Abstract

본 발명은 에어 전기 방사(AES: Air-electrospinning) 방법을 이용하여 내열성 및 고강도 초극세 섬유상 분리막을 대량으로 제조할 수 있는 내열성 초극세 섬유상 분리막 및 그의 제조방법과 이를 이용한 이차 전지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 내열성 및 고강도 초극세 섬유상 다공성 분리막의 제조방법은 50~70중량% 내열성 고분자 물질과 30~50중량%의 팽윤성 고분자 물질의 혼합용액을 에어 전기 방사(AES: Air-electrospinning)하여 내열성 고분자와 팽윤성 고분자 초극세 섬유상이 혼재된 내열성 초극세 섬유로 이루어진 다공성 웹을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 다공성 웹의 표면에 잔존하는 용매와 수분을 조절하는 건조 단계와, 상기 건조가 이루어진 다공성 웹을 170~210℃ 사이의 온도에서 열 압착하여 분리막을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
