Definitions
- the present invention relates to a vehicle window panel attached to a window opening formed in a vehicle.
- Patent Document 1 it is known that a window panel attached to a window opening of a vehicle is made of a resin material to reduce the weight of the vehicle. Further, in order to reduce the weight of the vehicle, it is known that a back door is formed of an outer panel of resin material provided with a window panel of glass material and an inner panel of resin material as disclosed in Patent Document 2. ing. JP 2007-276530 A Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2006-1238401
- the window panel is formed of a resin material as in Patent Document 1, while the weight can be reduced as compared with the case of using a general plate glass, the resin material has lower rigidity than the plate glass, There is a possibility that the rigidity of the window panel can not be obtained. If the rigidity of the window panel is low, the rigidity of the entire vehicle body is reduced, which is not preferable in terms of safety when the vehicle is traveling, and, for example, when the window panel is pressed during car wash or wiping, the window panel bends inside , Merchandise is bad. On the other hand, when the thickness of the window panel is thickened to cope with the problem, the weight becomes heavy, and the weight reduction is not promoted, and moreover, the sink is easily generated and the window panel is made highly accurate. It becomes difficult to mold, and the appearance may be deteriorated.
- the window panel constituting the window is a glass material heavier than the resin material
- the window panel should be formed of a resin material from the viewpoint of weight reduction. Is desirable.
- the present invention has been made in view of such a point, and it is an object of the present invention to secure sufficient rigidity without increasing the thickness when molding a window panel with a resin material.
- the purpose is to further reduce the weight and to improve the appearance.

- the projection is a ridge for a rainwater guide which protrudes in the vehicle outer side or inward from both edges of the panel body in the vehicle width direction and extends in the vertical direction.
- the back door is attached so that the upper edge of the back door opens and closes via hinges on the upper edge of the tailgate portion, and a panel corresponding to the hinge A bulging portion that bulges out of the vehicle is integrally formed on the main body.
- the window portion can be made to be resin and lightened by forming the window portion integrally with the panel main body formed by molding the resin material.
- the rigidity of the panel main body can be effectively improved by integrally forming the projecting portion on the panel main body.
- the thickness of the panel main body does not need to be increased, so that the weight of the window panel can be further reduced, the occurrence of sink marks and the like can be suppressed, and molding can be performed with high accuracy, and the appearance can be improved.
- the weight of the window panel attached to the window opening formed at the rear of the vehicle can be reduced, and the appearance can be improved.
- the rigidity of the window panel can be improved by the spoiler portion integrally formed on the panel body.
- the panel main body when the stop lamp unit is disposed inside the vehicle of the panel main body, the panel main body is formed of a resin material, so the light transmitting portion for transmitting the light of the stop lamp unit is the panel main body. It can be easily molded integrally, and the number of parts can be effectively reduced.
- the housing portion for housing the stop lamp unit can be easily formed integrally with the panel main body, and the rigidity of the window panel can be improved by the housing portion.
- the housing portion in which the stop lamp unit is disposed can be easily formed integrally with the panel body, and the housing portion can improve the rigidity of the window panel.
- the outer panel of the back door is a window panel made of a resin material in which the light transmitting window portion is integrally formed, weight reduction of the back door can be achieved.
- the rainwater when the back door is opened, when the rainwater adhering to the vehicle outer side of the panel body flows to both edges in the vehicle width direction, the rainwater is projected by the ridge portion for the rainwater guide Since it is guided in the vertical direction of the vehicle, it is possible to suppress rain water from falling from the edge in the vehicle width direction of the back door.
- the ridges for the rainwater guide can improve the rigidity of the window panel.

Further, since the rigidity of the panel main body 61 can be sufficiently secured, the thickness of the panel main body 61 can be reduced to be lightweight, and the formability of the panel main body 61 can be enhanced to be molded with high accuracy. It can be good.
- a rear spoiler portion (projecting portion) similar to the rear spoiler portion 12 of the first embodiment may be provided in the panel body 61 of the second embodiment, or the panel body 61 protrudes from the inside or outside of the vehicle It is also possible to provide a protruding ridge (protrusion).
- the present invention can be applied to lorries as well as passenger cars.
- the present invention can also be applied to a sunroof panel for a sunroof device.
- the vehicle window panel according to the present invention can be attached, for example, to a window opening formed at the rear of a car.
