the groove is formed at the portion other than the upper end portion.
- the thickness T of the rods 127B and 128B excluding the projecting portions 127C and 128C and the upper end portions 127D and 128D is constant (see FIGS. 14E and 14F). Further, the distance between the bars 127B and 128B (the width dimension of the slit 126B) D is also constant (see FIG. 14D).
- the ratio T / D between the thickness T and the distance D of the bars 127B and 128B may be 1.0 to 3.0. As shown in FIG. 15A, when the ratio T / D is less than 1.0, the pouch 121 is likely to be blocked, and the contents are difficult to be discharged. As shown in FIG.
- FIG. 16 shows the test results when the thicknesses T and intervals D of the bars 127B and 128B are varied.
- 40 g of the first agent was filled in the first pouch 121 having a thickness of 121 ⁇ m
- 40 g of the second agent was filled in the second pouch 131 having a thickness of 104 ⁇ m.
- it is evaluated as good when 30 g or more of the content 40 g can be discharged with a discharge amount of 2 to 15 g or more per 3 seconds, and is evaluated as good when it cannot be discharged with the discharge amount. did.
- good results were obtained when the ratio T / D was 1.0 to 3.0, and particularly good results were obtained when the ratio T / D was 1.2 to 2.2. .
- the thicknesses T of the rods 127B and 128B excluding the projecting portions 127C and 128C and the upper end portions 127D and 128D are constant, and the distance D between the rods 127B and 128B is also the same. It is constant. Therefore, by designing the ratio T / D of this portion in the range of 1.0 to 3.0, the above-described effect can be obtained in almost all portions of the rod-shaped portion 125B, and as a result, a high effect can be obtained. .
- the shape of the joint member is not particularly limited. If there is even a portion where the ratio T / D is in the range of 1.0 to 3.0, the above-described effects can be obtained in that portion. In particular, the higher the proportion of the portion, the higher the effect.
- FIGS. 14A to 14F may be applied to either the first joint member or the second joint member, or may be applied to both.
- the pouch 121 of the said embodiment was illustrated as a pouch, it is an example to the last and is not limited to this.
- slits may be formed on both surfaces of the rod-shaped portion (for example, H-shaped cross section), and slits may be formed at the corners of the rod-shaped portion (for example, T-shaped cross-section, cross-shaped cross-section). Type, cross-section star). Further, a slit may be formed in a spiral around the rod-shaped portion.
- the channel member is not limited to the configuration in which the open channel is formed by the slit, but may be configured (tube) having an internal channel.
- a hole may be formed in the upper part so that the content is discharged preferentially from the upper part rather than from the lower part of the internal space.
- the interval between the holes may be reduced toward the upper part, and the holes may be increased toward the upper part.
- a hole may be formed at a position corresponding to the upper portion of the constriction. Moreover, it replaces with the hole of a tube, and the same effect is acquired by making the width
- the length of the flow path member may be such that the gap with the bottom of the pouch is as small as possible. Moreover, you may use the flow path member of the same structure for a some pouch. Moreover, you may make it not use a flow-path member for at least one part of several pouches.
- the pouch is not limited to a configuration in which the entire circumference is sealed, and for example, a pouch may be folded to seal three sides. Further, for example, it may be a gusset type having a “town” on a side portion or the like.
- the contents are not limited to the two-component hair dye, the decoloring agent, or the first and second agents of the decoloring agent, and may be, for example, a hair dye and a treatment agent.
- the hair dye includes acidic hair dyes, direct hair dyes, temporary colorants, and the like.
- the number of inner containers is not limited to two, and may be three or more.
- three types of hair treatment compositions that constitute a three-component hair dye, a decoloring agent, or a decoloring agent may be separately stored, merged, and discharged.
- one of a plurality of contents (for example, the second content in the above embodiment) is directly accommodated in the outer container 11 without being accommodated in the pouch, and the tube. Suction may be performed at 232. In this case, the remaining space in the outer container 11 is filled with the propellant. In this way, since the liquid level of the contents directly stored in the outer container 11 can be visually recognized from the outside of the outer container 11, the remaining amount of the contents can be grasped relatively accurately.
- one inner container 32 may be accommodated in the other inner container 33.
- the outer inner container 33 is visually recognized and the inner inner container 32 is not visually recognized, the remaining amount of contents can be grasped based on the degree of deformation of one inner container 33.
- at least a part of the outer inner container 33 may be made transparent so that the inside thereof can be visually recognized.
- FIG. 19 shows the discharge rate test results when using a multilayer pouch composed of PET / AL / EMAA (copolymer of ethylene and methacrylic acid) / special PE in order from the outer layer.
- PET / AL / EMAA copolymer of ethylene and methacrylic acid
- the contents can be discharged without any problems in the above-mentioned thickness range of 70 to 150 ⁇ m, and particularly good results are obtained in the range of 100 to 150 ⁇ m, and in the range of 100 to 130 ⁇ m. Particularly good results were obtained.

Abstract
