搬送されてきた前記包装シートを両側から挟み込んで自転しながら加熱することによりシールし、供給された薬剤を1包分ずつ包装可能とする一対のシール部材と、
を備えた薬剤分包装置であって、
前記シール部材は、前記包装シートの折り目とは反対側の縁部を搬送方向にシールする縦シール部と、搬送方向に所定間隔で前記包装シートを搬送方向と直交する方向にシールする横シール部とを一体化した構成であり、
前記一対のシール部材を、少なくとも一方のシール部材を前記包装シートに接離するように移動可能な状態として支持する支持部材と、
前記シール部材を移動させ、前記包装シートに対して少なくとも縦シール部を離間させた退避位置で回転させることにより、前記横シール部によるシール位置を長手方向に調整する制御部と、を備えたものである。
前記制御部は、前記包装シートから縦シール部を離間させた後、再び接触させるまでの間に、前記シール部材を初期位置から包装シートの搬送方向に移動させ、前記縦シール部を接触させてから初期位置までシール時より高速で自転しながら戻すことが好ましい。
前記移動機構は、前記一方のシール部材の他端側を押圧してシール位置から退避位置に回動させるようにすればよい。
前記移動機構は、回動用モータと、該回動用モータの回転軸に対して偏心した位置に、一端部を回転可能に連結された連結バーと、該連結バーの他端部に回転可能に連結された動作片と、前記可動側ヒータローラの他端側に設けられ、前記動作片によって押圧可能な押圧受部材とを備えるのが好ましい。
前記付勢部材は、付勢力を調整可能であるのが好ましい。
前記シール部材の他方を回転可能に保持し、前記固定側ブロックに回動可能に連結される可動側ブロックと、を備え、
前記移動機構は、前記可動側ブロックの端部に取り付けるのが好ましい。
前記移動機構は、前記シール部材の他方をシール位置と退避位置との間で移動させるのが好ましい。
また、縦シール部と横シール部を一体化することで、シール部材の温度差をなくし所望の温度で包装シートをシールすることができる。従って、融着する温度と耐熱温度の差が小さい安価な材料からなる包装シートを使用できるので、包装シートの製造コストを削減することができる。また、シール部材を一体化することでシール部材の構造を簡単化し、かつ、薬剤の供給量に応じて分包シートの横シール部によるシール間隔を調整することができる。
図1及び図2は第1実施形態に係る薬剤分包装置1を示す。この薬剤分包装置1は、錠剤供給ユニット2、散薬供給ユニット3、分包ユニット4を備える。薬剤供給部材である錠剤供給ユニット2と散薬供給ユニット3はハウジング6の上面側に設けられている。一方、分包ユニット4はハウジング6内に配置されている。ハウジング6の前面開口は、包装済の薬剤が排出される薬剤排出部7を除いて片開き扉型の開閉可能なカバー8で開閉可能に覆われている。このカバー8を開放すれば、ハウジング6内の分包ユニット4に作業者がアクセスできる。
図26から図33に、さらに他の実施形態に係るヒートシール部101の構成を示す。
このヒートシール部101は、前記実施形態とは、主に、可動側ヒータローラ127を回動させて包装シートSから離間させることにより空回り可能とするための機構が相違している。
なお、固定側ブロック102には、包装シートSを長手方向に沿って折り曲げられた横断面V字状とするための三角板102aが取り付けられている。
基本的な動作は前記実施形態と同様であり(図7のフローチャート及びそれに関する説明参照)、可動側ヒータローラ127を退避位置に移動させる構成のみが相違する。すなわち、包装する薬剤の分量の違いにより、横シール部117による横シール位置を変更する場合、ヒータローラ115、127及び搬送ローラ111、113の回転を停止し(ステップS4)、回動用モータ130を駆動する(ステップS5)。回動用モータ130の駆動は、第2光センサ137により第2円板135の切欠を検出するまで続行する。これにより、可動側ヒータローラ127がシール位置から退避位置へと回動する。可動側ヒータローラ127は、補助ローラ部118、148同士の当接部分を支点として回動するだけであるので、全体を平行移動させる場合に比べて簡単な構成であるにも拘わらず、動作がスムーズで安定している。そして、可動側ヒータローラ127を退避位置に移動させた状態で、両ヒータローラ115、127を前記同様に空回りさせて横シール部117の位置を調整する(ステップS6、S7)。その後、回動用モータ130を駆動して、可動側ヒータローラ127を元のシール位置に復帰させ(ステップS8)、シールを再開する(ステップS9)。

Claims (17)
- 長尺な包装シートを、長手方向に沿って2つ折りにした状態で、折り目を下方側に位置させて搬送する搬送部材と、
前記搬送部材で搬送する包装シートに上方側から薬剤を供給する薬剤供給部材と、
搬送されてきた前記包装シートを両側から挟み込んで自転しながら加熱することによりシールし、供給された薬剤を1包分ずつ包装可能とする一対のシール部材と、
を備えた薬剤分包装置であって、
前記シール部材は、前記包装シートの折り目とは反対側の縁部を搬送方向にシールする縦シール部と、搬送方向に所定間隔で前記包装シートを搬送方向と直交する方向にシールする横シール部とを一体化した構成であり、
前記一対のシール部材を、少なくとも一方のシール部材を前記包装シートに接離するように移動可能な状態として支持する支持部材と、
前記シール部材を移動させ、前記包装シートに対して少なくとも縦シール部を離間させた退避位置で回転させることにより、前記横シール部によるシール位置を長手方向に調整する制御部と、を備えたことを特徴とする薬剤分包装置。 - 前記支持部材は、少なくとも一方のシール部材を、両端部を介して移動可能に支持したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤分包装置。
