- the engaging member when the scraper support device is disposed, for example, on the front side of the vehicle body, the engaging member has a bent portion (the inner edge side of the bent portion of the engaging member) with the rotation axis as a base point.
- the bent portion In a state in which is engaged with the groove, the bent portion is located in front of both end portions of the engaging member. For this reason, even if the vehicle body vibrates and the bracket tries to rotate, the engaging member is unlikely to come off from the groove. That is, since the center of gravity of the engaging member is located on the rear side of the rotation axis, even if the bracket rotates and the lower end of the engaging member is removed from the groove, the upper side of the bent portion of the engaging member is forward. It won't rotate.

Even during self-propelled driving, the drum front end can be driven to the wall. Furthermore, by rotating the scraper forward and upward so that the scraper protrudes forward and holding the scraper at the maintenance position, the scraper can be prevented from returning to the work position by its own weight, and the scraper and the like can be maintained safely. In addition, since the position of the scraper can be held in three stages in this way, workability can be improved by moving the scraper to an appropriate position according to the application.
- the bracket and the bracket support body can be fixed to each other by inserting the lock pin through the first and second pin holes. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the bracket from rotating when the scraper is in the maintenance position. Accordingly, the scraper and the like can be maintained more safely.
- the bracket is directed in the direction of the rolling drum in the rotation locus drawn by the end of the engaging member engaged with the receiving piece, rather than the rotation locus drawn by the contact portion of the receiving piece. Projecting outward in the direction of rotation. That is, the receiving piece is prevented from rotating in the rotation direction by the engaging member. Therefore, since the scraper can be prevented from rotating in the rotation direction by engaging the engaging member with the receiving piece, the scraper can be supported at a desired position.
- the scraper support device when the scraper support device is disposed on the front side of the vehicle body, for example, the scraper is urged to contact the drum at the work position by the tension spring, so that the mud of the drum can be efficiently scraped off. it can. Even in the state of resisting the tension spring at the forwarding position, it can be reliably held at that position using the engaging member.
- the tip of the scraper if the tip of the scraper is located behind the vertical plane including the front end of the drum, it should be mounted on the transport vehicle without providing a space ahead of the front end of the drum, such as when transporting the vehicle body. - FIG. 5 is a schematic view when the scraper is in a forwarding position in the compaction vehicle according to the present invention.
- FIG. 3 is a schematic view when the scraper is in a maintenance position in the rolling compact vehicle according to the present invention. It is a front view of the scraper vicinity of the compaction vehicle which concerns on this invention. In another rolling compact vehicle concerning the present invention, it is a schematic side view when a scraper exists in a work position.
- FIG. 7 is a schematic front view of FIG. 6.
- FIG. 10 is a partial schematic enlarged view of FIG. 9.
- FIG. 10 is a schematic side view when a scraper exists in a maintenance position. It is a partially schematic enlarged view of FIG.
- the vehicle body 1 has a front frame 16 and a rear frame 17.
- the rear frame 17 has a plurality of rear wheels 18 at its rear part.
- a rolling drum 12 is pivotally supported on the front frame 16.
- the front and rear frames 16 and 17 are connected to each other by a joint system via a steering link 19.
- a driver seat 20 is provided at the upper center of the rear frame 17.
- the driver's seat 20 is a bench seat that extends in the width direction of the rear frame 17.
- the front frame 16 is provided with an engine room (not shown), and this engine room has an engine cover 21 that can be opened and closed.
- a diesel engine (not shown) and a hydraulic pump (not shown) are arranged in the vicinity of the diesel engine.
- the hydraulic pump is driven by the diesel engine and vibrates and rotates the rolling drum 12. Supply hydraulic oil to hydraulic equipment such as vibration and travel motors.
- the scraper 6 is provided in the front frame 16 and the rear frame 17 together with the scraper support device 2, and abuts on the front side of the rolling drum 12 and the rear side of the rear wheel 18, for example.
- the scraper 6 has substantially the same width as the rolling drum 12 and the rear wheel 18.
- the vehicle body 1 is provided with a watering device (not shown).
- This watering apparatus has a watering nozzle (not shown) arranged in the vicinity of each scraper 6. Water can be sprinkled from the watering nozzles to the circumferential surfaces of the rolling drum 12 and the rear wheel 18 and the ground. Therefore, the watering device has a water tank 23 for storing water for watering and a watering pipe 22 (see FIGS. 2 to 4) for connecting the water tank 23 and the watering nozzle.
