Abstract
本发明公开了一种锂离子电池用多层复合功能隔膜及其制备方法。本发明所述的多层复合功能隔膜包括A层,B层,C层及D层,其中A层为基膜,B层是由绝缘无机化合物或耐高温聚合物组成的多孔结构层;C层是由具有温度激发膨胀特性的高分子聚合物微球组成的多孔层;D层是熔点在80‑110℃,结晶度<50%的热塑性树脂;所述B层,C层和D层依次附着在A层的一侧或者两侧。与现有的锂离子电池用隔膜相比,该多层复合功能隔膜具有优异的耐热性,其在200℃高温下加热1h以内,热收缩率小于1%;而且由于有机高分子微球的引入,实现了对电池的热闭合作用,提高了电池的安全性。