- 前記支持部材は、少なくとも一方のシール部材を、一端部を中心として回動可能に支持し、前記シール部材の他端部を介して回動可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤分包装置。
- 前記制御部は、横シール部によるシール位置を調整する場合、前記シール部材の退避位置での回転方向を、前記横シール部を所望の位置まで回転させるのに回転量の少ない方向とすることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤分包装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記縦シール部を離間する際に前記包装シートを停止することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤分包装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記縦シール部を離間する際に前記包装シートを搬送したままとし、前記縦シール部を再び包装シートに接触させるまでの間に前記包装シートを搬送する範囲を縦シール可能領域内とすることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤分包装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記縦シール部を離間する際に前記包装シートの搬送速度をシール時よりも低速にすることにより、包装シートを搬送する範囲を縦シール可能領域内とする特徴とする請求項6に記載の薬剤分包装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記シール部材をシール時よりも高速で空転させることにより、包装シートを搬送する範囲を縦シール可能領域内とすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の薬剤分包装置。
- 前記シール部材を包装シートの搬送方向に移動可能に設け、
前記制御部は、前記包装シートから縦シール部を離間させた後、再び接触させるまでの間に、前記シール部材を初期位置から包装シートの搬送方向に移動させ、前記縦シール部を接触させてから初期位置までシール時より高速で自転しながら戻すことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の薬剤分包装置。 - 前記支持部材は、シール部材の少なくとも一方を、前記縦シール部を包装シートに密着させたシール位置と、離間させた退避位置とに移動させる移動機構を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤分包装置。
- 前記シール部材は、一端側を中心として回動可能であり、
前記移動機構は、前記一方のシール部材の他端側を押圧してシール位置から退避位置に回動させることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の薬剤分包装置。 - 前記各シール部材は、同一材料を一体的に形成して円筒状としたことを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤分包装置。
- 前記一対のシール部材は、固定側ヒータローラと、固定側ヒータローラと平行に配置され、一端側を中心として回動することにより固定側ヒータローラに対して前記包装シートを介して接離可能な可動側ヒータローラとで構成し、
前記移動機構は、回動用モータと、該回動用モータの回転軸に対して偏心した位置に、一端部を回転可能に連結された連結バーと、該連結バーの他端部に回転可能に連結された動作片と、前記可動側ヒータローラの他端側に設けられ、前記動作片によって押圧可能な押圧受部材とを備えることを特徴とする請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤分包装置。 - 前記シール部材の一方を前記シール部材の他方に付勢する付勢部材を備え、
前記付勢部材は、付勢力を調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項10から13のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤分包装置。 - 前記シール部材の一方を回転可能に保持する固定側ブロックと、
前記シール部材の他方を回転可能に保持し、前記固定側ブロックに回動可能に連結される可動側ブロックと、を備え、
前記移動機構は、前記可動側ブロックの端部に取り付けたことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の薬剤分包装置。 - 前記シール部材の一方を前記シール部材の他方に向かって付勢する付勢部材を備え、
前記移動機構は、前記シール部材の他方をシール位置と退避位置との間で移動させることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の薬剤分包装置。 - 前記移動機構により前記シール部材の他方を退避位置に移動させた際、前記シール部材の一方に当接して移動を阻止するストッパを備えたことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の薬剤分包装置。