- the water tank 23 is disposed at the rear end of the rear frame 17 and the driver's seat, and has a capacity as large as possible while balancing the weight of the vehicle body 1. Therefore, the water tank 23 has substantially the same width as the rear frame 17, while its upper surface gradually increases from the rear end of the rear frame 17 toward the driver seat 20, and its bottom is the driver seat 20. It has a shape that penetrates to the lower side of the seat.
- an operation stand 24 is provided at the front end of the rear frame 17, that is, in front of the driver's seat 20. Specifically, a handle 25 is attached to the operation stand 24.
- the front frame 16 is steered via the steering link 19 by the operator who is seated on the driver seat 20 operating the handle 25.
- a scraper support device 2 is attached in front of the vehicle body 1.
- the scraper support device 2 has a bracket support 3.
- the bracket support 3 is fixed to the vehicle body with bolts 4.
- a bracket 5 is supported on the bracket support 3 so as to be rotatable around a rotation shaft 8.
- a scraper 6 is fixed to the bracket 5 via bolts 7. Accordingly, the scraper 6 can be rotated about the rotation shaft 8.
- the bracket support 3 supports an engagement member 10 that rotates about the rotation shaft 9.
- the rotating shaft 9 can be easily provided by making a hole in the bracket support 3 using a laser or the like and fixing a rod-shaped shaft here by welding or the like.
- the rotating shaft 9 is inserted into the engaging member 10 to prevent the engaging member 10 from falling off at the end of the rotating shaft 9 with, for example, a split pin.
- the bracket 5 and the bracket support 3 are further connected by a tension spring 11.
- a watering pipe 22 for watering the rolling drum 12 is disposed on the lower side of the vehicle body 1.
- FIG. 2 shows a state in which the scraper 6 is in the work position.
- the scraper 6 is in contact with the rolling drum 12 against the tension spring 11, and the deposits attached to the drum 12 can be efficiently scraped off. In such a working position, the scraper 6 is in contact with the drum 12 to determine its position.
- the rolling drum 12 is provided in the vehicle body 1 and also serves as a wheel.
- the engaging member 10 is plate-shaped and has a bent portion 10 ′ with the rotating shaft 9 as a base point.
- the bent portion 10 ' is on the inner edge side of the bent portion of the engaging member. That is, the engaging member 10 is formed in a substantially boomerang shape. Therefore, when the scraper 6 is in the working position, the engaging member 10 can freely rotate between the states where one end or the other end thereof is in contact with the bracket 5 (solid line and two-dot chain line in the figure).
- the compaction vehicle may be driven to a position where the drum 12 is brought close to the wall due to its nature. Moreover, at the time of transportation, it is preferable that there is no protrusion on the front side of the drum 12 due to space problems. For this reason, the above-mentioned problem can be solved because the position of the scraper 6 at the forwarding position is behind the vertical plane L during self-running without using the scraper 6 or during transportation.
- the engaging member 10 when the engaging member 10 is disposed at the position of the solid line in FIG. 2 (a state where one end 10a of the engaging member 10 is separated from the bracket 5), the engaging member 10 remains in the groove 13 even if the bracket 5 is rotated. Is not engaged. In this way, it is possible to determine whether or not to move to the forwarding position by adjusting the inclination of the engaging member 10 at the working position and rotating the bracket 5. This can be easily recognized simply by visually recognizing the inclination of the engaging member 10. Since the engaging member 10 is disposed on the upper side of the bracket 5 and on the front side of the bracket support 3, it is easy to visually recognize the engaging member 10.
- the engaging member 10 is unlikely to come off from the groove 13. That is, since the center of gravity of the engaging member 10 is located behind the rotating shaft 9, the bracket 5 is rotated forward by vibration and the lower end (one end 10 a) of the engaging member 10 is momentarily separated from the groove 13. However, the upper side of the bent portion 10 ′ of the engaging member 10 does not rotate forward. When the bracket 5 is rotated forward by vibration, the one end 10 a of the engaging member 10 only moves in the groove 13 along the wall surface of the groove 13.
- first and second pin holes 14 and 15 are formed in the bracket support 3 and the bracket 5. The first and second pin holes 14 and 15 penetrate the bracket support 3 and the bracket 5.
- the positions of the first and second pin holes 14 and 15 coincide with each other.
- a lock pin (not shown) into the first and second pin holes 14 and 15, the bracket 5 and the bracket support 3 can be fixed to each other. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the bracket 5 from rotating when the scraper 6 is in the maintenance position. Therefore, in combination with the tension spring 11, the scraper and the like can be maintained more safely.
- the compaction vehicle according to the present invention can hold the scraper 6 in three stages (working position, forwarding position, and maintenance position) as described above, the scraper can be moved to an appropriate position according to the application. And workability can be improved.
- a scraper support device 102 is attached in front of the vehicle body 1 (see FIG. 1).
- the scraper support device 102 has a bracket support body 103 that projects in front of the vehicle body 1.
- the bracket support body 103 is fixed to the vehicle body 1 with bolts or the like (not shown).
- a bracket 105 is supported on the bracket support 103 so as to be rotatable around a rotation shaft 108.
- the bracket 105 is provided with a cylindrical bearing 105a, and the rotating shaft 108 is inserted through the bearing 105a.
- the scraper 6 is fixed to the bracket 105 via bolts 107. Therefore, the scraper 6 can be rotated about the rotation shaft 108.
- the scraper 6 scrapes off deposits adhering to the rolling drum 12 provided in the vehicle body 1.
- a shaft plate 126 is fixed to the front end portion 103 a of the bracket support 103 by a nut 127.
- the shaft plate 126 has a disk shape, and the rotating shaft 108 is freely inserted into a position shifted from the center, that is, an eccentric position. Therefore, even if the rotating shaft 108 rotates, the shaft plate 126 does not rotate accordingly.
- a plate-like engagement member 110 is rotatably attached to the shaft plate 126.
- the engaging member 110 has a thickness equivalent to that of the shaft plate 126.
- a through hole 110a having the same diameter as the shaft plate 126 is formed in the engaging member 110, and the shaft plate 126 is disposed in the through hole 110a. Thereby, the engagement member 110 can rotate along the peripheral side surface of the shaft plate 126.
- the engaging member 110 is bent in the middle from the shaft plate 126 as a base point, and this portion is a bent portion 110b.
- the bent portion 110b is on the inner edge side of the portion where the engaging member is bent.
- the engagement member 110 is formed in a substantially boomerang shape and has at least two ends that are different in distance from the rotation center.
- a tension spring 111 is bridged between the bracket support 103 and the scraper 6. Further, the bracket 105 is provided with a receiving piece 128, and the receiving piece 128 engages with an end portion of the engaging member 110 as described later.
- FIG. 6 shows a state in which the scraper 6 is in the work position.
- This state is a state in which the scraper 6 abuts against the rolling drum 12 against the tension spring 111 and the deposits attached to the drum 12 can be efficiently scraped off.
- the scraper 6 In such a working position, the scraper 6 is in contact with the drum 12 to determine its position. That is, when the scraper 6 is in the working position, the tension spring 111 is in a biased state, and the scraper 6 is further pulled in the direction of the rolling drum 12 (the direction of arrow A in FIG. 6).
- FIG. 9 shows a state in which the scraper 6 is at the forwarding position.
- the scraper 6 is rotated forward together with the bracket 105 from the working position, and the first end 110c, which is one end of the engaging member 110, is engaged with the piece 128.
- the bracket 105 is rotated forward and the engaging member 110 is also rotated forward so that the first end portion 110 c is brought into contact with the piece 128.
- the scraper 6 is not in contact with the rolling drum 12 and the bracket 105 is held against the tension spring 111.
- the forwarding position is a state where the first end portion 110c of the engaging member 110 is in contact with the receiving piece 128. That is, in this state, the outer edge side of the bent portion of the engaging member (the edge side opposite to the bent portion 110b in the bent portion of the engaging member 110) is located rearward, and the first of the both end portions of the engaging member 110 is the first. The end 110c is in contact with the receiving piece 128.
- the bracket 105 at this position is pulled in the direction of the rolling drum 12 by a tension spring 111 (in the direction of arrow B in FIG. 10).
- the rotation locus drawn by the contact portion where the first end portion 110c of the engagement member 110 is in contact with the receiving piece 128 is defined as R1.
- a rotation locus drawn by the contact portion where the receiving piece 128 is in contact with the first end portion 110c is defined as R2.
- R1 projects outward from R2 with respect to the rotation direction (rear direction) when the bracket 105 rotates toward the rolling drum 12. Therefore, even if the receiving piece 128 tries to rotate backward (even if the contact portion of the receiving piece 128 tries to draw the rotation locus R2), the contact of the first end portion 110c that draws the rotation locus R1 that protrudes outside the receiving piece 128. The part becomes an obstacle (because they try to intersect from a state where they are in contact with each other, both cannot draw a rotation locus from this contact position and move backward).
- the engaging member 110 plays a role as a lock mechanism for holding the scraper 6 in the forwarding position.
- the tip of the scraper support device 102 is arranged behind the vertical plane including the front end of the rolling drum 12 at the forwarding position, the front end of the drum 12 is more than when the vehicle body 1 is transported. It can be mounted on a transport vehicle without providing a space ahead. Further, even during self-running, the drum 12 can be operated so that the front end of the drum 12 comes to the wall.
- the second end portion 110d is in contact with the receiving piece 128 in order to reliably prevent the scraper 6 from being lowered against the tension spring 111 due to vibration or the like during transportation of the vehicle body 1 or the like. Therefore, in combination with the tension spring 111, the scraper and the like can be maintained more safely.
- the maintenance position is a state where the second end portion 110 d of the engaging member 110 is in contact with the receiving piece 128. That is, in this state, the outer edge side of the bent portion of the engaging member 110 (the edge side opposite to the bent portion 110b in the bent portion of the engaging member 110) is located rearward, and the first of the both end portions of the engaging member 110. The two end portions 110d are in contact with the receiving piece 128. In order for the bracket 105 at this position to rotate in the direction of the rolling drum 12 (the direction of arrow C in FIG. 12), it is necessary to resist the tension spring 111.
- a rotation locus drawn by the contact portion where the second end portion 110d of the engagement member 110 is in contact with the receiving piece 128 is defined as R3.
- a rotation locus drawn by the contact portion where the receiving piece 128 is in contact with the second end portion 110d is R2. From the position where the second end 110d and the receiving piece 128 are in contact with each other, R3 projects outward from R2 with respect to the rotation direction (arrow C direction) when the bracket 105 rotates toward the rolling drum 12. . For the same reason as described above, the rotation of the receiving piece 128 in the direction of arrow C is hindered by the second end portion 110d.
- the engaging member 110 also serves as a lock mechanism for holding the scraper 6 in the maintenance position.
- the center of the shaft plate 126 with respect to the rotating shaft 108 is located behind and below the vehicle body 1 (FIG. 10, In FIG. 12, it is preferably in the lower right).
- the rotation trajectories R1 and R3 from the contact portion of the engagement member 110 in the direction of the drum 12 (rearward in the case of the forwarding position and downward in the case of the maintenance position) This is because it projects outward from the rotation locus R2.
- the center of the shaft plate 126 is in front of and above the vehicle body 1 with respect to the rotating shaft 108 (upper left in FIGS. 10 and 12).
- the first end 110c and the receiving piece 128 come into contact with each other at a position other than the maintenance position and the forwarding position, and the scraper 6 Will be prevented from rotating.
- the rotation locus R3 does not protrude outward in the lower direction than R2 when in the maintenance position, so that the scraper 6 is freely rotated by its own weight.
- the bracket 105 is bent halfway and has an upper part 105b and a lower part 105c (see FIG. 8).
- the above-described bearing 105a is provided in the upper part 105b.
- the scraper 6 is attached to the lower portion 105c.
- the receiving piece 128 is attached to the lower portion 105c and the upper portion 105b side of the attachment position of the scraper 6. It has been confirmed that providing the receiving piece 128 at such a position makes it difficult for the engaging member 110 to come off the receiving piece 128.
- the engaging member 110 is disposed on the front side of the bracket support 103, it is easy to visually recognize the position of the scraper by visually checking the inclination of the engaging member 110.
- the scraper 6 can be held in three stages (working position, forwarding position, and maintenance position) as described above, so that the scraper is moved to an appropriate position according to the application. And workability can be improved.
- the scraper support devices 2 and 102 have been described as being attached to the front side (front drum) of the vehicle body. However, as shown in FIG. 1, for example, as shown by the scraper support device 2 ′, It can also be attached to the (rear wheel drum). In this case, the front / rear portions of the scraper 6 and the engagement members 10 and 110 expressed as front (front side) and rear (rear side) with respect to the vehicle body 1 are reversed.
